Absolutely Amazing. The manager and team at this location is fantastic. I never thought I would write a review of a car dealership but the people who work at this location are so friendly and helpful that I had to say what a wonderful experience I had. The manager is the best manager at any Juguar dealership. The same goes for the sales and finance people .
CROOKS. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. I took my car in for service for multiple issues. I have a 2020 Range Rover and it is still under warranty. I received a text message from my service advisor stating that I have to pay around $250 for them to reset fault codes and the system. This is covered under warranty yet they are trying to scam me into paying for the service. I spoke with the service manager Courtney Chasse who was rude, argumentative and didnt value customer relations whatsoever. She claimed they had to charge me because she has to pay her tech for 1 hour of work. This is ridiculous when my car is under warranty and I simply need fault codes reset, no parts or labor really required. This place lacks integrity and lies to overcharge customers in unnecessary service jobs. I filed a complaint with Land Rover North America for the unethical practice. This is my 3rd Range Rover and it will be my last due to the terrible service.
Hornburg Jaguar Los Angeles is amazing! Buying my new XE Portfolio LE was an incredible experience. First the unbeatable deal was, well, untouchable by any other dealer in town. Jesse was a very helpful, informative, almost laid back, salesperson. Im not a fan of pushy, often times sneaky sales people. Jesse was great. He even missed his dinner date to make the deal happen. There was a slight delay in the financing due to a fraud alert I had placed years back but Hamid the sales manager found a way clear it up. If youre looking for a Jaguar Hornburg LA is the place to go!

I have been going to Hornburg for service on my Jaguar since 2010. I have been fortunate to have had Mike Colavitti as my Service Advisor. Mike helps prioritize my service needs, explains them to me and treats me not just as a customer but a person. I also greatly appreciate the technicians who do the work on my car. My car always runs better after a Hornburg service. I would like to thank the technicians who work on my my car but I forget to get a name. A technician comment option would be nice. The only think I could ask for is more Jaguar merchandise to choose from in the gift area or maybe a catalog. Im not an over the top brand person but I see things like Jaguar eye glass frames, wallets and so on online and wonder it there authentic.Thank you for your time!
Id like to think of myself as a savvy car buyer and in 2018, bought my first Jaguar (F-Type) from this wonderful dealer. The entire experience was just a class act that made buying a Jaguar feel even more special!The car has just been brilliantly impressive!! So much so, that my wife loved driving it and wanted a Jag SUV to replace her BMW X5 35D. We went down to the dealership the other week to meet up with Hamid Ali (Sales Manager) and Kevin (Sales), who are both just truly excellent people. They took the time to listen to her needs (F-Pace or Range Rover Velar) and made sure that she got the SUV that she really wanted. She decided on the F-Pace R-Sport at an unbeatable price. Visit their Sunset Branch in LA, CA - the receptionist is not welcoming might be due to their peak business regimen / hours on a weekend where we need to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes to be able to talk to one of their Sales Rep. Then upon talking to one - Richard, he needs to attend to his earlier client so we need to wait another 30 minutes to finally start our process of selection. and now with Kevin. The Branch was too small, the visitors’ chairs - Land Rover Area are so old and I am not really comfortable sitting on it. Although we transferred to a better area - Jaguar Side after a while which the visitors’ chair are acceptable but the chair can’t stay longer in the same position because it’s sliding here and there- it is not safe because you will lose your balance in some point so Kevin decided to transfer us to their Visitors’ Area for a better seats. I hoped that there’s valid reason for those chairs and I hoped that they would read this review since if they have Management or Sales knowledge they will be open minded in accepting this positive criticism as we have been to other Car Dealerships (low up to the luxury). The waiting time and visitors seats needs to be improved. If not for Kevin, who is very courteous and respectful - we might go to other Car Dealership that day. The positive thing that happened, I was able to buy a car for my wife before the Mother’s Day! Especial thanks to Kevin. And thanks to Hameed and Luke for helping too.. There are more things to improved on the buying experience but the comfortable chair and waiting time should be their priority. Got the best price on my new Jaguar I-Pace from this dealer, shopped on line and made deal that was over $2000 less then other dealers prices.When I went in to finalize the purchase, had no pressure from sales consultant or other staff. Pleasure to do business with, and they also offer a free visit by a product specialist to come to your home, or office and demonstrate the features and answer any questions you may have about your new car.As the owner of several electric cars, I liked them all, but the Jaguar I-Pace is by far the best and most fun to drive electric car.
At the beginning I was not very impressed about buying a Jaguar. However, the service department has changed all that. Friendly staff and amazing service. You definitely deserve my 5 stars.
This is more of a review of the brand and not the customer service. Jaguar has not been able to fix my tech issues (backup camera and GPS mostly but the service required notification turns on in error as well) after 4 attempts. Ive shown their service department videos as proof as well. I should have kept my Mercedes.

