We first contacted John at Twin Eagle Auto Sales online through the Facebook Marketplace on 05/01/21. He was courteous and professional but a car dealer nevertheless and 200 miles away. John was easy to negotiate with and excellent in his timely communication with us via phone and text messages. To make a long story short, being an educated consumer is being a good customer for John at Twin Eagle Auto Sales. Not only did we buy a great car at a great price, but we rented a car and made the purchase over 200 miles away in Longwood FL by 05/05/21, just a few days later. It is a testimony to Johns salesmanship and professionalism that we were able to do all this in such a short time. I rate our experience with John and Twin Eagle Auto Sales a resounding excellent and I recommend them without reservation.

Very bad experience dealing with this company. They say their business is the home of reliable vehicles. I was lied to on details of a vehicle I wanted to purchase. The salesman told my husband the truck had no rust and that it was in excellent condition. Asked for a deposit to hold it till we could come see it in person. We drove 2 1/2 hours away for this vehicle. When we get there- they have to get jumper cables because the truck won’t start. Upon inspection- truck had a lot of rust underneath that they attempted to hide by filling it with spray foam, body filler and spray paint. It looks like they spray painted the bed of the truck also. What a joke. They did not give me the deposit back. I asked repeatedly. Also asked to speak with the owner and did not receive a call from the owner or get his phone number to call myself. I would not recommend this place.

They have been extremely courteous and professional. They have gone above & beyond in helping me with all my car needs. I highly recommend this company.

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FEOM THIS PLACE.!! If I could give them no stars I would! This man is a liar and con artist!! He told us that the truck was a great truck and wed have no problems! The truck was all rusted underneath as well numerous other things that we had to get done and the so called warranty he was happy to get for us didnt cover not a single thing. We spent almost $5000 in repairs and its still climbing!! Complete ripoff!!

This was my last stop while shopping for a truck. I was highly surprised. They had so many quality trucks at quality prices. I got into an amazing f150 with no issues and it was 3000 less than the only other option I found at another local truck dealership. That truck also had more than the average amount of rust where as the truck i got is almost flawless. Cant expect perfect from a used truck but this is as close as it gets. Dont hesitate to buy here

Just bought my new work truck here and I couldnt be happier. They had too many trucks for me to choose from but thats not a bad thing. After looking over each truck thoroughly I was actually impressed with them all and being a mechanic who actually knows what he is looking at I was highly impressed. I usually find great pleasure in tearing apart vehicles at used car lots but I couldnt find anything unusually wrong with any of them. They all had minor issues just like any other used vehicle but thats inevitable. As a mechanic I can definitely say dont hesitate to buy here

My husband and I made the most seamless transaction while purchasing a vehicle we have ever made. John has reasonable deals on his trucks and is willing to negotiate. His sales are honest, and he went the extra mile to assist my husband and I when we showed up with no appointment, but John still made time for us. We now know John prefers an appointment so he can expect his customers at a certain time.

Make sure you check every little inch of the trucks or cars you get here i was looking at the trucks he was fixing up and hes filling them with foam and covering it up with gritty tape and painting over it. One of the trucks he was selling on the tailgate I was feeling around to make sure there was nothing wrong with it and my finger went threw the bottom of the tailgate but just by looking at it you couldnt realize there was anything wrong. He lies and has absolutely no clue what hes talking about. He says online he has carfax on all his trucks and cars but when I asked for it he brings me paperwork that says no accidents 1 owner but when I asked him again for the actual carfax he says I dont have it he wasnt going to pay $35.00 per truck but when I pulled up the carfax and the truck I was looking at it had 2 minor accidents 2 owners. I do not recommend this place.

I did end up purchasing a different f150 than the one I originally came to buy. Truck was in immaculate shape and had 0 issues. Best used car buying experience i have ever had.

We drove from Lake Nona to Longwood to look at a truck that was listed for sale on facebook and when we got there the guy said “oh I sold that truck last night but I have other trucks”. We had been in contact with him specifically for the truck that was listed on Facebook.. just very unprofessional to not update us before we wasted our time coming to look at a truck that was apparently “sold”.

