Have had very good experience with them. Been there a few times for my cars brakes and they were up front, did a good job, honest, with reasonable pricing. Fixed what was needed and they dont try to make you fix things that are not needed. Would definitely recommend this place for any car problems.
I needed a tire patch today, but three different tire places were busy till Sunday. Kevin and his team were able to accommodate my request and repaired one of my tires from a nail a little over an hour. Lobby was clean had plenty of chairs to sit. No wifi, but overall service experience was great!

I scheduled an appointment for some preventive maintenance at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Longwood Florida. My appointment was for 4:00pm, I arrived 5 minutes late and yet my car was taken back immediately after checking in.I had two new front tires put on plus balance and rotation of the other two remaining tires.Firestone is my go-to business for tires and tire related issues. Their lifetime balance and rotation plus alignment services are fairly priced and a great value! They also provide a whole range of auto maintenance services. This is a follow-up reply to a negative review I posted somewhere online but unfortunately, I dont recall which site. After posting my bad experience I had I immediately received a call from Eric asking me what he could do to make it right. I was not able to return his phone call for a few days but when I did he immediately apologized for the problem and advised that he had a verbal conversation with Ian about my situation and Eric wanted to make it right. Ive been going to this Firestone for many years and he saw a previous work order I had come to get a quote for but did not get it fixed at the time as it was an expensive repair. To my astonishment Eric offered to replace my valve gasket cover at no expense to me. I was completely blown away by this offer as a correction to my prior experience. I ended up taking the car in a week later and was prepared to leave it a few days if need be. They were very professional and said we will get you in right away. Later that day I got a call from Kevin saying my car was ready but, while doing the replacement of the valve gasket cover the technician found some very brittle hoses that had to be replaced (mind you my car is 21 years old) and they replaced any hoses they touched and did not charge me anything for that either. When I went to pick up the car Ian was there (my prior negative review) and I was pleasantly surprised when he actually apologized for the misunderstanding he had with me previously. Ian, I want to personally thank you again for your apology, that was the professional way to handle things. I want to thank Eric & Kevin for going over and above in making things right. If I could give this Firestone a 10 star review I would. I will definitely be returning for all my future car repairs and refer all my family, friends and co-workers to this specific Firestone location. They deserve your business and will go above and beyond to provide it. Thank you all for a superb job! Kudos and keep up the great service!
Needed a bulb replaced in my headlight... was there less than 30 min.. was completely satisfied. Ill be back in a week or so for an oil change
Ian really helped me out when my tire blew out. I came in 30 min before close and they were really fast and nice. I really recommend keeping Ian around or giving him a raise, excellent customer service.
Made appointment for alignment for today at 9am. Kevin was very professional on phone. Kevin was on vacation today but his staff were very nice. Had me out of there in 45 minutes. Good price too.

I had been looking for somewhere trustworthy to find some new tires. I did a lot of research before going in to Firestone in Longwood because I knew that they were a chain store that would try to get me to buy the most expensive tires and try to add on extra services. Before I was able to tell them about the research I had done, I was very pleasantly surprised when Ian and Kevin suggested the exact tires I thought were the best value and bang for my buck. They were quick to inform me that even though they werent the most expensive, high end, tires they had available for my vehicle that they were just as highly rated and had the same, if not better warranty.It also meant a lot to me that they were suggesting these specific tires even though they didnt currently have them in stock at their location. It would have been easy for them to push the more expensive ones they had on hand or even a cheaper version that wasnt as highly rated that they had on hand also...but they didnt. They also knew I wanted four tires and to get me all four they would have to get a set of two from two different locations. Also more difficult, but because I wanted them and they suggested them, they made sure to have all four tires at their location for installation within 30 minutes.Again, they didnt push me in the direction that wouldve been easiest for them or most profitable for them, which made me even more happy about my decision.I knew they had some deals and rebates on other sets of four tires but there were no deals on the ones I had selected. They knew I was working on a budget and had been through some things and went further to secure me a 10% discount on everything. This was a truly delightful and unexpected bonus.I felt extremely confident and thrilled about my decision to use this location and about the tires themselves. I didnt have enough time to get the alignment I needed done after the tire installation because I had a previous engagement to attend but I decided to come back the following day to have my tires aligned properly. I could have really went anywhere to have my alignment done and maybe even have found the service a little cheaper somewhere else, but I didnt want to bring my business anywhere else after the excellent service provided to me.I am very grateful to have found a place I thoroughly trust and felt like I wasnt taken advantage of at all. Kevin and Ian were excellent to work with and provided legendary customer service. I highly recommend this location for your tire needs.
Clean, they welcome you as soon as you come in, bathroom clean, and very accurate on the waiting time!!! Just because they do not have wifi I gave four stars.

