Parking is kind of terrible, one narrow road and cars are parked in different ways, some angled some straight. The staff was friendly but there were only two of them for like 7 customers waiting. No loaners available (seems to be a normal trend for Tesla service centers), provided me with Uber credits. Staff is great and did a great job, hope they hire additional people.
I went there to pick up my car. As I entered the main office i saw 4 staff members sitting in front of their computers. They ALL saw me but not one person welcomed me, and went back to their screens. I thought maybe there is someone else in the front desk. 5 mins later, one of the 4 men gets up and says “oH i DiDnT sEe YoU!” Like really?! 2 of the other guys were just smiling. Not professional at all! I love this company, not the people in this establishment. I’ve had a Toyota, a Lexus and an Audi and they all have excellent customer service (even TOYOTA!)
Service advisor is nice, but this entire experience just sucks! It’s terrible. I love tesla, the car, but the run around from so many appointments and ubering back and forth to show them something. It makes me want to sell all my Tesla shares. No accommodations, mixed answers asking for a loaner, can’t use the bathroom, no water, just bare minimum. I think Toyota takes care of you more, or even a KIA dealership.
Great customer serviceVery helpful..the place is always clean and neat...if the service is bad they will give you credit..and a free gift...i received a free Tesla umbrella black and red..i love it..Thank tesla... i highly recommend you to test drive there tesla ...now is the time to buy or rent one.. gas is going up!! 💋😭💜
First time taking my Model y to the service center.I was told to wait and someone was suppose to help me. Waited 20 min and when someone finally came I was just told to move. I told the service rep Ive been waiting and no one has come. I decided to leave, i did notice new customers arrived and they were help out immediately.
Friendly service. Beautiful car. Wish I could afford one! 😀
Tesla of Culver City always does a spectacular job of blending customer service, communication, and showing you that they care about not only your car but also the inconvenience of not having your ride during the repairs.Alex sent me his personal contact information so I can reach out to him in case I needed anything. Then he proceeded to give me some Uber credits so I can find my way home and not be out of pocket for it.Before I even got home I had a message updating me on my car, and promising to reach out again by the end of the day with an estimate and an expected date when I could pick it up.This is why I will always have at least one Tesla in my garage.
Fantastic service. I drove in needing a replacement key and drove out 20 minutes later and only spent $26.
Finally received my #Model3. This car is amazing. Thanks #Carlos for the great #cs.
Friendly, professional. Just wish the cars had a bit better fit and finish.
I took my car to this SC when my new Model Y was making a loud whining noise. I did some research and found a number of people with a similar issue and they had a missing seal. The tech drove my car and said the noise was loud and he would take a look. I asked them to verify if the seal was present and they said they would. After a day, they called back and said nothing was wrong with the car. They said they never checked if the seal was missing. The advisor I was interfacing with was professional. However, the gaslighting from the service tech was ridiculous. I ended up taking my car to the West LA SC in Santa Monica. Turns out the seal was missing.
Terrible. They dont return calls or follow up on anything. I have been waiting over a month and a half to get my front bumper replaced. Made multiple trips to the service center just to speak to a real person. Im still waiting on the repairs! I expected better service. It seems like Tesla is too busy investing all its cash in bitcoin and not its service centers.
So you can’t get a hold of anyone there.Car was scratched up during service and nobody cares. Great Tesla reputation.Quality control is nowhere to be found.
I love the Tesla team! BEST customer service and skilled work of any car company. The Centinela location happens to be my favorite. Even though the lobby is closed now because of Covid-19, waiting areas are plentiful and today I enjoyed my yoga practice on the front lawn. Thank you Tesla for the thorough evaluation and keeping me safe.
Very busy. Difficult to get in.
The worst experience ever. Do not take your tesla here. The service department lies to you and does not communicate with you about your vehicle. Good luck getting a straight answer typical dealership service (talk in circles.)
Easy to get to, staff is friendly and attentive. Kevin made sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable about the cars before the pre-scheduled test drives. No pressure/haggle sales tactics are a pleasant change of pace.
