I do pickups at this location.And usually I get in and get out really fast. The staff here is very professional and know their job.
I have had this service for several years and would not hesitate to recommend them for the outstanding service they provide. They provide a great water service with exceptional pricing. You just need to be patient and communicate with the staff to get great service. Water and extra flavor drinks are always available at reasonable pricing. Great service overall!!
I manage an apartment community in the Arts District of DTLA and was seeking a bottled water delivery that could deliver to my office. My assistant found Ready Fresh and we have now been using them since November 2019 and I cannot believe how convenient it is to order from them.We set up an online account and can change our delivery date or quantity without having to speak with anyone and they are always on time with their deliveries. The delivery guys are consistently on time, offer service with a smile, and were very mindful with COVID-19 procedures with the pandemic. If I forgot to change the quantity of my order, the deliver person would do it for me and update my account. It was always accurate and I didnt have to worry about being overcharged.I had only used Sparkletts prior to this and had a horrible experience but now I have found my favorite water delivery service.In addition, despite the pandemic, there was never a water shortage, nor an increase in the rates. I LOVE Ready Fresh! Thank you for being so easy to work with!
Shockingly HORRIBLE customer service! Avoid at all costs. The water taste fine but I would rather drink out of a public water fountain than sign up with this company again. I always thought Nestle was a progressive, modern, fair company but this experience blows my mind. I was heading out of town for a while and tried to login to pause my delivery of water bottles. They dont offer such a concept so I thought the water delivery guy would probably notice that I am not taking the water bottles inside to my house from my front porch. Well, he didnt use any common sense and I now have 24 five gallon bottles of water sitting on my front porch. It this isnt a signal to be burglarized, I am not sure what would be. Crazy! So, you cant cancel online either. I called them and was 47 minutes later, I spoke with a manager. She informed me that if was totally my fault and I could have canceled the service online. I went online to do this while she was berating me on the phone. I found the button that stated cancel service and hit it. A pop-up screen showed up that said call the 1-800 number that I had just called. They dont offer any chat either. So after explaining my situation to the manager, she said she would give me a credit for 8 bottles of water, around $65. I NEVER received this credit. I also explained to her that I was out of town for another month and having 24 bottles of water on my front porch was a signal to thieves to break into my house and to please have these picked up and I would pay for the cost. She assured me that this would happen. one month later and they are still there. PHOTO attached.Apparently Nestle operates on a old school model of trapping the customer and making very hard to cancel service. News alert Nestle!! This model is NOT sustainable and you are losing customers like me on a daily basis. The negative publicity that people like me are creating against your company will eventually break your outdated business model.--Derrick

If I could give negative stars, I would. They had screwed up billing on my mothers account. She is 95. I had to make repeated calls to get it right, and then had an online chat. At the end of it, the person I chatted with promised to send the transcript which contained our deal. It never came. I have written no fewer than TEN TIMES--even to corporate, and NO RESPONSE!!!! I would not believe this company existed--except we received water in the past. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
There should be an option to give zero stars!Joining and setting up delivery was very easy....the issue is actually getting them to deliver the product you ordered.I called their customer service number twice after they kept pushing back my delivery date, I was ensured that my delivery would arrive the next day but that never transpired. Do not order from them, save yourself the time and headache.

Zero stars should be an option. Where do I even start. Firstly- the water tastes terrible. Delivery was constantly moved back by days at a time. I often had to go out a purchase bottled water to hold me over.My bill started at $16/month and went up to $26/month within a year (my orders never changed). I decided to cancel my service and return the water cooler. They gave me a time frame for the water cooler pick up (8am-1pm or 1pm-5pm). I picked the morning, figuring I could go into work after they pick it up. When did the person come to pick up my cooler? 3:45pm!!! WHY EVEN GIVE THE OPTION IF YOU ARENT GOING TO HONOR IT?! I missed an entire day at the office because of this. An no warning or notification from Ready Refresh that they were going to be late.It continues... I got an invoice for $1.11 for the month after I cancelled my service. I went onto my account and THEY DONT LET YOU CANCEL AUTO PAY OR DELETE A PAYMENT METHOD FROM YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE. So yet ANOTHER call to customer service. The customer service rep said she cancelled the autopay. I asked about removing my card from my account but she didnt even acknowledge it. Im sitting here 4 days since that call with a $1.11 charge on my credit card. Went back on my account online and auto pay is turned back on. I still cant delete my card from my account. Cant figure out a way to delete my account all together either. Ive been sitting on hold for 8 minutes as I type this to get it figured out.The amount of time Ive had to put into canceling my service is ridiculous and unacceptable. Get yourself a Brita filter and SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES, TIME, AND MONEY.