I am highly disappointed at the service that is provided here at this location. Land Rover is a prestige brand so i expect somewhat a great service but it is NOT. I constantly have to call to get updates on my car and there is never a true answer when it will be done or whats the status update. The loaner rental Ive acquired had a check tire pressure light when I picked it up. Obviously, they have their own cars to fix. Save this location as a last resort.

Made the deal over the phone as I was over 100 miles away. All went as planned. Had an after sale issue on the vehicle and the GM stepped in and contacted a dealer much closer to me to resolve the issue. It was handled promptly and professionally. All in all it was a good experience and of course I love my Jag!

Dishonest and very poorly run operation at Wilcox Avenue, service center Hollywood, Los Angeles, Ca.Continuously the service dept doubles the quotes for repairs when you hand over your car to them making up work that does not need to be done, or because they are not running comprehensive diagnostics at the start.This is a franchise of Land Rover Jaguar are they are not held accountable by the corporate company so get away with running a con shop that does not have to uphold the deserving values of a luxury brand.Never take your car here, find a Land Rover Corporate directly operated service center, or one that they recommend as when I complained to Land Rover Corporate they told me they have many many complaints and do not recommend this location, but there is nothing they can do to stop them being a dishonest con shop.
The transaction was fast and efficient. Ronald Servidio was helpful and knowledgeable. He and Dino Jaltrossian went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information needed to made a decision and to make sure I was happy. Everything was ready for me when I arrived to pick up my new vehicle. Excellent dealership!

Outside of my house this was the biggest purchase of my life. EVERYONE was genuine, honest and super cool to deal with, they even got me a better interest rate than my bank. YOU GUYS ROCK. The parking sucks but they have valet, however driving your new car out the bag way was terrifying lol
Kelvin & Kelly were very efficient in handling my lease of an F-Type. Being from out of state, there are a few more hoops to jump through (for both the dealership & you) and appreciate there dedication and precision during the process. Being remote to the state, lots of things can go wrong or be potentially misunderstood however in this case everything was exactly as advertised, no bait and switching. Will do business again in the future. Highly recommended.

Billed $2,000 for nothing, and when i took it somewhere else. They fixed it for nearly 3x LESS. DO NOT bring your older Jaguars here. Crooks, the lot of them.
Surprised by all the negative reviews! I found everyone at the service center to be extremely helpful, professional, and fast. My technician Carlos, service advisor Richard, and the Enterprise rental person were all very courteous and the process was much easier than the last time I brought my car in (to a different Hornburg center). My only complaint is how far out you have to make an appointment--Had to wait 2 weeks before I could bring in my car for a check engine light.
So disappointed in the service here. They refuse to diagnose the problem with my back blinker light unless I agree to pay $145 for $30 light bulbs BEFORE THEY EVEN KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS. I called the Thousand Oaks location, and they told me standard process is to diagnose the car first, and then call you to discuss your options and what is covered. Dont bother with this location.

