You have to self serve. Everytime Ive been there its only one guy. He isnt the nicest. No type of customer service.He has limited variety of jugs. The one I purchased was very cheeply made. The plastic hadle broke off after the 2nd refill. I wish we had more local water places cause this one doesnt cut it. The ones in grocery stores usually taste bad. Atleast this place does not have a bad taste...
