Ive been driving around for roughly 2 hours and visited about 10 shops looking for somewhere to align my car but was turned away and refused help meat every shop until Inlign. I called up Denzel and without hesitation told me to come by, got my car in literally minutes after arriving with no appointment at all. They went above and beyond getting me in with no wait. Amazing customer service, tech did a great job with the alignment and the couldnt be happier. They earned a life time customer today and I will never forget this.

My son tried to get in this place 2 times and was sent way... 3rd time we dropped the car off in the morning at 8am... He wanted a alignment and 4 wheel balance... we picked the car up and the alignment was perfect... but the car shook so bad at 60 mph it felt like you were gonna chip a tooth... called and let them know we live 45 minutes away and the only time we could come back was on Saturday... my son arrived at 8:20 am... they told him he had to wait ...there were cars ahead of him.... wait what?.. a customer who has already paid for a service that wasnt done correctly... now has to wait to have it fixed... absolutely ridiculous... he had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to have them rebalance his tires... that is very poor customer service... the day we dropped his car off.. I asked about a alignment on my suv... they told me it falls under a specialty alignment at $129... I asked if you guys do 2 wheel alignments.... and is your specialty alignment considered a 4 wheel alignment since a 4 wheel alignment isnt listed... I was trying to figure out why a suv 2 wheel alignment was gonna cost me $129 bucks.... the gentleman tried to tell me that my rear has no adjustment ( which I already knew).. but they still put plates on the rear... so its still considered a 4 wheel alignment... what..?? Are you serious... 25 years working in the automotive industry I have never heard anyone consider a 2 wheel alignment...to be a 4 wheel alignment... needless to say I wl not be going there for any future needs... poor customer service... and and staff doest seem to have any knowledge of services provided.....

This place is the worst for balancing tires, and you wait and wait and wait. Then when they send you on your way because they say theyre done, you got to come back because they did it wrong.. And guess what! You have to wait and wait again, even though its their fault.

So this review has been in the making for about a decade or so. I always say Im going to write a review and life gets in the way. And sadly, we (humans) are always quick to complain when something goes wrong, but are delayed to praise a job well done.Ive been a client of Inlign for a little over a decade. If I were to describe the Inlign family, I would use the following words: Honest, Reliable, Trustworthy,In summarizing my experiance with Inlign over the past decade, i would say that they have helped me with about a half dozen cars in my hooptie fleet. These range from Dodge, Acura, Hondas (multiple) and the occasional older Benz.They are priced fairly in my opinion (not the lowest in the market), but they do great work, stand by their commitment to you as a client and will look out for you.Just to give you a few examples, like the time I:1) Went in for an oil change on a Honda Odyssey and Tim noticed that the wear on my Michelins was really low thru no fault of my own. (Religious about rotating and balancíng) Tim reached out to Michelin and was able to get me a new set at a very reasonable discount.2) Went in for a tire rotation and balance/ oil change on my Acura TL and Ralph noticed that my radiator had a slight leak. Turns out there was a very small crack. When I came back to pick up my car his words were, We also found a small crack in the radiator, so we replaced it under warranty for you..... (I had purchased the radiator from them some time prior to this visit). They proactively corrected something before I noticed it, WOW! (Does not happen in this day and age)I will also say that if ever I had a complaint of any kind in this past decaded, they have heard me out, addressed it and made it right.In conclusion, I will say that I am just a client and have no business affliations with Inlign Automotive, nor was I paid for this review. I am just another satisfied client. (there are lots of us) My only complaint for Tim, Ralph and the team is that they do not have a location closer to Lake Mary..... Other than that, Ive been very satisfied with their services.

First time at this location and had my brakes inspected. Fully expected them to tell me I needed new brakes due to a sound I have been having - but nope they were honest and told me I didnt need them yet. Good first impression!

First things first, I do my research and read reviews before I take my car anywhere. Brought my car to Inlign today to have some wheels mounted. After forum research I thought that they would fit perfect but the poke was a little too much for my liking and I did not want to continue on that route. Instead of just balancing and mounting my wheels and tires they brought up the fitment before the Tpms were switched and before the wheels were balanced. They actually care about the work that is being done/customer opinion and not just about collecting $$$ from a customer. Spoke with Ralph who was extremely knowledgeable about my situation and advised me of some other options which made me feel a lot better about the situation. Thank you Ralph! All staff was very professional and courteous. Definitely will be using their shop for any services I will need in the future. I appreciate everything!

Huge fan of this place! Years ago it was recommended to me for an alignment. Well they did what they had to do and it turned out I didn’t need the alignment and they didn’t charge me for it. HONEST PEOPLE!! My hubby and I take our vehicles there whenever we need something. We don’t worry that we will be charged too much or worry that they will say we need something that we really don’t. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! GREAT PEOPLE! GREAT PLACE!

