Went in on a reccomendation around the bourbon selections and was not disappointed. Ed (I believe that was his name) spent time with us, let me sample some of their store picks and helped me pick out a nice selection for our bar. Cannot wait to try what he picked and would reccomend the store to anyone looking to try new things and be entertained in the process.

Nice place large selection wines and liquors. Also have a selection of cigars. The staff was very helpful the only downside is the prices are a little high. Other than that its a great place.

Simply the best liquor store in Central Florida. They have a good stream of fantastic store pick whiskeys thanks to a collaboration with the Orlando Whiskey Society, and the owner, Sam, is extremely passionate about spirits. The overall selection is also unparalleled, and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Wish I lived closer to this store. Friendly and helpful with good prices. Having lived in Colorado for ten years I became spoiled on craft beer so I typically stay away from big brand American bottlers. I was recommended to try some Sam Adams Nitro Stout and it has become my favorite and this is the only place Ive found it in Central Florida so far....

Just in today as we have heard so much about this liquer store and have to say we where very impressed just with the customer service. The gentleman in the store had very good customer service and new so much about their Bourbon and Whiskeys, especially thier Barrel picks. For the customer service alone we will be back, for barrel picks we will be back. Pricing is very fair not much higher then big box stores (only saw a few dollar difference nothing outlandish like many other stores Ive been in asking 2 to 3 times actual cost on good Bourbon) and great selection. Definitly worth a visit.

If youre a Scotch drinker, this place has the most amazing selection of Whisky Ive ever seen in a single place, ever. The owner Sam stocks about 60 different types of Scotch,,,, everything from a $900 Caol Ila to $40 Single Malts to $20 Blends,, plus some oddball local American and even Japanese malts. They also have a very nice selection of wines and everything else youd expect from a local liquor store. I will admit,,the beer choice is a bit limited,,, but the prices,, for everything,, especially the Whisky,, are way below your average independent liquor store.If you dont see what you need on the shelf,,, just ask! (not every Scotch he carries is on the shelf),, if he doesnt have it,,, hell do his best to get it,,, and he wont rip you off in the process..Right now (Feb 8 2017) they have the amazing Compass Box Flaming Heart in stock (google it) and are selling it for $90 a bottle,, about half the price you can get it anywhere else,, IF you can find it. They only have 2 cases,, (minus the 2 bottles I bought today),,, it wont last long,, but this is typical of the eclectic selection they get in all the time.Sam is a smart guy who is passionate about whisky,, hell happily chat with you about it all day long,, and dont worry if youre just learning about the dizzying and intimidating variety of Scotches in front of you,, he wont automatically steer you to the nearest $300 bottle,,,hell do his best to figure out what you already like and recommend something to take your palette beyond what you already know,,, I like that,, a lot.He and his staff also know their Bourbon and always have an excellent selection available. He certainly taught me a thing or two,, and I thought I knew my stuff. These are the small, local businesses we should support.So if you want to buy a nice bottle of Whisky for someone,,, your boss,, boyfriend,, wife,,, whatever,,, dont just wander over to Publix and buy the same tired old Glenmorangie, Crown Royal or Johnny Walker crap that everyone else buys,,,, visit Five Star,,, and for about the same price, pick-up something that will amaze the lucky recipient.

Refused to sell me liquor because I have the new FL license, which they supposedly had never seen or heard of before (even though its what the DMV has been issuing since summer 2017) so they thought it was a fake. As a business whose one job is to look at IDs, I think its ridiculous that they are not aware of the new license.
