Best of all he got our 84 degree house back to a respectable temperature during the hot summer. I chose this company after seeing the high Google rating and I have to tell you that they are legit. They were able to come within hours of me calling for an appointment. Would hire them for future needs and refer them to friends and family. The office was great on the phone and able to schedule an appointment quickly when our HVAC stopped working. I was very impressed with the service I received. Mayer, their technician, came out to do a safety inspection and cleaning and recommended some preventative repairs. I went ahead with his recommendation and he was able to do the work at that time. He carefully explained everything he was doing and gave me the information I needed to make the decision. Last week, we had Indoor Air Quality Medics service our house’s duct cleaning. We also added a dryer vent cleaning. They initially quoted us two prices, $375 for duct cleaning and $125 for dryer vent cleaning. Then they said it was $425 for the service. They came by and spent about 1 hour or so in vacuuming registers inside the house, and use a large vacuum connected into the indoor furnace unit in the basement. When they left, there was dryer lint on the grass, on the dryer vent cage cover. However, we also noticed that our clothes and towels especially the light ones resulted in oil stains after using the dryer.I called the manager after the clothes continued to get oil stains after using the dryer. I looked in the duct connection to the back of the dryer, I found it with lint, as if no cleaning took place. He said it was a problem with our dryer and to call an appliance technician. We never had a problem with our dryer before they came.We don’t recommend this company. I could’ve saved myself the $125 dryer vent cleaning. I also had to pick up the lint found all over the house, strewn across the yard, remove the hose to the dryer and get the lint. I’m not sure about the quality of the cleaning of the ducts done within 1.5 hours. They also left their shoe guards in the small bathroom trash can which they should’ve removed outside and taken with them. I sent photos to the manager regarding the poor quality of their services and he refused to acknowledge any issues on their end.

I’m blown away by the quality service of IAQ Medics… in three days, we’ve had multiple crews out for different jobs and EVERY ONE has been amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and creative problem solvers - our older home has thrown a lot of “interesting” issues at them and they successfully navigated every one with a positive attitude.They significantly beat the price of two big local HVAC firms with no purchase pressure. We struggled for three weeks with a larger firm to get an HVAC install date… IAQ Medics had it done the day after we received and signed our work estimate.Having had a lot of work done to our home recently, I can confidently say our experience with IAQ Medics has been the very best - I’m SO impressed with the whole company, from the folks scheduling our appointments, to finance, to the install/service teams. It’s been a genuine pleasure to work with them and we won’t go anywhere else for future services.

He also Offered me the maintenance agreement that saved me some on the maintenance and they will come out for an inspection in the spring and fall. Given my system is old and on its end of life, Adam provided an estimate to replace my current old system and let me know of the current 3 year 0% offer. Will definitely use them again and recommend others... Great experience overall.

Definitely made the right choice in picking IAQ Medics for the replacement of my AC and furnace. It started out with a great initial conversation with Adam, a technician who came out to clean our old unit and provided the quote for replacing the whole system. He was knowledgeable, didnt try to upsell me, and suggested the system that would meet our needs (plus, the quote was emailed the same day). Install was just a couple days later, led by Jonathan, who along with his partners, stayed from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm to install a new AC system and furnace and then make sure everything was working. A bad wire in the house meant a lot of extra work, but they worked diligently to get things up and running so we werent boiling in the house on a hot summer day. Best of all, IAQ Medics have a terrific automated communication system where they will text and email you when the technicians or installers are on the way, along with a name and photo of who is coming by. The level of responsiveness of this company puts other service companies to shame. You can tell they have invested in technology to differentiate their business from others. Already seeing a huge improvement in cooling in our house now that we have a properly sized system for our home.

IAQ Medics was honest and did not insist on coming in the middle of the night so they could charge an emergency fee for something that could wait until the morning. Adam, the technician, did not try to sell me any extra parts or services and was great. We have been using IAQ Medics for our semi-annual A/C maintenance since we purchased our home and highly recommend this company.