InLign Automotive is the most honest, automotive place where they work with integrity and care about their customers. They dont try to sell you unnecessary services like some places that might seem cheaper but pressure upsell. Instead, they give an honest assessment. We have been taking our vehicles to InLign Automotive for years and have regretted any time we went elsewhere. I wish we could give them 10 stars.

Very professional and honest. My daughters 2003 PT Cruiser had multiple issues. The recommended not putting the money into it as the needed repairs were beyond the value of the car. They could have soaked us for a large repair bill but chose honesty and integrity over profits.

Would be a perfect review other than the fact that my tires were not properly inflated or the sensors were not set to proper position... fronts read FR 64psi FR 78psi and rears RR 78psi and RL 64psi... and not valve stem caps upon pick up of my vehicle until Denzel was made aware and put them on before I left. Other than that these guys are great, truck drives straight and tires are balance.

AAA had me towed to Inlign as my car had a heater hose replaced, thermostat etc. I dont live in the area and not mechanical but after talking with some of staff I believe this was honest choice. The work was done as soon as possible and I was on my way. I will be going back,means I will pass a couple hundred other garages,thats trust. Ill be let you know.

Between the first call, dropping my car off, and picking it up, I talked to 3 people - and each one of them was excellent! Super fair pricing; I had a problem that involved dismantling the drivers side door(for which Ive been horribly burnt at other places over the labor $$$), and the number I heard over the phone was *well* less than what I was expecting.Tim and Ralph are knowledgeable, respectful, and just easy to talk to. Easily the most comfortable Ive felt in an auto shop lobby. Check these guys out if youre browsing 17-92 shops.

This is the only shop in Florida I go to for performance wheel alignments. Kyle is an awesome technician and the only person I will let work on my c6 corvette alignment. He’s so precise I travel from Tallahassee for him to work on it. And by the way, if there is a scheduling faux pas, see Ralph, he’ll take care of that! These guys are phenomenal!

They started an hour after my scheduled appointment but the waiting area helped pass the time. Great service from Johnathan in the office, with Kyle and Carlos handling the alignment. (Very detailed techs!) Overall they get a 5 star from top to bottom. Plan to bring them additional projects very soon. Thanks gentleman.UPDATE 6-9-19:Brought my track car back for some additional work. I installed some adjustable suspension parts that would need a detailed alignment again. Upon arriving I met Ralph (Manager) who is not just knowledgeable of alignments but a true expert in performance track cars and tires. While his lead tech Kyle worked on my car, Ralph sold me on the exact tires I was already interested in. Totally a 180 experience to go to a shop that actually has VERY knowledgeable staff. I want to share my experience being a first/last time customer to use their service, tech at this place was very professional, with kind welcome i left my car for force balance, i was guaranteed that the issue i have with the vibration will go away, the confidence they showed. I left my car with recently powder coated rims. After few hrs i got a call, got the car and test drove but no change to the car, the vibration was still there. Spoke to them and was told to take the car meanwhile inspecting the wheels i found one of the newly powder-coated rims damaged and that the paint is flaking off. I reached out to the manager they re-did the road force balance but nothing changed except this time they left me with an expense to get the wheel redone. I reached out to them hoping they will work with me maybe issue refund or help with the cost of painting the wheel but they chose not to respond after an email exchange.I dont know how or what happened instead of them offering to fix something that happened at there side they started asking me if it paint was under warranty. I was like really!!

Great start! I just bought an older Expedition a couple months ago and found Inlign while shopping for struts on-line. I called them because they had a lot of good reviews. This is one more good review.The store manager, Ralph was excellent to deal with. I had all 4 struts replaced and feel like the price was very fair considering some other estimates I had acquired. I also feel like they provided sound advice for my future maintenance planning and they did not try to up-sell any nonsense to me.I will take my vehicle back to Inlign when I am due for service. This place has been the best Ive found ever since moving to Orlando a few years ago, they managed to get custom staggered rims and tires onto my charger which barely fit but they got it done nevertheless, and recently corrected my alignment after I had gotten it aligned elsewhere, only to still be having problems, but after getting it done right at Inlign my ride is finally driving straight again!

Needed one tire due to my fault, wanted to match the other 3 exactly. Called and spoke to Tim at 4:30, he didnt have it in stock, but said he felt he could get it the next morning, i went in at 9 he had the tire, got it mounted, balanced and i was out in 40 minutes. Great personal service and knowing that Tim, the owner is there to assure customer satisfaction. Will buy my other 3 in the next month.

