I like this place a lot. They have all kinds of ballons, but I felt a little dissapointed today because they used to have 72count 12 ballons. Now they only have 50count and they did not low the price along with the quantitie.

Parking in the back here. Which is great for LA!We got 3 ft letter balloons -each was about 4-5 bucks and blowing them up cost an extra 4.In the valkey, one is $14.99 plus tax!They have other stuff besides balloons - like cups, tablecloths, plates, etc.Def have a huge variety of balloons.Everyone is very nice and helpful. I’ve been coming to this store for 5yrs+ and never met an employee like Annie! Annie is the BEST employee I’ve yet to meet at this location! She’s been there for 2 months and has helped out with SO much in such A short period of time working there. We need more people like her!

I had a 😒 experience at this place the girls there are not helpful nor welcoming I asked for a piñata and the girl just didn’t give any information on it . There’s no pricing available on the items so you have to be constantly asking, if your making a small get together do your research or else you’ll be paying much more from your budget😬

Wide selection of themes at reasonable prices. However, waiting to pay takes long while youre standing in line and already at the register. Its probably because theyre always talking with each other and joking around. Dont get me wrong, its a great atmosphere and its nice to see employees get a long, but customers are waiting.

I went to store to buy stuff for my babies party Driving an hour to go there Thinking that the prices are cheaper But no they are really expensive For a table cover 3.99 + tax And I when to 99 cents store by my house like 2 minutes away and find the same table cover a for 1.99. I am really disappointed of this store Even the stores around them Have low prices. So people if you wanna Go and buy party supplies Dont go there is too expensive

Good selection. However, prices aren’t that cheap and the LINES TAKE FOREVER. I don’t mind paying a little more, but I don’t appreciate waiting in line for 30mins (which I had to do twice because I forgot something the first time). Due to the waiting, I won’t come back and I don’t recommend.

Great prices and great selection. They are up to date with the trends. The only downside is the parking. There are a few spaces in the front but Olympic is a very busy road. You need to be cautious about pulling out if you park facing the store. The best time to go is early. They open at 7am. Its a small store with small isle. Strollers and young children not recommended.

Joker carries the widest selection of balloon supplies including several professional brands. They have everything for your party needs and at a great price! No matter how busy it gets the staff is always friendly, smiling and goes out of the way to be accommodating.

Im not adding a five-star because this was my first time here. Filled up my large helium tank for a decent price. The service is great and I was out of there in about 5 minutes. I recommend it to anybody from the public that doesnt necessarily have a party business.

I buy all mu supplies for my event in this place and the price is great since i have a business. The only reasons am giving the a 2 start is because i pay to have my helium tank refill and the guy dint fill it up. I was only able to fill up 5 jumbo balloon, and unfortunately i was not able to go on time to complain and i when a week later, and the employees told me that they cant do nothing about it. I will keep buying there but next time i will check it before leaving the store.Am changing my review this time because the same story happen last Saturday. I took my helium tank to get it refill and they charge me and never refill it. I came back on Monday and an employee was kind enough to refill it and apologies for the mistake. And when i told him it was the second time that happen and that last time they didn’t refill it because i came a week late. He told me that it was not an excuse and they had to refill it. And he even offer me credit from last time. I know people make mistakes but the less they can do if find the best solution.

Came in clutch for day-of and last minute decorations. I ran in for a baby shower sash and ballons. Huge selection of items. A big plus is that they have their own parking lot which makes a huge difference in DTLA.

I love Joker and the people that work there, it is another one of LAs well kept secrets (a hidden gem located on east Olympic as you are entering DTLA however not in the heart of DTLA)I get excited when I have to go to Joker Party Supply and I love to take people there that are in need of reasonable party supplies. NO ONE sales as many different types of balloons helium tanks and refills as Joker.They have more inventory than other party supply stores.There prices are lower than the rest.Theme Parties, they have got you covered, they are licensed to carry Disney products as well as many other cartoon characters.Party supplies: paper and plastic, tablecloths by the dozen or single, 6 inch, 8 inch, 9 inch and 10 inch colored plastic plates, theme plates and napkins, cups, fork, knives and spoons.Joker carries a huge supply of pinatas (dont see what you are looking for, just ask one of their friendly, helpful salesperson)They offer some rentals, have balloon decorating classes in the rear of the store.If you are a business they offer 10 to 15 per cent discount (you must have a sellers permit or business card)They are easily seen from the main street, just look for the gigantic colorful Joker on the top of the store.Joker is the type of store that carry a lot of extras from time to time you have to go there to see what is new.Joker is extremely crowded on the weekends, I would suggest going during the early part of the week.They have a free parking lot in front of the store and there is some parking in the rear as well as street parking. They accept all major credit cards, have a restroom (WHEN IT IS OPERATIONAL) LOL
