My experience was great. Customer service was definitely satisfactory. Pharmacist was assisting someone but made the effort to acknowledge I was waiting and he would help once he finished with the couple. The young lady proceeded to assist and was also very pleasant and helpful. Customer service is very important to me and this encounter was acceptable and once again satisfactory.

They cant answer the phone at the pharmacy for a simple request. I held for over 15 minutes and gave up. It was my second attempt, too. I dont recommend trying to go here, as their service is so slow.

The WORST CVS pharmacy Ive ever been to. Their computers are never working, or so they claim although if you tell them you are going to a publix or walmart instead they might magically start working. Will leave you on hold for over an hr because they forget about you being on the phone. Most of the pharmacists and techs there are RUDE except the one Male pharmacist, poor dude just tries to do his job with the crappiness they have. Expect to have an issue just about every time you need to fill or pick up a prescription. Terrible all around!! Wish I could give ZERO stars.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS. The pharmacy employees are super rude. Both the African-american and the other one which looks Hispanic but had an Indian sounding name apparently dont know what good customer service is.They are both condescending and act like they are above everybody else. And it was not only to me, they were like that with everyone else in line. I went 3 different days between 3pm and 5pm and the attitude was always the same from both of them.The second lady I mentioned above appeared to be mad the whole time I was being attended by her. I opened the bag of the prescriptions she gave me to verify everything was in there but there was one missing item.When I returned and told her I had a question, she said: Whats up? with a huge attitude. Her tone was like a street thug.I dont know what these employees problems are, but if they dont want to be there or for whatever reason they have this bad attitude, they should stay home or quit.The CVS employees from Altamonte Springs are way better these people. And they are not that far away.I hope CVS headquarters is reading these reviews.

My two year old was diagnosed w Flu Type A. Prescription for Tamilfu was ordered at CVS. Upon arriving to pick up the script, I notice the liquid Tamilfu was not flavored. Knowing that my two year old does not fancy liquid aspirin tasting medicine, I asked for it to be flavored. I was told they do not flavor the medication, and was asked if I wanted it or not. What!? Needless to say, my two year old did not take the medicine and has been a waste of the prescription. I called other pharmacies, Walgreens, Publix and Walmart, and sure enough, they all flavor their children’s Tamilfu prescriptions. Even offer multiple flavors. I will never, nor my family and friends shop or obtain scripts from cvs. What a joke and lack of compassion for sick children. Save your time, and children’s health, by going elsewhere.

Pharmacist is absolutely the rudest most condesending professional I have ever come across. Rx are NEVER ready, or they have to order it and you wait a week before anyone contacts you. I hate going here but have to due to insurance and transportation issues. One time my son couldnt get his ADHD meds bc the lock on the safe was broke for 4 days.... Call a locksmith!!!. It actually angers me when I have to deal with these people.Update.... Thought I would give this pharmacists and pharmacy one more chance but... Nope.... Shes still rude and condesending as ever. I just do not get why she appears to think the rest of the world is so much below her. SMDH.

Outstanding service at this pharmacy. Always helpful and prompt. The employees here fulfill promised delivery times and always with a smile. The store is kept fresh and clean and welcoming.

The Pharmacist at this location is absolutely rude. Simple answers would suffice but instead she’s condescending and just shakes her head repeatedly while you try to speak to her. Last I checked, when you are customer facing you should practice basic customer service. Moving all of our business elsewhere both retail and pharmacy related.

If I could give this store a minus 5, I would, because of constant phone calls and messages asking if I wanted to fill prescriptions. One day there were four phone calls plus three messages from them. The last straw was when I went to pick up my diabetes medication, which costs about $150 at Walmart for a 30-day supply. The clerk at CVS presented me with a package containing a 90-day supply, with a price of over $1000! Then she asked if I had insurance, knowing full well that I do, as it is in their computer, along with instructions to fill prescriptions for 30-days only. This store also filled prescriptions without my authorization for things I use only occasionally—and sent me multiple messages to pick them up. Like I want to stand and wait an average 10-15 minutes to pick up something I didn’t order in the first place! Goodbye, CVS, hello Walmart pharmacy.

I am so sick of this pharmacy not being able to communicate with other pharmacies to get an order transferred, being put on hold for 10 min or more, then they just hang up before you even get to speak to a human. Or the human answers & after you begin talking they just hang up. I work & cannot spend all day on the phone Trying to get something simple done. Cannot wait to be done with them!

This pharmacy is just so unorganized and every single person I’ve ever been directed to or have spoken to in person gives you the wrong information every time. Since June 20th I have tried to pick up the same prescription 3 times! First time I was told to come back on June 25th and it would be ready. Came in on the 27th, NOT READY. So this being the second time, had a Pharmacist tell me to come back on Monday (July 2nd) that he would order it and it will be here. Called today 3rd try.. it’s not in their system or anything at all. Had the woman on the phone tell me I’m calling the wrong CVS. Proved her wrong (of course) sees that we’ve picked up prescriptions there before. Can’t give me an answer. Tells me to call back a 4th time!!! To speak to a Wanda. I will be going to a different pharmacy. Worst CVS I’ve EVER experienced. Poor employees. Poor management. Having a child go this long without their prescription when a parent has been trying to get it for over 2 weeks now.

They need to change their apparent pharmacy rules that allows doctors to call in Rx for family members. I had to do a biopsy on my husbands tongue and, obviously, hes in pain. He wasnt allowed to get his prescription filled because his wife is his doctor. News flash: husbands who see their doctor wife get sick too and need the same care as everyone else. Ive NEVER called in a narcotic for him and they can check their data base to prove Im not a freaking drug addict 🙄
