We just had back doors with mini blinds between glass installed and we were very happy with our experience. Sarah was very knowledgeable and helpful in the office and Donny did a great job with the installation. We will definitely use this company again. Were very happy with the product, customer service, and experience.

Good selection fast turn around!

I can only attest to an initial visit as I haven’t purchased yet. Went in to find out about barn door options. Lauren explained sooo much to me about how to go about buying them and what was important like weight of the door, guides at the bottom etc. I’m really interested in creating something custom so I will likely just get the hardware from them. I do know where I am going to purchase any residential doors in the future thou, definitively here.

Emailed Chrissy back and forth for a week and never received a call from their installer Greg... And thats it. I needed all new interior doors and an exterior.I guess they dont want my $? Okay.🤷🏻‍♀️

I went in to Titan Building Supply 2 yesterday to get an estimate for a new front door. I had been shopping around when my neighbor referred me to them. I went to their location already having in mind what I wanted as Ive already been to some other local establishments (not box stores). I was pleasantly greeted by nice lady who told me she was a sales person. I explained what I wanted briefly and was given some brochures on doors. She then told me its best to take them home and email what I wanted. I was shocked. They never asked for my name or any information. I said I knew what I wanted and again got the response to just email it to her. I have to say I am very disappointed. I feel if doing business in person is not important I can just email what I want to any door company and wait for a response. I hope this was a one time thing for Titan but fear it may be a habit.

I have worked with this company for over a decade and choose to go nowhere else simply because the products and service are top notch. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and theyll even load your product for you.

Last month, bought a custom built door here ($600+). Front staff who took my door order were informative, pleasant to deal with and really helpful. I picked up my door from their shop TWO days after they promised it would be ready. Their excuse? We had some problems. After I tore out my old door (but before I screwed in my new door) found out their door frame (which they make onsite) was made incorrectly. The door wouldnt shut correctly. Took it back to their shop for repair (40 minute drive, one way). They built me a new door frame. Waited over one hour for the repair work. Meanwhile, my door installer is twiddling his thumbs at my home, waiting for me to return. Finally, got my rebuilt custom door frame. Shop foreman (who did the repair work) never spoke to me afterwards, didnt say he was sorry for my 2+ hour delay/inconvenience, didnt offer to stand by his work. They gave me my door and said NOTHING. This was just unacceptable, crappy customer service. The only reason I didnt rate this company a ONE star was the front staff were nice. My advice... triple check your custom door construction before driving off.

For the combination of quality, variety of materials, and delivery they cant be beat. They can get just about anything you need including flex molding. And they are still open👍