From start to finish, Darnell gave us a great quote with plenty of options, and once we made our selection, the office team quickly scheduled our installation since we had no heat. And then the angels of the installation team saved my marriage! They arrived on time and got right to work! Will not name the companies that came by but refused to work on the American Standard 5ton packaged Unit. Finally came across Air Quality Medics and they immediately new the unit and scheduled a service call the next day. Met Harold who diagnosed the issue and explained all my options. Cut forward, I have the piece of mind knowing I have a company that has experienced technicians at my disposal moving forward! And yes, I signed up for their maintenance program!

I was advised by the IAQ Medic Tech my AC capacitors needed to be replaced. I agreed to have both replaced at a price of $291 each. While being installed, I found out the parts cost $15-$20 a piece. I told the IAQ Tech the price of the parts and he said yeah. The work was completed in 15 minutes. I contacted IAQ Medics to confirm if this was the correct fee. The receptionist chuckled and confirmed. $552 for 15 minutes of labor and a 30 day parts warranty! I did not appreciate the receptionists response and felt the IAQ Tech could have provided me better options at the time, since my units were running fine. He also attempted to up charge me further with a water trap on my AC units. For 8 years theyve handled my AC maintenance and never once stated anything about adding additional pieces to my unit. Im disappointed in the customer service provided, certainly the value provided and feel taken advantage of. We contacted the General Manager and he simple said we charge a flat fee, but could not or would not explain the exorbitant price beyond the price of the parts. Gouging customers to recover from 2020?

Had a technician, Adam, assess our AC system today. He was knowledgeable, honest, not pushy. We’ll likely be having to replace the system next year and will happily use IAQ based on interactions today.

After some hiccups with the new system, it was efficiently installed, tested and completed. The technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable; however being unable to troubleshoot a noise problem with the system, they returned the next morning, made some modifications to the air handler and completed the installation and testing. This was the third time that IAQM has performed seasonal maintenance/inspection on my HVAC - the second time Harold Shepherd was the assigned technician. Each time, the technicians performed the inspection thoroughly and made sure to ask whether I had questions or comments related to maintenance and optimizing performance of the HVAC. Each time, they also wore shoe covers before entering my home, which was very professional and considerate. I greatly appreciate that I can rely on them to inspect the heating/cooling in my home regularly and professionally. Mr. Shepherd also took the time to explain the process for occasional blower and coil cleaning and provided me with an anticipated timeline to allow me to decide when to complete the work without applying any pressure to go forward. Of course I recognize it is in my best interest to do the cleaning sooner than later for proper care of the HVAC, but I appreciated his flexibility and leaving it up to me to decide.

I think it was very unprofessional for Reggie to use my restroom and leave an extremely foul odor in the entire basement! He asked to use the faucet to check the drain. I said sure. He then stated it would be 15 minutes until hes finished. 30 minutes later he stated that he was done. I opened the door to the back room and was immediately hit with the smell of a bowel movement coming from the restroom. Thats not cool at all!

We were most impressed with their service and knowledge. The technician who serviced us discovered that the humidifier system had been wired incorrectly by another company and was the cause of our air conditioning system malfunction. As a result we discovered we didn’t have to replace our HVAC system.

This company has quality employees in the office and on site techs. My water heater broke down just before Christmas and they were very fast and professional in having my tankless water heater installed at the earliest possible time. Our AC unit stopped working and they were able to book us an appointment that same day! The wonderful service professional/technician called when he was on his way with an ETA, and was very polite and professional. He was knowledgeable about our AC unit and discussed possible causes for failure. He diagnosed the issue, and even had the replacement part on the truck! He was able to fix the unit, and answered my questions about the life expectancy for our unit. We are now loyal customers for any future AC needs!

During this checkup, the technician noted that the humidifier’s solenoid valve was not functioning well. He advised that it should be replaced before winter sets in. The estimated replacement cost was $411.00. The technician was very knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He was also very pleasant.