Concierge-level service! I was so impressed by Hamid (Sales Manager), Richard (Sales) & Jason (Finance). Leasing a vehicle here did not feel as if I was completing a typical car sale or lease transaction, it truly felt as if I had a team of advocates helping me. In addition, I was not there for hours which has been my past experience with dealerships (from Volkswagen to Mercedes to Range Rover). They had me in and out while still providing me with a clear understanding of the paperwork as well as the car. Before coming to Hornburg I attempted to do this deal with an auto broker and oh man, MISTAKE. Hamid and Richard not only came in lower on the monthly but also saved me the $800 broker fee. Im a forever customer and most importantly found a team of car sales representatives that I can trust. Oh and I love my new Jaguar E-Pace.

People were great. Kind of a weird location. There are not too many cars actually on site, the cars are parked all over the city so we did not get to see all of the cars they had available side by side. But overall we were very happy with the service and our purchase. We bought a 2017 Jaguar XF.
Horrible experience with Hornburg. Kept waiting too long to complete transaction-3 hours no trade-in cash deal. Buying a Certified 12K mile car I thought was a no brainer? Wrong, Got car home and low battery display on dash. Started to go over car and found excessive brake rotor wear but not bad enough (less than 50%) to be replaced. Found signs of a coolant leak and driver door rocks in and out up and down-worn door hinge.Took car to local dealer (will be 10 days there) have replaced battery and door hinge to be replaced, any other issues they say are normal including an engine operating temp of 228 deg. F? I have owned Jaguars since 1970 and currently have 3 Jaguars. Was planning to buy my wife a new XE but no longer, will have her test drive Acura and Alfa Romeo. Alfa has had a bad reputation for reliability and service but the service I receive for my Alfa is excellent. Sad state when Alfa takes better care of there customers than Jaguar. No wonder there are Jaguars for sale that are Mfg. buy backs under California Lemon Laws! A very dissapointed long time Jaguar owner.
Worst experience at a dealership. Sales person was unprofessional, rude, combative, and not knowledgeable. Told us “If you don’t like it you can leave” this was the car I wanted and looked at online. It had the features I wanted and that’s why I purchased it. But the salesperson almost made me walk out. I hope no one else will have to go through this buying a car. Buying a car is suppose to be exciting and he made it a pain.

We had an appointment and it seemed right from the start, we werent taken seriously on our purchase. We spent the entire day trying to purchase the vehicle... the sales person was not knowledgable on his product and was mis-leading on much information about the dealership. Sadly, i puchased a Certified vehicle and was promised to receive the Certified check list of the vehicle and have yet to receive that information... Not a good experience from this dealer!
This past November 1, was the first time I have ever visited the Hornburg Jaguar Dealership in Los Angeles, on Sunset, and the first time looking at a Jaguar in a very long time. I had noticed an incredibly good value on the lease of a Jaguar F-type S on the Dealer’s Internet Website, and decided to check it out. I was greeted by a sales associate as I entered the Showroom; he was courteous and friendly and confident and knowledgable about the product he sells (Jaguar/Range Rover). Upon telling the associate why I was there, he immediately pulled up on his computer the Dealer’s inventory on the “special” lease vehicle I was there to see, and located exactly what I was interested in. The vehicle was not then at the Dealership, so while I left for luncheon, he had the car brought to the Dealership. There was no pressure (which I absolutely abhor when shopping for cars), no attempt to “upsale” or have me look at a different vehicle or lease deal. The vehicle and lease price remained the same as advertised; no “bait and switch” here. Consummating the lease transaction was easy and was completed in a relatively short time. I was able to take the car home that afternoon. I love the car, maybe more than I thought I would. My only complaint is the “test drive”. When you are making that kind of investment in an automobile, you need to be able to drive it longer than a few blocks. I would definitely return to the Dealership in the future, and work with the same associate, assuming he was still there, of course.