Their test drive experience is the best I have encountered.
Great customer service, and a unique experience that I have come to expect from Tesla.
Lucas, Our salesman was patient and very very helpful! He knew how to explain the features and the sales process throughly.Understanding that is his job to know BUT Ive come across some arrogant slaemans with bad attitude that only care about the money. Hubby and I love good sales people with great customer service that treats you with respect and make you feel like your time and money is appreciated.(especially when you cash out on a Tesla) Kudos to Lucas for going above and beyond, ensuring a great experience with Tesla! Lucas gave us an expected delivery date in February for our custom Tesla... an hour later we get notification that we can get it Thursdays (3 days later)!! If in the market for a Tesla, GO SEE LUCAS! (Give him a raise Elon!)
Very polite and nice employees
I love their Service Very through!
They charge you whatever they feel like. They don’t clean your car. We wax and wash our Model S. When You pick up your car, it’s dirty.Tesla person there said they use to clean their customers cars but have recently been told to stop. They charged us $2300 for brakes and 1 tire. After 1.5 hours on the phone, they gave us a $50 credit. When we went to pick up our car, we had to explain that we already had a $50 credit. Luckily the guy made it simple however, if you don’t pay attention, they tried charging us $3k. How does the bill magically go from $2300 to $3000. They he changed it 2 more times until it went down to $2200.Tesla is a great EV. It’s disappointing that they are overcharging their customers. I’m sure there’s plenty of people that don’t argue and agree with their first price. We are not those people.Tesla,Please make your customer service center as great as your cars drive, please.
Very misleading workers, One time they tell you the issue cannot be fixed and they have to replace the parts, next tome you come they will try to change the whole story and call it wear and tear and refuse to cover the costs. Unbelievably misleading and rude. They called my car old like 4 times, it’s only 2015 model. Seriously they need smarter people there.
Tesla recieved a 0 from me. I have had the worst time just to order a part, no one to talk too or human responce
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!I had the assumption based on so many Tesla owners telling me that they LOVE their Tesla and it being such a massive luxury car company, that my experiences would be nothing but top notch. Much to my surprise, this has not been the case.Took delivery of a pre-owned 2016 Model S on 2/2/2019 in Marina Del Rey CA. Prior to purchasing the car, I was informed by a Tesla rep that there is no reported body work or precious’s damage to the car, so I moved forward and purchased this previous leased car with approximately 28K miles.Delivery at Marina Del Rey left a lot to be desired. Car was not ready when my wife and I arrived. The rep told us that he was not supposed to be the one doing our delivery, but he would “find some time to do it.” His knowledge of the car was mediocre at best and wanted us to submit payment for the car and sign before we even saw the car..... ummmm, no thanks. Walk around of the car, it looked good, but it hadn’t been thoroughly washed as you would expect. There were leaves in some of the cracks of the car even. Wheel wells had dirt and traces of mud in them. The rep did not walk us through the functions of the car and even told us it had features that it didn’t. He didn’t know how to operate the key fob properly. Very poor presentation. After a few weeks of having the car home, the front license plate bracket was removed to put on an aftermarket bracket. It was then found to be obvious that the front bumper had been painted and clear coated with it on the car and around the license plate bracket. In talking to a Tesla approved body shop, this is not up to Tesla standards. I made an appointment 3 weeks away as it was the first available.Upon arriving at the service center in the Los Angeles are, everyone was nice. I spoke with Alex who told me that this is not covered by the Tesla used car warranty. I eventually spoke with a manager who also told me that it is now my problem to deal with. It seems that Tesla should have found this issue when they took in the lease return, and confronted the previous owner about it. The clear coat is starting to delaminates from the car that I just purchased. I was told that the best they could do is to get me a quote from their approved body shop and they would call me later that day with a quote. The next day came and no call, so I reached out to them. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes and then told that they would “leave Alex a message to call me back.” No call back that day. I called again today, and Doreen the operator was extremely rude on the phone, talking over me. I was on hold for 2 HOURS waiting for someone to answer my question about the quote. No one answered and Doreen came back on telling me that Alex is not even in the office today, and she has apparently been trying to get someone else to help me. When she finally asked me after 2 hours about the specifics, she told me “we can’t do that, we don’t paint bumpers here.” I told her that I completely understand that they do not perform body work. She said “so you’re trying to get Tesla to pay for this?!?” And I said “Absolutely, it should be.” And she replied that she can’t help me and I will just have to wait until Alex gets back to me. I asked her what her name is and she hung up on me. I called back and she told me her name and that “I have people standing right in front of me that need my help too.” She gave me many excuses on the phone that they are very busy.... really?!? Too busy to answer the phone in the course of 2 hours and give me some solid information? RIDICULOUS.I tried to call corporate but all I heard was “we are not able to answer your call right now.” Not what I expected out of a multi-billion dollar company. I’m sure this isn’t what Elon would expect. Selling a car without disclosing repairs that were done to it. I’m going to keep pressing forward, and hopefully Tesla will step up and make right on this.