Would give negative stars if I could !I have discontinued service after 5 years because I found another water company that charges much less. I was paying 10.99 per 5 gallon water !!When I clalled in to cancel, their service rep asked if I would reconsider if I were only charged 6.99 per 5 gallon water.Well, I would have reconsidered if they hadnt been ripping me off for the last few years ! Fn thieves !!
Terrible communication & delivery service! I had an account for over 2 years and when I recently moved, I attempted to have a delivery scheduled for my new address. After taking a full day off of work (Nestle thinks its acceptable to have a time frame of 8am-5pm for water delivery!?!) I was told by a supervisor the delivery would be made the following day between 8am-10am due to an error in their system. After waiting all day again *(2x days off of work) I was told sorry our dispatch still had your old address on file even though our main office has the new address. I gave them one last attempt on a 3rd day to have the delivery between again 8am - 10am. At 10:45am I called again and the supervisor said ANOTHER error had occurred and even though the notes from the previous supervisor had noted the account for the delivery between 8am-10am, it was still in their system for delivery on the previous day... -$1,000 (loss of income) later, still NO WATER... TRUST ME, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR WATER SINCE NESTLE CLEARLY DOESNT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR RESPECT THEIR TIME.
Terrible Service with Nestle!So I have been an Arrowhead water delivery customer for 10 years and since the Nestle aquisition the customer service is in the toilet. Nobody told me I had to be home for my new set up. So then I take the day off work to wait an 8-5 window for the set up. The driver forgets the water dispenser. I have taken the day off of work for this. I call Nestle and they have no apologies and no solution other than to resdhedule. So at this point I am DONE and they have lost a very loyal customer.

The water is great, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Stayed home from work all day, for a water cooler delivery... only to find out they rescheduled it for next week without even trying to notify me.
There always very helpful and kind, they send out text messages when theyre on their way and if you need something before your delivery date; they will deliver it to you when you want it. So, all in all Im very happy and the family is happy.

They have missed 4 deliveries in a row. Ive asked to speak to a manager and instead he put me on hold. He wont transfer me. They are the WORST delivery service and customer service Ive EVER encountered. Take your money elsewhere.
It is the worst customer service Ive ever talked before! I opened a new account and paid for 2 items and ordered 5 gallon bottle of water and water dispenser. Theyve scheduled two days later but they didnt bring it and when I called customer service they couldnt find my account! But Ive already paid the items. This is very unprofessional!
Mitch Mandell was the worse rep. in Ready Refresh By Nestle for many years, he never returned my calls or emails for 2 months, He lost all my accts. Now I found out why he was not returning my calls or emails because he was getting promoted to Unit Leader in Operation Dept.Mitch Mandell will fail the Operation Dept. just like he failed the Sales Dept. Mitch you told me the reason your company is failing because your VP Mark Tierney does not understand the delivery business he only knows retail, but you are wrong Mitch, your company is failing because of useless people like you that cant even reply to email for customer that is paying more than $600 a month.

Absolutely the WORST service I may have ever seen in my life. Repeatedly calling to cancel service, and they continue to deliver water. on hold for hours, delivered bad tasting water. i cant seem to cancel my service!!!!! Making me insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible customer service, the water fine but delivery very bad I called many times speaking with customer service and manager to stop delivering 12 gallon of water to my home and nothing change now I have 24 setting in my front door, they just want to take your money no manners, every month like that and they promised to give credit but
