Just great customer service point blank period. I have had a storage unit for almost a year now and I happened to misplace my key to get in. Without any charge or hassle, Mr. Karry broke into it with a power tool after verifying who I was to ensure security. And made sure I was takin care of. 10/10 place to keep your stuff safe.

This place is by far the best storage service around. They are fast friendly and super understanding. I have never had an issue. 10/10 would recommend

I go here for a company I work for. Parking lot is clean. Easy access for the storage unit. Secured gate for entry and exit. I did speak to a business owner that rents a unit and he said the rates keep going up and believes the more you use it the more it goes up. That is his opinion not mine but felt like I would share it. I do not pay for the unit I use because the company pays it and the whole orlando area of the company I work for uses it.

Pretty empty the first time there. Not much people. Lots of space storage.

Extreme safety measures ( in which I can appreciate ) but not available in certain hours of need... Please make online maps a bit more specific

Good price and used to be 5 stars for me. Now only three because one of two elevators has been out of order for 6 months. They obviously have no desire to fox it. Starting to feel like big bang theory.

The bathroom, floors and elevator were filthy! The walls need painting or cleaned. An air freshener and more A/C would help!

Darec was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The place is clean and organized. East to get to our unit and was also easy to load it by using one of the carts they offer at the entrance. The building appears to be well secured between the building and entrances as well as the security cameras. I give it a 5 stars all around from customer service to the service provided! Thank you! The best customer service you can find. We encountered an unavoidable issue and Derec came to help us, after normal biz hours on his day off. We stored our entire household items for a year, now weve moved into our new home and everything is in perfect condition.

Very nice and polite staff. I rented both inside and outside units. Never had water leaks and I would rent another unit there if I ever needed one again. I have rented from at least 3 other facilities. Hands down the best storage place.

Great first time experience here. We needed moving boxes and stopped in to inquire. The attendant was very welcoming and was able to answer our questions. The prices were better than some of the places we had previously searched online. Id recommend them for anyone that needs items for a move.

Probably the best price in the area for smaller (5x10, 5x5) climate controlled units. Staff was easy enough to deal with. Make sure to call ahead and have them waive your admin fee. Also, check out you homeowners insurance and if you have a storage clause, bring a copy of the declaration page. Save you like $12/month in insurance coverage that is costly and not sufficient enough.

Im a little late because of covid but Giovanni was great. At least I think thats his name. The dude that drives the Corolla. Anyways, the transition was smooth and he helped me pick the right size storage unit. If only they sold masks....🤔

Very nice facility and well maintained. Could use a little better lighting in the actual units. Darec did a great job with going over all the rules and billing information about the rental unit. The security of the storage areas is top notch. I would highly recommend the facility.

Used the climate controlled unit during a move to keep things from melting in the heat. Friendly staff made it easy to get started and also made it quick to move out. If we need storage again will definitely go back. Clean and convenient for sure

Stopped by the storage center to get pricing information. The Store Manager Derek was great! He took his time to show me around the facility as well as offering me advice on how to pack my unit etc. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The facility was well lit, clean and felt secure. I won’t need a unit until mid November but I know where to go once I’m ready.

Great value, especially with the special that I was able to take advantage of. Giovanni was a great help, showed patience, and I feel, went the extra mile in helping me figure out what would work best for me. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy.

This is by far the nicest storage unit facility in the area. The customer service is top shelf. Tracy was so helpful integrating me into a larger unit! I wouldn’t recommend any other facility.

I just wanted to leave a review so everyone can hear about how amazing Life Storage is. The property is very neat and clean. If you have had storage before you might recall how old and warn down a lot of these place are. Not life storage though. On another note lets talk about the customer service, its fantastic! I believe the Managers name was Lisa that moved me in awhile back and she was so welcoming and friendly. She answered all my question and was very professional and polite. Its hard to find good customer service like that nowadays. I would recommend this storage place to anyone.

LifeStorage of Longwood is a clean and affordable self storage facility. I needed a small 5x5 climate controlled unit and was able to get a good price that was competitive with other storage facilities in the area. What I liked best about this place is the friendly management (thanks, Karen and Lisa!) and the fact that everything has a neat and clean look. The security is top notch and they make it easy to take care of payments and other details online. I am very happy to have found LifeStorage and will always consider this company in the future for storage needs.

I have been renting storage units off and on for over 30 years. Tracey is a breath of fresh air as far as customer service and courtesy. So many young people dont know what respect and customer service is about. You are lucky to have her.

I have been using life storage for over a year. I have never been dissatisfied with this location which is 1170 W. SR 434 Longwood, FL. The facility has great security features and is very clean. The staff has been changed since I first started using the facility; but the staff they have now is even better. The manager has great customer service, she will work with you as best she can when your payments are late. I give Life Storage Five Stars.

I was very impressed with the office staff. Very helpful by giving us all the information we needed. Felt like I was talking to a friend. It was so clean inside our space as well as the complete building inside and outside. So glad we were able to get our storage area with LifeStorage. The size is just right for us and knowing that if we have to go larger in the future, that we will always be with LifeStorage.

I was extremely impressed with how professional and friendly Lisa and Karen (office managers) were. Lisa was informative and straight to the point when it came to how much it would cost a month to rent a storage unit there. The lighting is exceptional, whereas Public Storage--not so much. I highly recommend this place for storing your belongings.

Love this pl ac- Derek is awesome, Always helpful I’ve had to change my storage unit to different sizes overtime and he always finds me exactly what I’m looking for close to my other unit so that I can move things easily. We just had to add another storage unit and he found me just what I needed got a set up in record time. Everything is always cleanAnd since we store inside its temperature controlled and always the right temperature.

Your Associate Manager, Traccy Martins, was an absolute delight to work with. She was very informative, and answered all my questions (and there were quite a few!). I have had some bad experiences in the past with storage facilities but was referred to this company by a friend. Let me tell you I wish I would have known about this place sooner. Great pricing. Clean and secure facility. But most importantly the customer service was phenomenal. Traccy you are a godsend. She was such a big help. Very knowledgeable. And made a stressful process a breeze. This a good, clean, and convenient location for storage with great rates. The staff is willing to help and even worked with me when I had an issue with insurance after first leasing the unit. They require a specific type of lock so make sure to ask about that ahead of time. If you are in the indoor units they have carts that you can use to get your stuff up the elevator and the hallways are nice and wide. Defiantly worth the price!

I have to say I am very impressed with the Customer service Traccy provided us with, she was very patient and informative about our questions, which I appreciated as I have never used a personal storage before. The property was clean and she made sure to inform us of all the security features of the facility which put my mind at ease seeing as how I will be storing a lot of items.

It was a good experience for the most part. Lisa who checked me in was really fabulous. The store manager was there when we were dropping things off and it would have been nice if she would have held the elevator for us instead of watching us struggle but otherwise I am happy with the cleanliness.

I stopped in the other day to check out prices and I was pleasantly surpised by the customer service I received. The store manager was more than helpful. Will definitely be storing with these guys when I move.
