This phone repair place is like a scene out of a men in black film 🎥 ! Walls covered in old school cellular service posters, a back area absolutely crammed with old and new phone technology parts, a small crew of helpful and friendly workers constantly picking up phones speaking lowly to the other person on the line, a bitcoin operator location, and last but not least extremely cost-friendly cell phone service and otherworldly cheap data plan offerings that are bargain friendly 😉 and quickly completed on the same day if you walk in! I needed my Verizon 📱 unlocked since I was sick of spending a damn near car 🚗 lease on it, and it took them half an hour to unlock for under $50!! During the short wait in the meantime I hopped in to some local thrift and clothing stores right on melrose with a few blocks radius of Dialnet. When I came back I chose a super affordable data plan and was up and running with a new service in no time on the very same day I went in to get help! They most likely have every other cell related part you need including car mounts, cases, chargers etc.

These clowns will charge you to look at your phone and then CANT fix it then hold your money. Its a tactic they use. RUN far from these crooks

Gave a 2 star because my wife was not treated as a VIP as Ive known the owners since 1993 when pagetime was thriving on Hollywood blvd . Normally I would give a 4-5 star but my wife was not satisfied with her experience here as I watched undercover. Took 2 weeks for a item promised that was told 2 days then there was other little problems like a over charged payment that had to be corrected, long waiting for repair and miscommunication between workers... if Jason or Steve would have known I was stopping in Im positive they would have taken care of me or my wife but that wasnt the case because they werent there at the time . My wife wasnt happy with anything they did and handled or resolved the situation regarding her visit to this store and for a fact she will never return here for business ever again . Im sad about it because I feel like I lost two important friends for business.

So far so good, dropped iPhone X on Saturday, cracked screen and touch sensor unresponsive. Brought in phone today at 1, and had a working phone in hand at 1:45. W. tax and new screen protector was $145 all in, which is a little more than I wanted to spend, but needed a working phone and they delivered on what was advertised. If I have any problems with phone moving forward will update but Im happy as of right now.

I had a great experience with Dialnet! I had shattered the back of my iPhone X and also damaged the LED on the front screen. We spoke with Peter who was very kind to us and gave us a generous discount! They replaced both parts in an hour and now my phone works as before and looks totally brand new! He offered to let me use their phone to call my boyfriend with any pricing questions as my phone was broken and unusable and I was by myself. They were extremely friendly and resourceful. So I broke my iPhone 6 and needed it fixed ASAP. I went to the Apple store and they wanted me to leave my phone for 3 hours. I cant be without my phone for that long! Josh my friend told me about this repair shop, so I thought I check it out. Took my iphone in because it was running a little slow and the battery kept dying about an hour into using it. They looked at it, run a few tests. Told me he can clear it up in a few days and change my battery for a reasonable price. Also gave me a few tips about not charging it over night or after the battery is full because it can damage the life of the battery

When I got there, they where swamp Im thinking its going to take forever to fix my crack glass iphone. It took 2 min for them to help me and said it will take about an hour. 30 min later they said your phone is ready which I was surprised and cost was reasonable too. They are God sent. My cell broke so I went to ART store. I ended up buying a new one. But they couldnt transfer all my contacts and none if my texts!!! Thry blamed it on my old cell. Luckily They referred me to these guys. Not only they fixed my old phone in one hour rather they transferred everything including all my texts...all with smiles. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE (iPhone Repair & unlock by Dialnet)!!!!On multiple occasions I went to get my phone fixed because I worked on the Melrose strip. Recently I’ve been there because I’ve dropped my phone and cracked the screen. After last Repair I was still having issues & asked if it was an original Apple screen that they gave me... their reply was “No. But we will order you one, come back in 2 days”. I did. I still had issues and I had a technician today come to my home to fix my phone because I questioned the work they had done for me in the past & for my friends. When he opened it (in front of my eyes) he told me that the screen was NOT an original Apple screen and showed me multiple locations of where damage was made, that could only have been made when opening the phone previously. I tried calling to speak to the owner and I spoke to, Peter... who basically said call back later! I tried to speak about this but they just didn’t give a damn after taking hundreds of MY HARD EARNED DOLLARS! Ps. Feel free to go on yelp to view pictures of what they did to the inside of my phone! The damage could only be done when opening the phone! Because they are always in a damn rush😉 I tried calling to talk about it but they brushed me off! They got my number call me yourself! I’m done wasting another second on this!

I brought my phone here earlier this year to have the screen replaced after I completely shattered it. They replaced it within an hour for $120. From then until now i noticed that my new screen was beginning to come off so i called and told them about it, and they told me that they would glue it down for $35. I said ok, and after 20 minutes i got my phone back and i noticed a discoloration on the top right. After asking them about it they told me that it happened because they pulled off the screen and something happened with the LCD display or something. i dont know. the point is i came in without a discoloration and left with one, and its because of their cheap methods. They told me i could replace it for $60 to remove the discoloration. They did not warn me beforehand that this was a possibility. This store is not an authorized Apple dealer, they do things on the cheap. Take my advice, and go to an authorized dealer or the Apple store. It may cost a little more but its worth it, trust me.