Great advisor & impressive car
Always great service every time I get my car serviced there. the people are incredible, you can just tell they are genuinely happy to help and make you feel great. Definitely never going back to Mercedes
Visited TESLA to test drive a vehicle. Great personnel... as well as friendly and knowledgeable. - Gave us an overview of the vehicle, its features, and controls... before going out on the road. - We did a combination of street and highway driving. - The TESLA 3 that we drove was remarkably quiet, and performed extremely well in terms of handling & performance. - Overall, it was an excellent and unique driving experience! - An amazing vehicle. - And, KUDOS to Dante who greeted us... and guided us through the entire experience!
Worst experience ever. Someone who checked in less than 1 min before me got his car immediately, while I waited 20 minutes, then they said there was a nail in the front passenger tire, and they’re fixing it. Don’t go here. Plenty other places to fix your Tesla and not worth it.
After the Tesla service center in Torrance on 237th Street refused to help me (the manager was very negative towards me as well) after my 2nd Model 3 windshield stress crack in less than a year, I took my vehicle to the Centinela location hoping for the best. I experienced compassion and excellent customer service. Rene went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued tesla customer. This location will be my go-to in the future, highly recommended. Thanks again! The Torrance location was going to charge me $1072 for the windshield stress crack repair but the Centinela service center per Rene advocating for me was able to cover it completely.
Very realistic. And most of all, possible.
Been here twice already for some minor factory defects (acquired my vehicle in Dec 2019), but the technicians here were very professional, courteous, and quick to resolve my issues. Definitely recommended.
Came here for a test-drive as this is one of the few centers in which you can do that. The process was efficient and the sales peeps were professional and prompt. They didnt engage in high-pressure sales tactics as nothing was negotiable per their business model. Even if you dont buy, consider this experience good research into the future of cars.
I was out for a walk with my baby in his stroller and passed a red Tesla parked on the street. In the front seat were two gentlemen; the window was rolled down and I heard the salesman explaining the features to the man who was doing the driving. About a minute later the red Tesla comes flying down Green Valley Circle through Fox Hills doing at least 50+ miles per hour and swerving in and out of lanes like an idiot. Fox Hills is a residential neighborhood with kids and families out on the street. The Tesla salespeople need to stop treating the neighborhood as their personal racetrack.
Very disappointed, they have the worst customer service. I bought a new car with many faults and they just ignore my calls.Very frustrating
Not sure why they allow you to book collision repair through the app... After 3 days, I suddenly get a response saying they dont do collision repair at this location and I can go to any other body shops they recommend. Nobody ever picks up when called... only reason they have 2 stars is Ive had other servicing that was ok there. Ive never gotten a loaner here either, seems they only reserve those for p100 drivers...3 days of lyft credits is pretty annoying especially when they dont cover tip.