I made an 1pm appointment for vehicle inspection, I sat in the office for 90 minutes when I realized my car had not moved from where I parked it. Upon asking what was the hold up I was told somebody messed up the mechanics are busy and they could not provide me an estimated time of when they would begin to work on my vehicle. I was there for a simple vehicle inspection. Firestone Longwood wasted 90 minutes of my time. Very disappointed.

He offered for me to bring it right away to take a look at it so I did. His technician Ruben identified the noise as a faulty wheel bearing and had me back on the road within 2hrs.Great job!
Great service! Got me in and out quickly and they are limiting number of people in lobby and requiring masks. They dont seem to have much of a weight time right now for anything. I highly recommend this 👌 Firestone Complete Auto Care location. It is the best place in the area.

I called 1 week in advance to schedule an appointment to fix a valve cover gasket. They told me it would take 6 hours and suggested I bring it in at 8 in the morning so the mechanic can work on it. It has now been 11 hours and they are closing. I called them up to see if it was done and they told me the mechanic didnt finish the job and that I will not be able to pick up my car until tomorrow afternoon. Very poor management

My husband and I had just started a little vacation and two of my tires were completely ripped apart by a storm drain during a heavy rain . we had to wait for a flatbed to pick us up and we assumed that the next couple days we would be homebound. We arrived in the flatbed with my immobile vehicle at 6:58 p.m. and they have a closing time of 7. They didnt seem irritated at all they jumped right on it and assessed the situation. We were out of the shop and back on the road by 7:20! We were completely flabbergasted the team was helpful, funny, informative, not pushy at all, they got us back on the road at a Nascar speed without completely breaking the bank. Thank you! You have made lifetime customers of us!

This place is great for service and complete auto care. The team here always does a good job for my vehicles. They stay pretty busy, probably because they are upfront, honest and competent at working on vehicles. Im glad I found this place!
This is the only Firestone I go to. No matter what it was with my car, they always got it fixed immediately and without second guesses. If you frequent enough theyll really go out there way to try to get you as many discounts as possible. I remember going in for an axle to be repaired once, and the total was roughly 300-400 I believe. At the time, Mike, was able to bring it down to 223 after taxes. Back when I use to frequent here a lot, they would do tire balancing and rotation for no charge. It was pretty cool that the staff helps you out, the more familiar they get with you. I have an electric car now that really requires very little maintenance.. If I ever had to go to a shop though, this would be my first stop.

I showed up at the last hour and the service manager Kevin took good care of me, I had a bad tire and I desperately needed a brand new tire to be able to get back on the road since I was driving on my donut, but a claim had to be processed true the NAS road hazard insurance company, Kevin was kind enough to take hes time and patiently call for me and deal with them for me and put me back on the highway with a new tire, no one does that, If this would have been some other place they would have told me we dont deal with that.. But he took care of me, I really appreciate that, and I will Certainly recommend him and this place to anyone in the future.

