Really nice and helpful people at this store. I forgot my tassel the day of my graduation, I went there willing to buy a new one. The person who assisted me told me they cant sell it because they come with every cap. However, she was so nice and managed to find one. She saved my day.

Order your books EARLY. Rough customer service, unable to get anyone on the phone, unhelpful emails when they finally respond hours later. I know it is a busy time and it is very difficult with covid, but the past five days of trying to get someone to help me has been impossible and extremely frustrating. When I finally got in touch with someone though, they were fairly quick to help and have orderly and safe pick-up at the store during covid.

Los Angeles City College has a nice store and amazing peoples to meet or connect for networking.

The line was unbelievably long. Its usually packed between like 11:20a.m. to like 4:30p.m. roughly, in the first 2 weeks of school. The workers are usually nice. For some reason its usually really hot and dry in there as if they dont have an AC which I doubt. Other than that its kinda dirty. Im guessing its because the janitors dont really do much on campus.

Those cats - cuter than you think theyd be.They have an amazing selection of sci-fi and fantasy books - if you are into that - this is your place.I picked up a great graphic novel called Cairo that I cant wait to dive into. It is a really nice spacious store as well so it is easy to spend time in here without getting a cowded feeling.

My experience was remarkable people was so nice and so helpful and thats what I look for sometimes I just dont know how to do things or fill out things or even look around and find the things I need but they was so helpful for me and I really appreciate the experience

They overcharge for the items they sell big time. I once saw a book there that I needed. Even for a used copy they were charging 116 dollars plus tax! I found the same book online for--guess how much? 4 dollars final! Yesterday I was there buying a kit for a computer class I am enrolled in. The kit consists of two sheets of plastic and some small easy to lose parts. How much do you think a thing like this should be worth? 15, at most 20 bucks. Nope. Try 60 bucks total! And for an extra touch of pure meanness, The sale is non-refundable. They sure know how to make things fait accompli. To make matters worse, you cant buy them anywhere else. But I guess it still beats working in the sewers.

Waiting in line during the back to school rush is rough, but the staff are nice and helpful.

A simple college store to buy last min test booklets

The service is glamorous. Affordable textbooks. Positive costumer service.

The helper employees are either liars or CONSTANTLY misinformed. Youre better off borrowing books from libraries or buying used ones online. The waiting times and frustration takes years off your life span.
