Great experience working with Jen. Called because we needed to let go of some furniture because we are downsizing and moving. She helped me through the entire process. She told me their process step by step. I sent her pictures of the furniture and she was very interested. She asked when I could bring everything in, and when I told her we couldnt she arranged for a mover to come and pick everything up. She emailed their contract and pickup agreement and it was all done in a few days. The delivery driver was fantastic and made sure everything was loaded securely and protected for the journey. Will definitely use BTN again.

I love this store! It is always interesting and has great finds. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

We went out of our way to visit this store and were very disappointed. This store carried outdated furniture, etc. There was a very nice king size cherry bedroom set that someone may be interested in. But otherwise dont waste your time.

I have shopped here several times and always have had a fabulous experience. The owners are friendly and kind. There is a nice variety of furniture and decor and the inventory turns over so there are always new items.

I have been consigning and buying for years; nothing but positive experiences. Jen and Ed have always been fair, wonderful and have taught me a thing or to about some of my items. Always helpful and it is a treat to go in there. One of the best consignment stores I have had the pleasure to do business with.

Top notch store. Always Clean, well organized with Great Service. I have consigned with them a few times. I have never had a problem getting my check.In addition, I have purchased several items from them. If you see something you like dont wait thinking you can get it later. I waited twice and regretted missing some awesome chairs! Things sell fast...which is a Good thing.:)

Horrendous, a real nightmare. After the owner, Jen, looked at my items and decided which ones she wanted, she said okay we are finished. I was shocked there was no printout of the items she took from me, no paperwork stating what I just handed to her to consign. There was absolutely no proof, no paperwork, no indication what items she took from me. I was horrified. I took all my items back from her and left the store. I called many consignment shops asking each owner is this the norm and I was told absolutely not. Thank God I didnt leave my items with her. What a horrible experience. I had second thoughts about her. I was in the store a week ago and saw and heard something transpire between her and another customer. The owner of items came in to collect her money and was told by Jen there was no money. Jen looked further and finally found her account. Her name was misspelled. Hmmmmm!!!!! That incident should have kept me from coming back again. This shady experience took hours out of my schedule not to mention hauling the items in and hauling them out againA total waste of my time. Think twice about consigning here please. Shady business!!!

Great selection, reasonable prices

Best place ever! I stopped in today on my lunch break & finally found the perfect tropical painting for my office. Been looking for weeks at other stores. But today there it was-Beautiful- like new and Priced 1/3 of its worth. Rang me up in 2 min. & out the door. Hung it up with much pride! My co-workers were envious, and I told them Go to Better than New. Youll love this place!!! Im serious. By the way, this is the only review Ive ever done, but well deserved!

Great store with HUGE selection. We found several things for our daughters first apartment and a few things for me, too. The service is amazing, they cant do enough to help. We stop by all the time to see whats new, never disappointed.

I saw an ad on Craigslist for a couple chairs that would be perfect for my new house. I emailed the shop to ask about condition and price and Jenni responded quickly and friendly. Picked up chairs later that day! Cant wait to go back and check out what else they have!

Closes at 4 now every day they are open. We arrived with 15 minutes to look.

It could look like any shop of pre-own furniture, but it is very different because it is clean, doesnt smell like mold, no dust, and it is not expensive. They have passion for what they do and you feel it in every object at the shop. Ive bought very special pieces there, even a pair of beautiful earrings for my daughter!

Love the staff and the items they resell are very nice.

The hours on Google were wrong. Google said they were open on monday, went to the store, and the sign outside said they were closed on mondays. Not coming back here.

Purchased a small furniture item on a Saturday but no one would help me load the item. Cranky woman owner said it was very very heavy and would need at the least two burly men. She could have someone help me the next day, Sunday. I returned with my husband the next day to pick it up. The man at the store told us how light this item was and seemed surprised no one could have helped me with it the day I bought it. We traveled 40 minutes each way to this store and found the situation rather inconvenient. I may not return there in the future.

Pull up at 5:30 on a Friday and theyre closed. Just wasted 25 min drive. Will never come back and will let anyone know who will hear it. If you cant run a business dont start one

Rude employees, they didnt even care to at least say good afternoon, employees looked at me from head to toe and kept talking each other... I couldnt ask any question regarding what I was looking for because they were either too busy OR maybe my skin wasnt light enough. Very disappointed!!
