Was offered a little over 100 bucks, tried to renegotiate, offered only 200.Would not recommend to anyone.Edit: Was contacted after left review to try and get my side of story, its plain as day here in the review. Do not believe the commercial . The evaluation is done through kelly blue book which is basically the wholesale value . My evaluation said $1850.00 . I made an appointment to have them see my car . After 20 minutes of checking car and inputting info into his tablet, we went inside . I was told he was waiting for an offer to be sent from the buyers . The offer came back at $800.00 . Of course I complained about the scam but was told that its up to the buyers. I sold my car privately the next week for $2500.00 . I know its more hassel but I would have lost $1700.00 if I let them scam me . Dont fall for this bait and switch, and by the way, the Longwood location is a dump .

Hi guys,Let me share my Experience that I had at Webuyanycar very recently;The experience was good.Initially I was skeptical on how they would offer the rates but after going through reviews somehow made up my mind atleast to consult.Noel/Store Manager at FL took 15 mins to examine exterior condition of the car including the thickness of paints on the car.He took 10 mins to examine interiors and prepared a report mentioning about his findings.Once he reported his findings to the pricing team they offered a very low price but just after knowing my expectation,Noel transparently quoted the same with the management and helped me to get the rate I expected.I would have given 5 stars for the experience but felt it would have been fair if they have offered good rate straight away as the rate they offered initially didnt even match to my taughts but trust me its a good experience rather than the hassle to find buyers. They pay you in mode of cheque and good thing is that it got deposited immediately and reflected into account in 2 business days although it differs from bank to bank.

The manager that helped us was very helpful and friendly. We had an older car so the offer was not a lot. And this is what we expected even though is was significantly less than the offer we received at Carmax a month or so ago.The big negative in the whole thing was a fee that as it turned out was more than the amount of the check we were given for the car. We needed to dispose of the vehicle so we accepted the deal. However, that is the last time we will use them. There is no reason to have to pay someone to buy your vehicle. This paperwork fee is a scam. And is nowhere to be found on their website. If it is there I couldnt find it. Thats why I say scam. I cannot recommend them.I do recommend to them that they spend some money fixing up their office. The stained drop ceiling and and run down appearance of the office do not exactly inspire confidence. Also a larger sign would be really helpful in being able to find them.