I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my entire life. I could go into a myriad of details about the problems I’ve experienced with this so-called business. Their problem has a name, and that name is Marwan, the service manager. Never in my life have I seen someone get aggressive bordering on violent threats calling their customer a liar, etc.These people are INCOMPETENT. Two out of three times they’ve damaged my vehicle extensively while working on it. Complete joke of a “luxury” brand.

Bought a used Jaguar from Lanndon at Hornburg LA. Started with emails and text messages, which he always responded to immediately. When we went down to see the car, he was right, we feel in love with it. The few minor things that were wrong with it, he sent out to be fixed by their body shop. The best part - He delivered the car from Hollywood to Claremont, not an easy task with our traffic, and brought it filled with gas. Thanks
Marwan, Ed and Hamid were very helpful in my situation. I purchased what is called a RAV and Anaheim Hills Jaguar rejected my warranty and wanted to charge me $7000 in repairs. I had only went in for a door lock issue. I spoke with Hamid in finance, and Marwan was quick to help me. Thank you to this dealership/service department; they took the time to ensure I was not left to suffer. Anaheim Hills jaguar sucks. period.

I live within walking distance of this Hornburg service center. I bought my Jaguar XK convertible from Jaguar in Ventura and went to Hornburg for its first service because it was so close. If you spend 100k on a car, you should expect great service. Bottom line? FAIL. I sat and waited on some guy with a beard who made it clear that he didnt care about adding me as a customer. Result? I stuck with the Ventura dealership who send a collection vehicle for my car and provide excellent service.
No place to park but they have valet to help out. Amazing staff. Friendly environment. Adorable building design.
Service is the biggest thing lacking. Waste of time and energy and from a supposedly luxury brand these guys are the pinnacle of laziness and poor customer service. Take your lr/rr anywhere else and thank me later for not having to deal with these clowns.
I have had my Range Rover for the past 6 years. I have continually had to bring it into the Wilcox location - as it is really the only option - there are no other service centers near me.I dont think in the 6 years I have been there that I have ever had a good experience.The service team started off ok - but have progressively gotten worse and worse over the years.It is actually time for me to get a new car. I would love another Range Rover - but absolutely will not get one to avoid dealing with the team at this service center.Poor communication. Poor work quality. Poor experience all around.What happened to the days where a premium brand treated their customers with a premium experience. Now we just pay for the premium experience - and get sub par quality all around.

I was with Hornburg Jacquar in Santa Monica for 13 years w/my beloved Jacquars, had a short break & was back for almost 3 years w/my also beloved Range Rover Evoque which after only 3 weeks, I miss terribly. I never had anything but great experiences with their service and sales. No complaints. The cars were wonderful too w/no problems. Not sure why theyre having me review the Wilcox location as I only went to there to service once, but it was also a good experience. Its just not a good area for me to go, so I dont go there. Unfortunately I made a terrible mistake leasing the E Pace. Sad thing is I quit my Evoque which I could have had more time with thru April. But they didnt have any more affordable 2018 Evoques I could lease as Jacquar did. Im only 5 1 1/2, & there are a lot of safety issues w/my size person w/this crossover which the Evoque didnt have. Ive always loved Jaqs & always will, but this one is not so good & frankly I cant imagine how Im going to get thru 39 mos. w/it, but thats not Hornburgs fault. And of course there are lots of good things about it too, It is a Jaq after all. If I dont get in an accident, trying to remember to put the boys make believe play stick shift backward when I need to go forward and vice versa or break my neck in an accident from the head rest that is above my head or cripple my leg on the steel door edge which smashes into my leg when I open or close the front doors when Im rushing, I guess Ill survive somehow. Everything on it works perfectly. I know Hornburg will take good care of me at least.

I only came in for my key to be synced to my XKR & they offered me a free inspection! Im happy to say that the workforce was very professional and the car was as clean as the office!
Vartan was super rude and hung up the phone on me after messing up, all he had to say was an apology but instead he was rude about it and then rudely hung up with out providing a solution to top it off.
