I had an issue with my garage door a few years ago and called another garage company that came out three times and charged me every time and they still couldn’t fix it. I asked if he could also replace the garage door motor with a more modern style with wifi capabilities and he said it was easily doable. Sam was great. I purchased my new garage door from Home Depot so I only needed installation. The door arrived three weeks ahead of time and Sam was very helpful. I had taken off one day of work for the delivery and could not take off another for the installation. They were able to install the door while I was at work. The hours are right on the profile. I called a little after 7a and thought it was too early. I was wrong. They were in and scheduled a technician for the same day. The technician was courteous and helped me understand my problem. He fixed the issue quickly. I read a previous review that talked about the door working better than it ever had and sorta rolled my eyes. Again, I was wrong. The technician found a few things that made the door run quieter and correctly. He even helped me understand the regular maintenance schedule for doors. The company is very responsive. The spring on the garage broken late Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. We called them on Thanksgiving day and was able to get an appointment on Friday morning. Sam arrived as scheduled. He was replaced the springs and also replaced the rollers, which was causing a strident noise when the garage door was in use. Woke up Sunday morning to those steel cables dangling on both sides of garage. In short, these guys are awesome. Not only do they work on Sunday...no premium pay, they were able to fix my issue. The spring was broken. Since the last one was builders grade, I opted to put in dual replacements. Cost was $300. I usually do this home repair stuff myself, but google shows it is pretty dangerous....tension and all. Anywho, when changing out the spring, as luck would have it my garage door motor blew- it made a loud pop actually. I was present when this happened, so I do not blame it on the tech, however the tech offered to replace the motor at expense of Advanced, or they would give me a reduced rate on a new opener all together. I checked the cost of a new one, and was startled to believe that I got this one at about 60% less than Amazon. So, all things considered- even though I paid some cash, I feel like I was given a great deal. Service was great. Tech was great. Tech was very apologetic even those these things happen. Lastly- I am very happy with the end results. Very good company in my opinion.

Woke up this morning to find out my garage door spring was broken and dangling. Called the number for Advanced, spoke with Sam and he assured me he could be there today. This was Sunday morning at 11am, he was at my house by 1pm and fixed by 2:00pm. Replaced both springs, gave it a quick checkover and tune-up. Excellent work, preofessional service AND great price. I am going to have him come back next month to replace the opener, since its approx 20 years old.
