I dont have a good experience with this store. I bought two chairs on the 9th and so far they havent sent me the tracking code or informed me if my order has already been dispatched. Nobody answers my emails.
*Update* The response below is the only communication Ive received (I did check my email account to see if they sent an invoice; they did not).They are correct, my card wasnt charged. The response from them puts the blame on me as the customer which is even more disappointing.I placed an online order in June, received a confirmation email. After not receiving my order and no additional shipping updates or communications for 4 weeks, I sent an email to check the status. I did not get a reply, so I sent another email 2 weeks later. Again, no response. I started searching the web to see if they had gone out of business or had some Covid-relared issues, but based on other reviews posted around the time I placed my order, I could see the owner was responding to similar complaints so I tried using the live chat on their website.I sent the message including my order number, phone number and email address and have still had zero communication after 5 days.The products themselves were fine, albeit overpriced, but based on this most recent experience, I wont be ordering from them again.
Love, love, love! So glad I found this place. Initially, I was only browsing for nail supply related products that I had trouble finding anywhere else. Not only did I find what I was looking for, I even ended up with a few extra goodies too! Ordered and received promptly! Its unfortunate some reviewers stated issues with ordering, but I experienced zero technical issues.Also just as a side note: Some reviewers seem overly harsh. I mean cmon really, we should all be exercising a little patience and understanding towards these small businesses operating during this pandemic. Im sure theyve been greatly reduced with their normal operating resources, staff, technical support, probably much more. Dont mean to come off all high and mighty/obnoxious, just think we could show some compassion to each other (including the folks running small businesses).
Great service. I looked EVERYWHERE for a specific hair lightening powder and MK Beauty Club was the only place in LA that I could seem to buy it as an individual (not in bulk for a salon). Open for curbside pickup during the pandemic - quick and easy and you pay online ahead of time.
Not even one star. I ordered 2 nail polishes. One sent, and it was entirely the wrong color, though it had the name of the color I ordered on a sticker at the bottom. I tried to contact to exchange, and got no response. The second one hasnt even shipped, and its been nearly a month. Ive requested a refund a few times now, with only an auto response saying it has shipped, when I can click on the details and it clearly states that the USPS hasnt even received it. The email I just sent from was blocked. I do not suggest ordering from this scam of a company, and to every else who has had issues, contact the Better Business Bureau and file a report.I filed a claim with my bank and they refunded me immediately, thankfully.
A week ago, my wife ordered Wahl Senior Clipper Sterling. We were promised to receive the order within 3 days. Monica even sent us letter of appreciation for the purchase. But it has been already a week and still no delivery. Weve sent 4 emails to MK Beauty Club and Monica in particular, but still no responses, zero attention to our concern I even tried calling the store on Venice Blvd, but the line is busy all the time. Terrible customer service! This is a fraud business, such a joke. We had terrible experience with them!!!
I ordered 7 items and only received 6. When I emailed the owner several times, she stated that the item was out of stock and reassured me that she would send me the missing my item. Four months passed and after conversing through several emails, the owner failed to complete my oder. Eventually she stopped responding. I will not be ordering from here anymore, I wouldnt risk buying anything else from the shop because I didnt receive my full order plus the website doesnt clarify it items are in stock/out of stock.
They need to restock on a lot of items and lower the price on some other items
Love this place Ive been coming here for six years I love going to beauty club when I need nails equipment they give me my space I go with my little girls theyve seen them grow the lady on the register very nice when you ask her question about a product she recommends you to whats best alot of my stuff comes from this place
Terrible store!!They have everything at triple the prices. The price fr the alcohol is insane. they shouldnt rise the price for the alcohol. The teller response was because hospital high demand. seriously!!!! I found everything way cheaper on amazon.
This place (at least the online version of it) has to be a scam. Their website allowed me to place an order - and my credit card was charged - but no confirmation email, so far no shipping notification, and obviously no product. And their website has a ‘Customer Service’ section that is actually blank...which might be the most honest thing about it.Disappointing, for sure.
I go for mani & pedi necessities. Their prices are reasonable which i like. The website was confusing but Im glad to have come across this store.
Monica is so nice and personable and you can tell she really values her customers! Shipping is also super fast!

One star is being generous! I placed an order over 30 days ago for my 83 year old gran and not received the order. I have emailed several times for an update on when I can expect my order and heard nothing! Typical cowboys, take your money and dont provide the products and service expected!

Buyers Remorse, on line Buyers Beware. I ordered two products on line, I received two products, but NOT what I had chosen and then ordered off the MK Beauty website. Despite my repeated attempts to contact MK Beauty Club, first through their Support, then sending emails, NOT one single reply to any of my requests for an explanation were ever answered. I can be understanding about shipping mistakes being made, it happens, products can be out of stock, it happens, but not to receive any reply from a company to a consumer reflects badly on any business. Businesses want five star reviews, but they need to earn them, and this company in my consumers opinion did not.
I ordered a clipper 30 days ago and have not received it. As far as I know it hasn’t even shipped but they won’t respond to emails.
