Jocelyn was very helpful and very nice. She mentioned everything I needed to know and walked me through the process making my move very easy and comfortable. I would recommend people to use public storage especially with how easy Jocelyn made my move.

Carts are never out where you can use them, and they removed all the door handles to access the facility on the first floor except for one in the far corner and will not provide a stop to prop the other doors open while you load/unload your items. This means you need to walk all the way around the long way through the entire facility to open and close the door nearest your unit for each item you carry in and out.I pay extra for a unit on the first floor but the second and third floors have direct parking lot access to multiple elevators and do not have this problem and are literally easier to access. Being on the first floor is significantly less convenient than when I signed up and had easy access to my unit and carts available all day to help load.Of course price was not adjusted to reflect any of this.

Debra was wonderful, so helpful and friendly. I needed to downsize my unit and she made the process as simple and easy as possible. Thanks Debra for all your help.

I came in to look for a storage unit and they were all (if not most) were being used and Mrs. England pointed out properties that were available and was very helpful with my issue.

Had my stuff here for a little over a year, had no issues whatsoever.... the customer service here is really above standard specifically an employee named Debra who went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a move out date in the correct time frame that work with my schedule without having to pay for an additional month.... I would definitely rent here again she made the transaction very easy without any hiccups or issues

Customer service at this location is excellent. I had a question/issue recently and contacted the office. Tina was friendly and attentive. She informed me that she would “look into it”. Price has gone up twice since Ive began using this location as a storage unit. It was the perfect rate before, but the new hikes seem unnecessary, especially for a unit as small as mine. But the staff is exceptionally accommodating and welcoming, and the ease of use here is second to none. Price hikes are the only reason for three stars. In every other way, this is a great storage facility.

Im very very very thankful with Jennifer. She has been a good help since day one. I went to other prior storage locations and i had never experience such good customer service up until i came here. shes very communicative, professional, helpful and extremely humble. Whole site is very clean, recently upgraded elevators, safe area, excellent on site customer service.My unit was broken into late last year, on a Sunday when it was open for business. Security could be a lot better, will vacate unit soon for good.

I was in a very desperate situation and needed to store my things. I looked online and chose to take a look at your facility. I got there as she was unlocking the door. She greeted me so sincerely. She gladly showed me a few different sizes and I chose the one I needed. Tracy and I filled out the paperwork, she asked me if I needed a lock and I did, she asked if I needed the humidifier tub and I did. She was not pushy but these are things we dont think of. She went over everything with me. I moved my things the next day and there was Tracys happy face, got me a cart. There is nothing more stressful than moving... and when you have a cheerful, helpful employee treating you like a friend it makes all the difference. I have been here for over 2 years now. Property is clean, secure, and well maintained. Tracey was awesome helping me chose the storage option that was best for me, as my storage needs have changed and offered me services and products I wasn’t aware of..that I needed!

I have been renting my space here at the Los Alamitos location since June 2014 and today I vacated the unit because I no longer need it. Tracey in the office asked me how I was treated while renting here and I told her wonderful! She thanked me for my business and told me to take care it was very sweet, if I ever need the use of a storage space again I will definitely come back and recommend family and friends. If anyone would like to call me and ask I will repeat the same thing, thank you very much

Myself and a coworker of mine just came here to rent a space for our employer and Bianka was very helpful and informative. The office was locked and said a manager would return at a later time when we came, but we were in a rush. she saw us from afar and offered assistance instead of ignoring us and was quick but detailed since she knew we were in a hurry. Just recently got a storage area and everything went smoothly. Jennifer helped me get up and running fast and explained the ins and outs of the facility, and patiently answered every question I had. This is a great facility, in one of Orange County’s safest cities. It is clean, well maintained, and there are a couple of exceptionally competent and helpful employees as well. Storage facilities aren’t really known for having the most cheerful workers to interact with, but at this one, there is a woman named Jenn who is absolute perfection when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend this facility, and when you set your appointment, try and make it when Jenn is here. Otherwise, you may be disappointed. They have some degenerates that are from other Public Storage facilities filling in there quite often. I’d look for Jenn or Jorge for a tour.

Manager that works at this facility knows the name of the game theres no messing around it is a very nice facility Dairy clean. And definitely no rats. She is very thoughtful of others and deserves a huge raise and the tip if you visit this place youll know exactly what Im coming from she is phenomenal she does a great job taking care of her facility so that we have a great experience she goes up and over and Beyond to make sure that I was happy under my circumstances. She took the time to listen to me and what I needed and she accommodated to the fullest 100 + 1% I couldnt ask for anything more job well done like I said she deserves a big raise thank you Jen I appreciate you and everything youve done to help me through my time of need. BREAK-IN ALERT!One of the most unsafe facilities to store your belongings. Our 10x10 unit was broken into and the facility has no information on the person responsible. Their security camera captured a person of interest on the night of the incident, but the regional manager failed to investigate, file a report or even notify the police. We were told that we had to come in and deal with it ourselves by filing a police report, but unfortunately we are out of state so recovering our stuff is becoming less and less likely with everyday that goes by. Now there is no record other than some “internal notes” according to their management. No help or cooperation from Public Storage or it’s Regional Manager was offered and no incident report was provided so we are completely in the dark.On top of everything, our rent has gone from $120 to an outrageous $200 in the first 12 months. So now we are paying $200/Mo and do not know if our stuff is still there on not.Public Storage has been a huge disappointment and we would not recommend it if you value your belongings.

Few days ago I had made a reservation came down to check out the space and I had the pleasure to meet the manager Jennifer who from day 1 has been such a sweetheart. From the moment I talked to her on the phone to the day I started renting. Not only did she go above and beyond in showing me some few spaces but she went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and also made sure my stuff would fit in a 10x10. Their access hours are very convenient. the property is very clean and well maintained. They have carts to make your move in easier. Jennifer’s customer service was beyond what I expected. Thank you Jennifer for making my move in fast and easy.

If i could give this property for than 5 stars i would, the property manager assisted me in renting a unit for my husband & myself. First time there, Amparo was at the desk. She was very kind and helpful. She was there by herself but handled everyone very swiftly. When she was done helping me she asked if i had any questions. I said no, because she covered everything. You are very lucky to have her.

CAUTION!! Illegal practices!!This place did what is called “targeting” and sold my life without ANY notification!Over 40 years of my items were illegally targeted and sold. They lie and lie about doing things legally.They WILL be sued and they WILL lose as I have more than enough proof of their illegal ways.DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE!!

Roaches is what you will get and rat poop in your boxes if not a actual rat! Place is dirty ceilings are falling down and yet they raise the price! For what? The halls are filthy elevator always breaks down and public storage doesn’t care $$$ is what they are worried about. They try to make you buy the lock but you can bring your own and you doing have to buy there insurance they say you do buy you can have your own home insurance cover it!