Made two separate appointments to have an engine diagnostic done on my truck, two times ive gone there and two times told the tech that does that isnt there. My time is valuable too, dont make an appointment you cant keep. Ive been a customer for more than 10 years but I will not be back.
Our vehicle broke down on the side of I-4, 1 hr from our destination and 7 hrs from home. It was a steamy hot 95 degree day with 2 adults, a young child and a family pet. We were able to get towed to the W State Rd, Longwood FL location where Justin and Ruben went above and beyond to help us feel as comfortable as possible and get us back on the road. We are forever grateful for their compassion, willingness and expertise! Thank y’all!
I am so upset, went there for a simply oil change on Friday and ended up with a bad engine. Besides my $60 oil change they advised me one of my back tires had a screw that did not allow the tire to be repaired it needed to be replaced. So I ended up purchasing a new tire for $80. was taking a trip and wanted to make sure I could drive safely so I didnt questioned it, Now I wish I would have. When they returned my car the battery was dead they had to give me a boost to turn it on.. After I left my tire signal and engine light come on and so I had to bring the car back the next day, tires were low and unbalance and told me the engine light was due to that battery issue prior. On Monday on my way back from my two hour trip my engine light comes on advising me the engine was over heating. Its a 2011 lancer straight from the dealers I should not be having engine issues. I took the car back on Tuesday and one of the employees tells me for them to diagnose the car I would have to pay $60. I feel this place is what most people warn you about, the types of mechanic that are just trying to get money out of you. I dont trust them and will not take my car back to them. It is sad I work in the hospital across the street and it is very convenient to drop my car of to them and I will definitely speak to other staff members and let them know not to take there car there.
This is the best tire place I have ever been to! Unfortunately, I got a flat tire (the third one in 3 weeks) on a Sunday. I called many Tires Plus locations and no one could get me in for at least 4 hours and they all seemed to be annoyed I was even calling to find out wait times! So I called this Firestone location and Brian picked up. I had never been to Firestone before and never even knew that they were connected to the Tires Plus company. He was so friendly and informative and told me I could be in and out within an hour to an hour and a half. I went to the location and was helped right away. This location was so quick and efficient that I was in and out in only 30 minutes! Brian and the whole store is so awesome and deliver GREAT customer service. I will never go anywhere else, Firestone in Longwood has a new customer for life!

I came into the location with a flat tire with The expectation that the tire just needed to be filled with air. After further review we determined that the tire was separating from the rubber and it needed to be replaced completely. I explained that I only had $10 to my name and I had two children with me I am a single mom and money is tight. After much discussion with the technician,manager and supervisor they came together and provided me with the services completed for free!! they did not charge me for the tire or the service. I can not thank them enough. They saved me from losing my job and not being able to take my kids to school. I am forreal grateful those young men that helped me!

I have a loaner car from Enterprise and they sent me to Firestone for an oil change and a tire repair (nail). I called and spoke to George who said to bring the car in at that time. I arrived a few minutes later to a full lobby, but George made short work of that. He was amazing to watch. Everyone was helpful, but he was clearly in charge. I think we all felt like VIPs. He directed traffic and remembered everyones situation. My car was handled beautifully. This was the best customer service I think Ive ever seen.

I came on Thursday, too busy for an oil change.Made an appointment. Show up for said appointment. An Hour later my truck still hasn’t moved. Stated they were busy. What’s the point of making appointments when they are ignored. Service Manager gave me a coupon for a free oil change but will apparently take 3 days to complete. Avoid.

Been coming here since I learned how to drive. Great store, reliable service. Over many years, Dylan and Amar have been the only sweet and memorable staff members. Everyone else seems miserable and they dont speak with much tact nor do they make sure you understand what theyre saying. Dont give me the mechanic terms, I dont know what youre talking about. I work in the medical field and I learned how to speak laymans. Not everyone knows about medicine just like not everybody knows about cars.On another note, as Im writing this..some guy has a lady on speaker phone in the middle of the store where everyone can hear him being a jerk to her..he tried to pin it on her saying she was the rude one! Dude needs a new job or a new wife.

Ruben is THE MAN.... after being shunned by the Sanford Firestone (read that review!) because my car is highly modified, Ruben took the time to go do the alignment on the car and did it perfectly. You cannot ask for a better employee, he knows his stuff and really got my car driving smooth again after more mods. Since I have a lifetime alignment on this car, hes now the only other person I will let take a wrench to this car! Will be back for sure!!!