I used Twin Eagle Auto Sales as an after hours drop off for my uhaul rental. I had called and talked with john earlier in the day just to get some information on storage units and that is when we discussed that he did not have storage units but could take the uhaul truck. I said thank you, did not need his services at that time but might call back if it turns out I did need to use his drop off location.I called john back that evening to discuss what needed to be done for the uhaul truck drop off. As instructed the truck was pulled into the lot and keys were given to the mechanic on site. Mechanic called john and it was confirmed and successfully dropped off.The next day when i received my emailed receipt i had been charged $160 for the wrong location fee and a $25 cleaning fee. I understand there couldve been a wrong location fee per uhaul contract but john never said anything about the fee or about how much it could potentially cost. It is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to not let someone know that there is going to be an additional charge, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS $160!!!!! I had 2 conversations about dropping off the uhaul truck where he did not once mention that he would have to calculate an additional charge. If i would have known this information i would have planned to drop off at a different location.He also falsely reported how dirty the truck was and charged the unnecessary cleaning fee. He reported pictures that were obviously not of my truck. The pictures he reported had trash and dirt inside that i know for a fact was not left in the truck and it was not mine.I do not recommend doing business with John or Twin Eagle Auto Sales.

I bought a 2005 Nissan XterraThey said it had been recently serviced, had the record of mechanical repairs, and was mechanically sound... none of which was true. The list of “mechanical history” included the oil change that they had completed and that’s it. The car needed about 1000$ worth of repairs also. The guy is shady, he obviously tried to hide the misfire that was occurring in the engine. Just be very careful buying a car here and don’t buy it unless a mechanic checks it out first because they know how to hide mechanical issues.

Good value for the money. Very knowledgeable. Treat you with respect and good customer service. I appreciate the personal touch in todays generic world of car sales. The owner greeted me and spoke with me and made sure I got what I was looking for.

Had a deal with John Macool for the sale of a car. He agreed to my price and I was waiting for him to send me a sales agreement. Never heard from him again. This is not a reputable dealership. Do not do business with them.

Went to purchase a vehicle and i was not pleased with the results engine turned and was making some disturbing noises,the main screen on the vehicle was not working but showed it was in the picture,the person there said if know this vehicle then i should be aware tht all the screens for this make eventually stop working so with tht said im here to spend 4-5 thousand and i just felt had i spent tht money there i woupdve purchased a lemon thts my experience but yours may be different...good luck

Contacted owner John to buy a Jeep. I met him at his house. I requested for my mechanic to check car. He declined and stated that he would give me the receipt of work that was done so I agreed to that. I gave him the deposit and he gave me the receipts. When I tried to call number on the receipt it was his phone number. Then he finally agreed to take the car to my mechanic and we found out that the receipt he gave me was not for this car. The car had a broken a/c, cracked motor mound and broken tire rod. Over 4000.00 for repairs were needed. When he went to leave he threatened my mechanic for telling me the truth. He gave me a fake receipt, lied about the car then threatened my mechanic. We will be going further with this. DO NOT TRUST!!!!

2007 ford f150 5.4L no accidents. While i was deployed my wife went here to look at the truck with two of my close friends. Going into it they saw the front strut was cracked and the front differential was leaking a little, both of which being easy to fix we went for it since the truck was cheaper than others in the same condition. My wife drove it home to winter haven and parked it for a few days and she then tried to start it and it wasnt starting correctly. The alternator and the starter both went out and upon fuether inspection by our mechanic it was found the drivers rear fender was dented slightly and it was painted over with a slightly different color of red as well as it looks like the driver side back door was replaced. Turns out it was hit with a forklift on private property and he didnt see that that needed to be mentioned until after confronted about it. After we figured out the total cost for the repairs of the starter the strut, and the alternator it came up to $1105. I contacted him about it about that stuff because those two things going wrong days after we bought the truck is a little weird. He offered to help us out by giving us a whole $100 since his cars are with all faults he doesnt have to. In order to get the 100$ my wife has to meet him halfway and sign somthing in order to get the money. I personally wouldnt go back and i believe the cars and trucks he sells are lemons and there really isnt much you can do after the car is bought.EDIT: Forgot to add the part where the airbag relay wasnt plugged in and we have no idea if the airbags are good or not.

Dropping a 5 star review so it shows up top and say Id give this guy a negative review, but hes so good at screwing people over I gotta give big props to rats Friend bought a Honda Pilot and the Transmission exploded 2 weeks later and told them its how it is. If they used a real mechanic and not one of their guys this wouldnt have happened.
