Great experience purchasing first vehicle thanks to our assigned sales person, Mr. Angelo Sanchez. Him, as well as the rest of the staff, was knowledgeable. Furthermore, if a question was outside their expertise, they had no problem telling us they did not know and quickly found another staff member with answers. If you have questions about any part of the leasing, it will be broken down to assure understanding. The process quick and efficient - did not have to spend all day at a dealership and went home with my vehicle. Had some odd Taco Bell food during on the way to my home, but thats a story for another time I will unlikely tell anyone.

My experience at AutoNation Auto Auction Orlando for the last 3 years has been great the staff is great and Tim one of the managers is really awesome guy wish you guys were closer to home but its worth driving 4 hours a week to pick up some new fresh inventory

AutoNation is my favorite auction to attend within the central FL region. Their customer service is top notch! Everyone is always friendly and more than helpful, never any title issues or delays. The lot is very clean and easy to maneuver around. The gate hours are 24/7 which makes things easy also. Overall just a great auction, I feel comfortable dealing with this facility, and look forward to continue doing so!

Very Poor Performance I dropped a vehicle off an spike with someone they still haven’t tanned my vehicle I am very upset an disappointed I spoke with Anna Last week an this week she rude like she don’t know what I’m talking about I also spoke with someone who said they would make sure my car enters the sale I drop care off on 7/20 an they still have put my car in the sell Annna was very unprofessional I don’t recommend anyone at this auction

This is a wholesaler/dealer only auction, it’s NOT OPEN for the public. Typically only 2 lanes, with auction every Thursday.I’ve been buying cars there since it open two years ago. All the staff there is amazing, specially Dee, the dealer rep. She will do anything to keep your business. If you are a dealer or a wholesaler I will definitely give them a try.

I would leave a negative 5 but thats not an option! In Friday, I requested a drive out and a copy of the PSI report be placed in each unit. I drove 5 hours on Sunday to pick up the units only to be told there isnt a drive out for either unit. The security guy tried calling Ash but he didnt seem too concerned! I plan on not paying for either unit until I get reimbursed for my trip! Or they can ship the units at their cost or just keep them!

It all depends who you end up purchasing the vehicle from, Autonation has also few other dealers that sell through them. Porsche and Mercedes Autonation trade-in cars are pretty nice and I purchase them online all the time. You have to pay to play they say.

Terrible auctionIf I could give 0 stars I totally would. Been doing business with Manheim, Adesa and all other independent auctions for over 20 years and never had an issue similar to this. They denied my rep of his bidder badge because they said they caught him tampering with a vehicle, GMs horrible response was hes your rep and he represents your dealership, spoke with my rep to get his side and he told me the car had a coil disconnected when he looked at it and all he did was simply connect it how it shouldve been. But the GM doesnt want to hear anyone elses side of the story besides what he says he has on camera also never offered to show me the video either. My rep sends me videos of every car that he checks and I have the video of the car being messed up before they said that he tampered with it my rep has a great reputation and has never had an experience like this, they have a messed up car and they want to find someone to blame it on. Terrible management. I definitely see this as racial profiling and I will escalate this case.Horizon Motors Inc

BEWARE DONT BUY !!!! False and misleading information on their Condition Reports. Complete lack of care towards Clients. Managers don’t even return a phone out of mere courtesy. I’ve been in this business for 22 years and this is THE WORST auction and dishonest unprofessional sloppy Management Team by far.

There are many things I can complain about when it comes this auction but Dee and Sarah is always there to turn my frown up side down. Selling a car there as small dealer is tough because we are last priority on the sale list. Recommendation! Come up with a new strategy for asserting small dealers in the sale inventory. We purchased a vehicle from Autonation Auction online through OVE, Paid for PSI to have the car inspected, after exactly 10 minutes from wining the auction I get an email saying your car passed PSI and ready for pickup!! Woow 10 minutes!!!Anyway, I get the car delivered and the minute you start her, very very loud noies coming from the lower engine, transmission doesn’t down shift properly, Arbitration manager ( Michael) advise to take the car to the dealership to get her inspected, I sure did, dealership confirm next day the car has a bad engine full of sludge, and bad transmission, I sent the car back with the dealership report, 3 days later I get an email from the arbitration manager saying the car is fine! ok, what is your proof? he said i trust my mechanic!! what a joke right? Why would I trust your shady mechanic over the dealership?!Guess what, I got the car back and she is already at the shop replacing an engine for almost 2k!!Todd the general manager was Cc in all the conversation and he never respond until maybe 2 weeks just to say sorry I’m out of town!!!!! Are you kidding me? !!!Poor management, unprofessional individuals, and customer service need a lot of improvements.I have everything documented, that was the first car from this auction and I’m 100% positive it will be the last one, thanks for the horrible experience,taking the claim to the court system.

Be cautious, their staff seems to be in no hurry to get titles to the purchaser. Titles should delivered within 30 days of the sale. after 45 days, it starts becoming super urgent... seems the staff or management doesnt appreciate the urgency of not being able to sell a car that we do not have title in house for. its now been 53 days... still no title. multiple calls... no urgency what so ever.

Staff is very rude and dont seem to care about customers or keeping dealers coming back. They act like theyre doing you a favor in everything and like you owe them something. Started selling many junk, old, faded, damaged cars and many with salvage titles. Many employees do not speak english while doing such chores as directing traffic and driving cars on auction property. Would not allow to look at cars other than sale day only.Staff used to be nicer in the beginning. Something went really wrong recently.

Really baffled by some of the bad reviews left for this place. I can say I have NEVER experienced anything any of these people stated.All my titles for my dealership(Excel Auto Sales LLC), have come in super quick. They ALWAYS call me the same day the titles come in.As far as customer service, these people are amazing, whenever I have an issue with a title or need an affidavit, they are there to help.I really dont understand why they have so many bad reviews, this place been great to me.The vehicles are great here. Prices super cheap, they have specials all the time. Not to mention feed us atleast once a month. I purchased a $300.00 auction car and was shocked that the fee increased from $125 to $165 without any notice. I check auction website and fee schedule is $125.00 on $300.00. I spoke with Todd Strawn General Manager and he advised that new fee schedule. There is nothing posted at auction or website that reflects fee change. Todd Strawn advised that all auction in area raised fees. I explain that is not true and he became rude. I paid the 55% sale fee but i will Never return to that sale. I have been attending Autonation Auto Auction Orlando since it opened and feel that 55% sale fee is high and the General Manager could have been more understanding. There are 17 dealer auctions within a 50 mile range of my dealership in Longwood. Autonation will be missed but there are other thursday sales.

Really bad auction.I have been in business for ten years but never seen such bad Auctions. The cars are tampering is common & today the auctioneer jumped $1000 & made me buy it .
