Mattress shopping is hard-especially during the pandemic. Angelique and Duleth (hope I spelled his name right) at the Beverly Hills store, were fantastic. They were very patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated their no pressure, honest approach. The product and company seems extraordinarily clean in every sense of the word-integrity, clean product and great Covid safety while shopping. I havent made a final decision on a mattress yet but I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for a mattress.

I researched all the organic mattresses for my children, so many brands on the market, but I went back to neutropenic. I bought two of their mattresses nine years ago and just bought two more twins, the 2-in-1 version, for my kids. The customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company and this brand.

Daleth, the staff member I spoke with, was amazing! He explained how the mattresses are constructed and how important it is to Naturepedic to provide a healthy, non-toxic, high-quality mattress. He also went into some details about the production and shipping timeline, which really helped me figure out how to plan the final steps of my renovation. I have contacted a lot of mattress companies and none of them were as professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful as Naturepedic. If youre looking for a healthy, non-toxic mattress, go to them first.

The store manager was very knowledgeable and provided helpful information about the right mattresses for me and my children. He was also very transparent and honest about their products. We are looking forward to it receiving our bed.

So grateful this place exists. I’ve been searching for a truly non-toxic mattress - one that goes beyond good marketing and actually has third-party certifications. After doing extensive research, Naturepedic seems to be the cleanest mattress on the market. My experience at the store was fantastic. Tony was friendly, extremely knowledgeable (I asked him dozens of questions about Naturepedic products and mattress care generally, and he had well-informed answers for all of them), clear, and super helpful. With Tony’s expert guidance, I left having ordered a mattress, an adjustable base (which I’m super excited about), and a new pillow, all for much less than I expected to spend. When I mentioned I also need bedroom furniture, Tony told me they sell furniture by a sustainable, non-toxic brand and showed me all the different options and colors. He made the whole experience fun and easy - I will definitely be back!!!

Tony was super helpful when helping us select a mattress for my husband and I and our son. He showed us all the beds and modified the softness for us since we were not happy with a recent mattress we purchased from a different company. In todays ever-changing world, separating good healthy products from the bad ones often requires research and a little patience. When looking for a new bed, there were many ads and Websites that enticed me. Several claimed to have natural products. However, after quite a bit of research, I realized finding a truly chemical free, well made, comfortable bed with good support, and good customer service was not as easy as I first thought. Naturepedic not only has organic well made, chemical free products, the store on Robertson Blvd., known as their Beverly Hills or LA store, has Tony. Tony is the store manager and he is one of the most intelligent, knowledgeable, informative, helpful, caring people I have met in a long time. Even though the store was busy when I first got there, he had a magical way of making everyone feel welcome and giving everyone the attention they needed. I left feeling very good but did not make a decision that day. After more questions and another trip to test the mattresses again, I chose the EOS Pillow Top. Since it has layers, it allows the firmness to be customized, which was another feature I liked. I narrowed the firmness down to two beds and Tony helped me choose the right one. I have now slept on my new bed for three nights and I can honestly say, I LOVE THIS BED. Prior to receiving the bed, lifes challenges had me waking up during the night. So far, since using my new bed, Ive been sleeping through the night and waking up finally feeling rested. I cant say enough good things about the Naturepedic products and about Tony.

After many months of researching the literature and physically testing mattresses, I have found Naturpedic Organic Mattresses to be one of the best and most honest products on the mattress market. The company makes several designs to choose from and the service is impeccable. The storefront on Robertson Blvd. in Los Angeles allows one to take time trying out the various mattresses and the staff patiently answers all questions, even many times over! Dominic is the guy to talk to at the Robertson Blvd. store; he knows the product very well and he knows what to suggest for ones personal sleeping needs. He helped me a great deal - trust his advice!!

I received the bedding/items the next day. I get a very good nights sleep on the Tempur-Pedic mattress and the adjustable base set at the ZeroG position. My sleep has been so deep, Im not aware of whether Im asleep or not.
