ALERT ALERT ALERT!!! THESE CLOWNS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO LOOK UP PARTS CORRECTLY, I HAD TO COME BACK AND FOURTH FOUR TIMES AND THEY STILL NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH THE CORRECT FITTING PART... THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE NON EXISTENT AND THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT SERVICING THE CUSTOMER!!! DONT BUY PARTS FROM THIS STORE!!!

Despite the growing prevalence of Auto Zone (...and to a lesser degree OReilly and Pep Boys) NAPA is still a solid auto parts retailer with probably the most knowledgeable staff in the business.

Very friendly place counter people also knowledgeable with cars. Pleasure to have done business there. I recommend NAPA Auto parts to anyone.

Went for an oil filter for motorhome generator. Amazon wanted $35. I got one at napa for $8.99. Guess where I will be getting my filters from now on.

It on top of that they wanted to charge me an extra 20 dollars to get the ball joint pressed I your workers Jaimie and the old man treat your customers with disrespect and they try to charge the customers more then they are suppose to.I came to drop off my A arm to get my bushings pressed and ball joint put on on the 7th of June at 3 oclock they said it would be 15 dollars and that it would be done at 10 oclock in the morning the next day. So I called on June 8th at 10:30 and they told me they were working on it. So I came at 11:00 to buy two cans of paint and a can of clear and to pay for the bill to get the bushings pressed and the ball joint put on. I asked them if it was done and Jamie said he was working on it that he barely found out about the a arm. He said that he was going to lunch and that he would have it done by 1 oclock.. I came back at 1 oclock to pick it up and one of the guys that had his hair combed back Mexican said they were still working on it and he laughed. I looked and they still have not started on it. I asked to speak to their boss and Jaime came out and said he still hadnt started it. I asked him why it wasnt done yet that he said he would have it done an hour after his lunch break and he had told me that at 11 oclock it was 1 oclock all ready. He got mad and said if I wanted to take it and I said no I need them pressed. Then he came out and told me it was an additional 20 dollars to do the ball joint after I had all ready paid for the job to be done they wanted to charge me twenty dollars more.. their employees are very disrespectful to their customer and theives cause they want to over charge their customers. If they were going to charge me that much they should of charged me that in the first place and not charge more money just because I came to see if they had finished my part.Employees are direspectful and over charging their customers.

This store just seems disorganized and the employees were less than helpful nor knowledgeable.

This place is freaken rude especially the older fella (John). Called in for parts and all I get is rudeness. John-“Is it a prerunner?” Me-“I don’t know sir but it’s the S series.” John-“I didn’t asked that question.” In the back of my head I was like “sorry dude if you hate your job but don’t give people attitude.” He’s always been rude but since it’s the only Napa close to home I go there for parts. Gonna take my business elsewhere like Toyota!

They are the least knowledgable group of guys around. They will often sell you the wrong parts and insist they know what they are talking about. Try autozone or pepboys first. Even like amazon is better.

The Los Alamitos NAPA is close and the have always treated me with phenomenal service. Get place for that hard to find part.