Scheduled an appointment for my 2008 Nissan Frontier for Saturday morning for a brake issue. When I dropped off the truck I was told the brake tech was off on the weekends. So why would they Schedule me and not tell me that? So now I have to leave my pickup there through the weekend and have my truck diagnosised on Monday. So I call for a status late morning and they hadnt gotten to my pickup, called again several times throughout the day and nothing finally at the end of the day after 5pm I get the call and was told I needed $2,400 in repairs... They stated I needed new brake pads, rotors, calipers, brake lines and some other things. So of course I said no thanks. I got my pickup and I took it to Vega High Tech Auto and they replaced one brake line. Parts and labor was under $200.So I concluded the following...1, they didnt know what was the issue so they quoted me on everything2, they really tried to rip my off3, they quoted my high because they didnt really want to work on my pickup.Overall it was a terrible experience, they get one star because Google wont allow me to give them a ZERO!if youre in the Longwood area and need auto service go to Vega High Tech
Best alignment Ive ever had, faith restored in mechanics. They seriously took the time and did not cut corners to do it right. Will definitely be back for tires and alignments.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this shop; they tried to scam me.Too bad Yelp doesnt allow a zero star rating.I had a vehicle inspection done and was told my front & back struts are leaking and should be replaced. I had purchased these struts just several months ago at Sears, and went to Sears to fix (since its under Sears warranty). Sears checked and they showed me there were no leaks whatsoever.I returned to Firestone, told them what I saw at Sears and asked them to put the vehicle on the lift to show me the leak, Initially the admin person at the front desk said the manager will not allow the mechanic to move my the car into the garage because its raining and there could be lightning. I said Id wait. When the rain subsided they said the leak might not show because of the rain. I asked that they check anyway.With the car on the lift, our conversation went like this:Mechanic: Theres the leak.Me: Where? I dont see any leak.Mechanic: I must have been confused because we do so many cars. Im sorry.Admin person: Yes, there is a leak, I saw it. But Im so sorry, it was really a small leakMe: Well where is it? I dont see even a small leak...I then asked the manager to explain this behavior and he said: we didnt say you need new struts, we only recommended you get new struts.

Took car into for a flat repair. Was charged $38 to fix. Several hours later same tire flat again. Manager said we must have run over something. Then stated the tire would need to be replaced. They never fixed the flat but when told I was calling corporate office was refunded.
They used to be great but but now they just want to upsell. It cost me more to get a quote from them than it did to get it fixed elsewhere.
If I could give them no stars I would. I went there to get my tire plugged. They wouldnt plug it but said they do patches. After looking at the tire, the lady said I drove on it and there would be confetti. I didnt even make it off my street before I backed up slowly and put air in it at my house. I took it to empire tire on seminola and no confetti no problem and half of their patch price. corporately owned sucks.

If you like getting taken for your cash give them a try. I have been a long-standing part time customer since 1998 this is the second time I feel like theyve tried to rip me off. I pulled in to take advantage of my lifetime alignment and getting oil change and to have a tire patched first thing a Salesman says is we cant patch your tire just as he pushes his quote of a thousand dollars for four brand new tires across the counter to me. I told him to keep the quote change the oil and put it back into alignment when I went back to pick up my truck they told me my line without to tell and the reason my toe is out with because I had a nail in my tire part of that Ive driven over 2,000 miles with no problems as he tried to sell me a thousand dollars worth of tires again. prior to that my truck was having trouble with the brake lights I took the Firestone they told me a hundred twenty dollars to diagnose the electrical problem they diagnosed it said I needed an $800 part. I said that didnt seem right to me, take it to another mechanic shop to hook it up to a diagnostic he reset the computer and fixed the problem for free, took less than five minutes. I will never go back to Firestone again even with a lifetime alignment on my truck. and anyone else who read this and does would be foolish!!
