I bought a used 2014 Audi Q5 which had some issues and I was recommended European motors by a family member. I didnt want to take this car just to any mechanic off the street as these cars are a little more complicated. To make a long story short they got it running great. Since then I had my transmission serviced with them and a few questions answered by Mark. This is my first Audi and coming from an old Mitsubishi these cars are more complicated. I highly recommend European Motors and ask for Mark. They are honest and trustworthy.

They did a great job on my jaguar. Price was fair, work was done as promised and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Ladies, when you dont know which shop you can trust, trust Mark and European motors.

Mark is the best! I brought my car in for a routine service and repairs, and got it back the same day. Mark was communicative and explained everything to me in detail (he even showed me exactly why a certain part needed to be replaced). The price was fair and as someone who often gets anxious about car repairs, I felt at ease and taken care of.

European Motors is fantastic…. Really great service. I’ve taken mg Porche Macan for service, oil change, and brakes. My father is a mechanic who has a shop in NY. He specializes in German cars. Living in LA now, I don’t have the luxury of my dad helping with my car issues. To that end, I’m so happy I found European motors. Mark and European motors is very fair, they do a fantastic job, and has my dad’s mark of approval (he even came with me to the shop during a visit here). I am so happy I found a dependable mechanic shop in LA and highly recommend them. I live close by, but would definitely travel from anywhere in LA to bring my car in.

This was my first time at European Motors - a co-worker reccomended that I use them. I was expecting a high bill and lots of stuff I wouldnt understand about cars!! I was so happy to hear that they were able to fix my car at a very resonable cost as well as treating me in a very professional way.

Ive been coming here for all my car maintenance for last past 7 years, and theyve always been super communicative, friendly, and speedy in their customer service, and Ive never had a problem with my car (not a European car btw - theyll work on anything) that they couldnt fix for me or at least refer to someone else good (in the case of electrical work and body work). Highly recommend.

I have gone to European Moters for 30 years. All personal are professionals & take exceptional of my cars.

The repairs they did do were good, and the experience was okay. I tried to have my insurance paid for repairs done through them, and things werent always straight forward, there were some complications, and things at times got a bit chaotic, but things were ironed out in the end.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not go here. The receptionist was extremely rude and kept hanging up on me. I called again to talk to someone else to help me and she said I was not able to and that I was only able to talk to her. She yelled at me before hanging up. The calls are recorder for a good reason. I finally was able to speak to someone else that claimed to be the manager. Some old lady named Valentina and she completely lied to me claiming that they don’t do tires, alignments and basically refusing to do any service to my car. Horrible experience. My car was already in the shop. Please save your self from an excruciating experience.

Mark is great. Family owned business. His late father and him have been doing this for a long time. He doesn’t BS. His team gets the job done and has always been great with my 2015 Audi S3. Recommend if you got a more complicated European car handled with care.

They took great care of my Fiat 500, very good service and price was good for my oil change ! Very enjoyable experience and the resident chihuahua is a funny little dude.

Mark and his team worked on my VW EuroVan recently and did an excellent job -- they didnt just tell me what needed to be replaced/fixed, but actually showed me with my van on the lift. They are VERY knowledgeable about the ins and outs of these vehicles (which is not readily found in the Los Angeles area). Its well worth the 20+ mile drive from the Westside. Cant say enough good things about this shop.

I brought my car in for repairs and the staff there were honest and straight forward about what was needed and how much it would cost. Once the repairs were completed, they showed me the parts that were replaced and why they needed to be replaced. Always nice to have an honest place to take my car for repairs where I know I wont be raked over the coals.

Eurovan Specialists! Vicente and his team of Mechanics are well-versed with working on these beasts. He was able to squeeze me and my ‘02 Eurovan ‘Otto’ into their busy Friday schedule to get a same-day well-needed synthetic oil change. There were about half a dozen Eurovans in that day, four of them in this pic. I tried finding a closer Eurovan specialist closer to me in Studio City, but many mechanics don’t even want to accept them since it takes a specialized skill-set.Although they have a nice customer waiting patio area, I was able to chill at the picnic tables across the street at the 365 market which also had WIFI. As soon as I saw Otto come down from the lift, I knew he was ready!

I had brought my Fiat 500L into the shop because it wasn’t driving properly, and in an hour they diagnosed my transmission was busted and I needed a NEW transmission for 6K! I brought it to Manny’s Transmission in North Hollywood for a second opinion and they found my transmission was fine! It was my clutch that was broken. Imagine if I had spent 6K on replacing my transmission only for my car to continue to not work. Awful service do not recommend.

Fantastic mom and pop auto shop. Did a Pre Purchase Inspection done on a 08 Porsche Cayman S. Very knowledgeable and honest. Made sure to show me personally what they found under the hood. Would recommend.

I visited the store this morning to check the engine on my Porsche Panamera and Mark was very professional and welcoming. L moved to LA from The Bay Area where I had the BEST and most trustworthy mechanics, Marin Motorsports. Since moving here I have taken my BMW to a several other shops, looking for a similar fit. I tried a place where the owner wouldn’t deal with women so I had to have my husband handle repairs on my car, another place where they worked on commission so they were gouging me, and finally the BMW dealer which needs no introduction. I am on my third E46, this one a 2001 330i. Vicente understood my financial situation, I am not rich, I am ALL about safety. And if there is still time to wait on other things, I need to wait. So I brought it in as I had brake lights going on, and he fixed all of that and a few other little important things. But the best part was, my car (which drives great) drove like dream when I picked it up. They def made improvements and didn’t rob me! I love that this is a family business and adore the brother-sister team in the office! My car found its new doctor! Thank you European Motors!

I highly recommend European Motors. My front suspension on my 2013 BMW X3 went out while travelling in LA and I feel super fortunate to have found European Motors nearby. They were great working with my insurance and made the car like new - totally honest about every little detail. This happened back in August. Since then I have fully tested out the car with a few road trips, several dirt and 4wd roads, and heavy snow storms. The suspension is working amazingly and I am hopeful this car will last the next decade. I wish that I lived closer to LA as I would never use anybody else.

European Motors my trusted mechanic and they have always been the best. Mark & Vicente, are always upfront and honest (sometimes its hard to hear, but they have never been wrong), answer all my (sometimes crazy) questions and requests. They work out with me on all my options - like cost, quality, do I need to do this now or can I wait. And COST! Super well priced - especially for the attention and work put in by them. I will say lastly, I am not alone in this opinion - they were recommended by father in law (been going to Mark for over 15 years), friends (some who have been using Mark for roughly 20 years). Our family has 3 cars (not all European) and they all go there for general or specific auto needs. Best value is to maintain a long term relationship with them. Highly recommend and I do send friends there and have not been disappointed (...and they are still friends)

Amazing service! Explained the issue on my Volvo s80 clearly, gave a solid estimate and stayed with it. Even when I used Amex and had to pay the fee, Vicente asked the fee to be knocked in half for me. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. PLUS, they got the car done earlier than originally told. Thats always awesome!

Being a female that doesnt know much about cars, its hard to find a good mechanic that wont take advantage of you. I was referred to these guys 3 years ago when I moved into Los Angeles and refuse to take my car to anyone else.They WILL NOT take advantage of you- car dealerships hate them because they will find out all the problems with a new car you plan on purchasing. They are amazing!! Love them!
