I love the chat messenger to talk to Jorge due to I am deaf. It’s very easier to communicate. I am very excited for my father got his bed in Los Angeles which I am living in Texas. I definitely will highly recommend to anybody go to this store! And refer to deaf community who living in Los Angeles to go to this store as well! Once again, GOD bless U guys!!

Love getting my furniture from here. The staff is always in a great mood and they always make me feel welcomed. They are completely honest with me about items not being in stock and about the delivery time. Their costumed couches is what they are known for and believe me when I say they are simply amazing. You can pick the comfort, color, style etc. My family and myself love shopping here!!!!

The dresser was nice but wasn’t the size I ordered. Then when ask to pick up to wait for the other one to be made they wanted to charge a fee when it wasn’t my wrong. Spoke to the manager and had a bad attitude. Was arguing back in forth. Then when they were picking up they said they will arrive within 2 hours but came hours later. Customer service was just really bad

I got an item online that they didn’t have in stock. I went to the store to see what else they had and when I decided I wanted a refund, they say they’ll send it later because the system wasn’t working. I was asking for a confirmation email letting me know that they were actually gonna give me the refund and the girl didn’t send it. Customer service was terrible and the girls weren’t even paying attention to what I was saying and they where on the phone or computer without even looking at me. I’m glad I paid with PayPal an asked them for the refund because I would never buy anything from this store again.

Looking for the glass bed I saw in the store

My husband and I were searching for bunk beds and were recommended to go here. We first went to the big named stores but our friend convinced us to not buy yet and to try this place out. We are definitely glad we didnt buy prior to visiting this place. We felt that Jimmy and all the staff were very helpful. They pretty much knew exactly what we wanted and found a price to match our budget without the pressure. Great service/price/furniture is a hard combination to find but this place has it all. I would highly recommend going here and as we need anything in the future, we will definitely be coming back here.

Almost settled for a couch I didnt really love until I found this place. Came in after calling for availability on colorful couches and wound up customizing without breaking the bank. I couldnt be happier with my new couch and mattress for my son. Excellent customer service, very nice delivery people and all within a week.

I searched the internet for a coffee table set with end tables and found this store had the best prices even beating Amazon. After I placed my order for delivery and assembly, the owner informed me that his delivery company does not deliver to my area. Jorge went out of his way to make things right by delivering the items fully assembled by himself. Thats what I call great customer service! The tables look amazing in my living room. I am not one to write a bad review, but here is my experience and why I will stay away. I had two items in my shopping cart, but needed to get an answer on shipping. I called the store for help. Instead of helping me, the guy on the phone doubled the price of the items and said he had to help himself and his business instead of me.Thats the worst customer service I ever experienced. What a waste of time and effort. You can do way better EZ 2 Get Furniture.

EZ 2 Get Furniture has a lot of contemporary and classic pieces, unlike Pottery Barn, and its several steps above Crate and Barrel or West Elm. Its for more refined tastes. I wish I had rooms to put some of that stuff in it.

Our couch was delivered earlier than expected time! Vlad called to let us know they arrived.They carried the 3 huge boxes in our house. Vlad and his co worker were pleasant and respectful. Real nice employees and service! Highly recommend!

Very unique and well priced furniture. They had a really good sale with 50% off on great pieces. All furniture is apparently made in Italy. Different leather grades to choose from. Many different colors and styles.

Love it David was a great help he help us pick our most of our furniture. The furniture is pretty good quality I would be careful with picking the couch material but decided that I would recommend this place. I bought almost all my furniture here and its still standings.

Don’t even bother! They don’t pick up your calls, I was expecting my dresser to be delivered all day long, and made me loose a day of work and still nothing even tho I’m just few blocks away ! Im sticking to Ashley furnitures!

Outstanding customer service! Our son needed a mattress immediately upon return to USC. We called the store and they went the extra mile to make sure he had a reasonably priced and comfortable mattress. And then they delivered it the same day! So impressed and so grateful. Stumbled upon EZ 2 Get Furniture going from to bo concept to west elm. I found their Relax Sleeper. Great design, non gimmicky and easy to convert from a sofa to a bed. The sales person was sweet, attentive and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time, quick, and painless. The best furniture purchasing experience ive had in a very long time.

Greats deals and great prices. Not gunna find anything better. Jose went above and beyond. I began badgering this man with questions about a bedroom set and mattress at 5:30 pm. The store closes at 7. This man was extremely patient and helpful he went Wel past 7 pm to help me out. After hours of convo and pictures being sent. We were able to make a decision.
