They lack a conscience. And they are very good at pretending to be very nice and friendly when in reality all they really care about is the money theyll make from you.

Bought a truck. No issues with paperwork or the vehicle. People were nice and straight to the point, no run around or fast talk. Small lot with select vehicles. Didnt seem to be hoarding a bunch of junk cars/dirt cheap, which is a red flag for me. I recommend checking out their selection.

I recently brought a midsize truck from Family Auto Brokers inc and I was very satisfied with experience there. Mr. Skip is a one of a kind individual and he will take very good care of you.

They sell cars with bad transmissions. Your transmission will most likely give up on you shortly after you buy from this trashy car dealership. I bought a car from this dealership a few months ago and now dealing with the transmission slipping. I believe they rate themselves and have their own family, friends and employees rate them in other to look good and attract customers. Dont trust them.

This was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Skip (the owner) was very fair as to pricing. My credit isnt the best but he was decent in regards to financing. I purchased a 2008 GMC Envoy last August and have yet to have any issues. Within 1 week of purchase he did additional inspection of vehicle and replaced brakes and rotors BRAND NEW!!! At no cost to me. He understood I am a single parent and wanted to make sure vehicle was above board! I had no idea any issue! Dont believe what you read. Go down and experience for yourself! Ill start by saying nice cars.Now the bad. He advertises as a bring only the down payment and drive today with buy here pay here. However when you go to his office he tells you in person that they do look at your credit. If youve had 2 repos or more, he wants 35-40% down. So on a $10,000 car, he wants you to have $4000 down. If I had that, I would either buy outright or go to a real dealership and get real financing.

I was already pre approved for my my auto loan from my bank before I found FAB INC. The price I paid for the vehicle was lower than my approval rate. I test drove the vehicle which had great mileage and everything that I pointed out to them, they had it fixed and replaced by the time I came back to pick up the car. I thought I was going home with a paper tag, but they saved me a trip to the DMV and already had my hard tag on the car. I would highly recommend this dealer, they’ve showed me nothing but the best service.

I wanted to have the car a while before leaving a wonderful review, that is not necessarily the case... These people are great & the cats are just lovely! They are sweet & kind & fun to talk to. My family (husband & 5 kids) have had a recent string of tragedies, the last being my engine exploding on the way to help my father-in-law (who, in North GA, has taken a severe turn for the worse)...the people who own FAB were so sympathetic & understanding. We desperately needed a new car & found a 2013 GMC ACADIA (with 110k miles) there, being a pretty good deal this was literally the answer to our prayers! WE ARE IN LOVE with this car!!! After having it for 4 days however, things are starting to go wrong. The taillight, which we asked Skip (owner) about, was completely underwater, after taking it off to dry out & find the pin hole leak (his suggestion) the entire seal was gone on the top & the lense fell off! ($400 part & $50 bulb, had to special order online, because no-one carries them)...there was a loud bang in the back which scared us, it was the leftgate arm (which snapped at the top & is still going up & down making gashes in the plastic casing on the liftgate) it looked like it may have been glued. ($100). The oil has not been changed ($45) & it needs new tires ($400)...(parts only not installation, labor or alignment). The engine is hesitating when going up an incline as well. Im now worried that we spent $10,000 on a major headache/expense. I understand & accept that we bought as is but, wheres the line? Now I have about $2000 in extra parts & work... My advise is just go to a dealership, spend a little more money for less miles & save yourslef the head/heartache in the long run.

They sold my cousin a lemon. The transmission went up just suddenly without any warning signs. I suspect they knew the vehicle had a major issue all along and just did a temporary fix on the vehicle for a quick sale. Unfortunately the vehicle is past the warranty timeframe and he now has to deal with the consequences of buying a vehicle from this place. STAY AWAY.

So, I have been pushing off my review for about 3 weeks now. And no I know what you are thinking but it was not because I had a bad experience, but more along the lines of everything went perfect a little to perfect. I started shopping around for a car I went to about 4 big dealerships just looking to see what I would like. I of course did not run my credit or have a conversation with anyone just a brief in and out. My sister and I found a Walmart in the Longwood area as she was looking for a specific item and there was family Auto Brokers. I thought cute but not for me so I decided to take a look anyway I noticed 2 cars immediately. skip acknowledged my sister and I however I just browsed and left the following day I took my mother I showed her the two vehicles on day 3 I went again as this dealership was calling my name I then had a small convo with Skip we talked possibilities on the 5th day my husband and I went in I showed him the two cars we test drove the two cars deciding on the Cadillac truck as a better fit for my mini family and I the interaction with skip his wife and cats were very genuine I felt I had known skip for months he was very easy going and on several attempts made my husband and I very comfortable seeing as though I had a bad reaction to the cats. we opened and closed the lot with skip and his family that day. My over all experience with skip and the over all car buying process was amazing I recommend to any and everyone as a first time car buyer Family Auto Brokers is where it’s at. Don’t trust them they sell cars with bad transmission.

The guy on the phone told me that he was going to be there for me to look at a car, I was coming from an hour and a half away. When I got there the gates were closed and nobody was there, when I called him he said that he closed early.I reminded him that he told me just a few hours earlier that he was going to be there. He told me to come back the next day. When I let him know that I came from an hour and a half, and I wouldnt be able to make it back. He showed no empathy, he didnt care, never even apologized. he seems like one of those that doesnt really care about his customers, he just wants to make a quick sale. Which makes me wonder about the quality of the cars that he sells. If hes not interested in having returning customers, then he may not be interested in selling quality cars. I recommend that no one does business with this guy.