WE HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR SEVERAL DAYS NOW TO GET A COPY OF A SERVICE INVOICE AND NO ONE HAS CALLED US BACK AND WHEN I FINALLY DID REACH SOMEONE EXPLAINING TO THEM THAT NO ONE WAS CALLING US BACK AFTER LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES THE PERSON TRANSFERRED ME TO A FULL VOICEMAIL. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Were looking for better service.
Terrible service - they do not answer the phone or call you back when they claim they will. I still have the same update problem I had back in April and my car has been serviced at least four times. Love the car - hate the service.
Easy Fun Test Drive, friendly employees.
Service is Good. Chris is Amazing
I have been a Tesla owner for over 5 years & have had excellent service except at this location. The location is in an obscure area. Compared to all other Tesla locations, this is the smallest that I’ve seen. The first Tesla employee tried to tell us that it was closed even though the posted business hours stated it was opened for 20 more minutes. Luckily a sales representative came & spent lots of time with me since I was trading my model S in. After I picked up my new Tesla, the disappointment continued. 4 days later I received phone calls every day from a Tesla financial rep’s cell phone telling me that many documents were not signed & I owed money & could I pay with a credit card. This Tesla experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t think I will purchase another Tesla. For such a large company, it was hard to believe that I was treated so unprofessionally. I would not recommend this dealership to my friends or family. My nightmare is not over....it’s been 3 months & I still have several Tesla reps calling me. You would think they would communicate with each other. It’s been 4 months and the Tesla mess Is still ongoing. Shame on you Tesla for mistreating your customers and blaming them for your mistakes.40K mistake! Who hires these babies who are making major mistakes in the contracts and what auto company doesn’t double check the financial contracts and then blame the customer for their mistakes.Buyer Beware!!!!! Run away! Don’t buy from this unprofessional company. There are many more electric cars to chose from now.
Awesome location, great staff, and was there to test drive a Tesla Model X, which on itself was awesome. Checked out a Model 3 too, but, I really want X. Maybe the Model S by November next year is my thing. lol They have the powerwall and solar panels on display here too. Awesome location!!!
Crowded but the attention to service went well.
This experience will change how you look at carsTrue integration of technology youre buying more of a robot than a carThe experience from sales to service and maintenance is head-and-shoulders above the industry not comparable to the so called luxury market compensationAmerican ingenuity at its finest right here in our great as State of CaliforniaGo Tesla!!
Better than any other car dealership. Friendly, smart, accurate, and prompt service. They have loaner cars ready and these guys are experts in their cars. I feel like I will only but Tesla from now on because of the great car and service.
Print courteous service. Best of all open Sundays.
Great service. Had a little snafu with some scheduling issues, but Blake in service got it all to work out. Super appreciative.
Lilly my service advisor was amazing. So honest. She listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. My drive unit was going out. Tesla gave me a loaner Tesla. Whoa.....to top every thing off, Tesla delivered my car to my home in Malibu.
Great customer service and experience
I went there to pick up my sisters car and had a great experience I live in New Jersey and and flew in to take my sisters old car and she gave me so she can pick up the Tesla I drove her old car back home to New Jersey. But was there to experience her picking up her first Tesla. They go through the entire car explaining every little detail. Very very courteous and knowledgeable which is great cuz my sisters not at least the knowledgeable part.
AMAZING SERVICE!!! I had an appointment at 8am, I showed up at 7:55am and at 8:01am I was driving to work! Yep, took 6 minutes!! Met with Ranil, amazing guy, he took a look at the issue, order the piece and told me that the team will come to my work or house to install! Thank you Tesla, thank you Ranil, thank you Elon! You guys are just Genius!
Friendly people

Nice concierge welcome & neat cozy waiting area with a chilling CA view from windows. Not sure if they have supercharger in the back ??
It wasn’t picking up a car. It was an event. Well done!
Great experience
The guy who sold me tesla model 3 mislead me on few things regarding what I get in my package. He was either new there or had lack of knowledge..
The worst service ever. I have a brand new model X and is always something wrong with it. Every time I call this service center they never return my call bad they are rude and unprofetional.
