Honestly, alkaline water is alkaline water. As long as it is at 9.5, it is acceptable to me. What I did not like is that this location did not carry the Kangen water, which is the 11.5 alkalinity water.When I inquired about this water from the young man at the front desk, he nonchalantly told me that the other location in Pasadena is the one that sells Kangen water.When I asked him when this location would start selling it, he just brushed it off and said I dont know what the shoulder shrug. Overall, his demeanor was slightly cold and not charismatic.He lacked every ounce of hospitality that a human should have when working in an environment in which they are providing a service. I would not recommend people buying their water from here where there are so many other mom-and-pop alkaline water stores that will treat you like youre the greatest neighbor ever.The water turned out to be tasty, none the less, and they do have a lot of water carrying supplies there for those who are still interested in going. However, this place will never get my business ever again.To me, hospitality and respect is everything when Im spending my money on your services.

Inconsistent hours and flaky practices. Usually great service but you cant expect them to actually be there. Even when there is a sign up stating theyll be back at a certain time, you can show up later to see the sign gone but the store still closed.
