Two weeks in a row packages were left at the bottom of the driveway. Not acceptable by any standards, especially when the driver has dolly in the truck or have the courtesy to knock on the door.
Drop box inside store with a 6pm EST pick up.Nice, over night service. One evening, Virginia to Kansas.

Been shipping at this FedEx for 5+ years. Shipped an item with $500 insurance. It was completely destroyed, looked like someone stomped on it. I filed for $150, cost of replacing the outer case which was busted. They denied it saying I did not adequately pack which is complete bs. No more FedEx.
Been working with different FedEx Offices in Northern Virginia for 20-years and the Lorton FedEx team is by far the best I have ever worked with. They are efficient, experienced, and above all polite. They set the standard for professional customer service at all times of the day. I can go to closer FedEx Offices, but never get the same outstanding customer service. I will continue to work with the Lorton FedEx Office and have my print jobs or other related work sent to my Fairfax or Manassas office as they ship to anyplace I need them to.
My daughter forgot her laptop at the house while home for Christmas. I took it to this FedEx store and laid it on the counter. In 5 minutes, the kid had it bubble-wrapped, boxed, sealed, and received my payment. For $20 (including all packaging material and insurance) my daughter had her computer in two days. Great experience on my end.
I frequent the store on many occasions on & on 12/2/18 3:30pm was not the best day.First off the store is understaffed.I walked in there were 2 people inside already waiting. One at printing station another by the shipping.I had sent a doc to get printed to the store email and I waited a couple of minutes while two more people walked in.I stepped up to get my documents printed and pay and was told the emailed doc wasn’t opening and to resend it. As I was about to do so from my phone I was advised to use the self serve printing machine because he has to help the individual who was next in line so she can ship her package. I was boggled as I was not helped but he moved on to the next customer as I waited until he finishes with the person behind me.1. Store is too busy to have one person there2. Customers who were there first need to get assisted first before moving on to the next.Very disappointed and will not be using this store again.

I heard the delivery guy throw the box on the floor which has a $400 phone in it trying to call no help I can only imagine what they did all the way through it being shipped
Tone deaf, and goes out of their to not help and avoid actually helping. Tried to send a package with our corporate account. However, service person named Turquoise said the account number is not correct? and I should call customer service. Which is so the wrong way to handle a client in urgent need. Do not use this location and we will be submitting to change our coporate account to UPS.

Great customer management. I went it with a return Amazon package and there were a few people already waiting in line for printing. The guy noticed all I needed to do was scan the box and go and did just that instead of standing around for the old ladies prints to finish. I like the multitasking. In and out in less that five minutes.
Convenient location. Employees are very helpful. I use this location several times per month.

I went to the FedEx office in Lorton yesterday with a rush order. Kyle D. was working at the front desk and he did an amazing job of helping improve the layout of my image to be printed, printed it out for my review and I was out the door in a few minutes with the printout I needed and a smile on my face. Please thank Kyle D. for me!
FedEx is the worst delivery service and they never deliver packages on time.
Showed up at 8am and the store, which is supposed to open at 730am, was dark and quiet. No note or sign posted, other than the normal hours. I left home early to be here before work, so I am very frustrated.
They didnt come to drop off, but they sent me message recipient moved ! Since 4 days I m waiting for nothing!I drove to pick up from office and they were not helpful!I hope I can get my box 📦 asap!
Super helpful and friendly staff - lead time for printing custom graphics is consistently 24 hours or less - Fed Ex/Kinkos is like having an administrative assistant on call - There is very little wait time for mailing packages -Highly recommended.
The staff here is super polite and exceedingly helpful. Shipping is cheaper with a business account.
I had some questions so I called. Nobody answered the phone and there was not answering machine. It just rang and rang. I guess I wont be going there!

Oh how do we long the Excellent customer service that Brandy andClay used to provide. This new people, C.J. and Amber have no clue as of the meaning of it. Rude and unprofessional. This Lorton branch has been our to go place for all our professional printing. Not anymore... this little girls need to learn some manners. Talking over the customers and making up charges that NEVER appeared before. This rotating people is not working as Fedex might expect. We had a wonderful group of people, who we wish the best in their promotions and new locations, but Lorton suffered the consequences.Horrible Service.

They are a little hard to reach via the phone for some reason but if you get off your rump and bring your package to them, the process of getting it shipped is made very easy
Staff is always courteous not too long of a wait.