Dropped my car off due to drop offs only for alignment took them 5 1/2 hours to even touch my car. I get a call saying my car can’t fit on the lift, followed by another call 10 minutes later saying they are closing and I should get it ASAP. I told them they gave me very short notice and that I would have to Uber. He said he will leave the keys in my car, so I told him to put it under the mat. My car was left unlocked with the key just thrown on the floor, Meanwhile I had to pay and wait for an Uber to get my car that wasn’t even worked on or looked at until last minute. Do not go here, waste of time and money. Oh and an alignment is $130 ridiculous pricing

Great and honest folks here. Had my Mazda Protege towed here after it broke down on the side of the road. They were able to get my car running again and Ralph helped me out a bit with some extra testing on the car free of charge because of my situation. Saved me from spending any more money as he told the car wouldnt be worth the additional work and labor costs, instead of taking me to the cleaners. Honesty and great customer service is what youll find. Will definitely be back, they have customer for life.

Oh, wow. These guys were so nice! I got a funny sound in my car while decelerating and braking and wanted to check it out. Ralph told me to come on in on a Saturday, and an hour later he had driven my car, checked it thoroughly, and determined it was nothing more than a noise! They quickly made sure I was safe, and didnt charge me any bogus fees for that. Definitely coming back when I do need to spend money. Fantastic service.

Never fixed any of my car problems, only ever found new ones that never got fixed themselves. They would also make decisions w/o consultation. Even when they make small mistakes (ie, using the wrong oil for changes, oil that they themselves suggested for the vehicle), they refused to own up to them. Would recommend if you enjoy wasting your time, money, and patience.

Once again the guys at Inlign Automotive made me a happy camper. They are always friendly, upfront and honest about what needs to be done to my Annabelle. (I name my cars.) I brought my car to the dealership for a pull and shake in my front wheels (I had 2 recalls, otherwise I wouldnt have). The dealership gave me an alignment, but the problem persisted. I brought it to Inlign and they diagnosed the actual problem quickly and fixed it with little wait time!Trustworthy, kind staff that dont try to sell you things that you dont need. A bonus: the waiting room is so clean and cozy! The people who work at Inlign provide great service and are friendly, too! Just bring your car here - youll save time, frustration, headache, and money!

Recommended by a close friend of mine I decided to get my bearing replaced here. The staff was very polite when dropping my vehicle off, giving me advice and ensuring my vehicle will be done in no time. About an hour and a half later I receive a phone call that I need a new axle, the threads were stripped. After telling me they couldn’t find an axle I found one the first place I tried. I take the part to them. Roughly an hour later I get another phone call that the part won’t work. So from 8am to 12pm they only managed to get a wheel off and diagnose my axle being bad. The axle was apparently too long bulky half an inch, but they had never taken the axle out to measure the two. Someone just didn’t want to work. When I asked about a part number or measurement I was told to look it up myself and bring the part in when I found it.

Very friendly and efficient. My car was towed in around noon and I was able to pick it up before 5pm on a Saturday! For a whole new radiator job- also, their price includes parts and labor was half the cost of Pepboys! Amazing! We will definitely return for any mechanical car needs, as we are new to the area and are thankful to find find an honest and reasonable mechanic!

I made an appointment for 10am and arrived on time. I then waited in the waiting room thinking they were doing the alignment on my car but in reality they had not started it until 1045 when they took it back off the lift and told me they could not do because of issues with the car. (Thats on me not them) What got me was when the tech came into the waiting room to tell me the issues he told me next time I come to make an appointment and I wouldnt have to wait so long. So something they could have told me in 5 minutes I sat around waiting for an hour to leave again because apparantly I didnt have an appointment. Giving 2 stars instead of just 1 because at least the first person to help me when I arrived was helpful and polite.

Pros: They drive your car in for you. They are generally polite. They do good work (from what I can tell). They have an air-conditioned waiting room. Cons: They almost always end up charging you more than they quote you on the phone. They always underestimate how long it takes them to do anything. Ex: Something they said would take 30 minutes, took 1hr 15 (thats with an appointment). Even when you ask them how much longer, they always take longer than they say. So in short, depending on whats important to you they are a good place to go or not. I, personally, will probably not be going back. Ive been multiple times and always seem to have the problems aforementioned in the cons section.

Bought tires here awhile back and they do free rotations so I get my vehicle serviced and tires rotated at the same time. Service is always good, if I can not leave the car I will call ahead to see if there are any openings. They are good about telling me if there will be a wait or not. And have never taken longer to finish than stated. I hate waiting. My car is always returned to me clean and the safety check is thourough, they check the air filter and look at the wipers. Overall quality service and no hard selling tell me what it needs and explain why then its up to me.

Went in because I noticed a small oil leak. They are honest mechanics who told me that they couldnt duplicate the leak or find anything wrong. Gave honest assessment of brakes and tires. Could have gone home with an all good now but thought I would replace tires before became an emergency situation. No fear factors. No high pressure. Great place to go!
