Ordered the Breakfast Bowl, avocado toast, and latte. They were all good. I was definitely excited on the latte as I really enjoyed Australian coffee. I could say it is pretty close to what I had in Melbourne. Store is taking COVID-19 precautions seriously. You can order ahead for pick-up or dine outside. Will surely go back and try other food.

This coffee shop is located on a busy street with a number of restaurants. My iced chestnut praline latte coffee was tasty, but not quite up to par. The waffle, on the other hand, was delectably tasty. If youre on the go and in need of a snack, I recommend dropping by for a waffle and a cup of coffee.

What I emailed their customer service email last week since they dont have a phone number.... still waiting on response.... guess they dont care....Hello,I dont know if this goes directly to the store I ordered from or if its more general, but I wanted to let someone know about the quality of service and food I received at you location on La Brea today. I already left a review about the service because I was just so appalled. But after trying to consume the order I placed I feel the need to reach out. First of all the burrito I ordered was so small they didnt cut it, I always ordered from this location or 3rd street and it was about half or a little more than half of the usual size. I originally didnt say anything because It wasnt that big of a deal for me but when trying to eat it I noticed most of the ingredients are missing and whats there is drenched in this gross oil that made me gag. It had no cheese, one strip of half cooked bacon. Soggy spinach that was just so oily I had to take it all out and it just dripped this oil and I had to throw it away. My friend who I ordered a croissant sandwich for said her egg wasnt all the way cooked, and its suppose to be, and the two hot chocolates I ordered tasted like water. All in all a poor breakfast for my friend and I who based on the customer service alone was already planning to never return, now we have another reason not to. Hope this location can soon return to the quality it upheld before the pandemicDont eat at this bluestone if you want great food and a great customer service experience go to the location on 3rd street.

Overall this place used to be a good spot for a lunch or breakfast. But for some reason the food quality is more poor about last 6 months. But the worst part is super slow stuff!!! Love their coffee. No joke. This was my first time trying out this coffee shop since I was around the area but the barista that took my order was not that friendly and was in a hurry to take my order.

Make sure you have 1 hour or 2 for a toast because the very slow and even if you order online you still have to wait 40mins after your pick up time! Redicules!!

Go across the street to Neighborhood, coffee is better. I’m not against contactless ordering, perfectly fine. But when I see a register and touch kiosk but neither can be used because ‘we can’t help you’ it’s a problem. Systems that require you to own a smartphone with data to make an order are not only grossly distopic but overt barriers set to prevent certain potential customers. But the straw on the camels back is requiring personal information like full name and email before displaying a menu to even decide if you’d like to do business with them. Rest assured that data is being mined sold and exploited. I recommend fake emails and fun names like ‘youra cont’.

Last week, we stopped here for coffee since we wanted to spend time here. We love having chit-chat over the cup of coffee. We chose this place because this is one of the best places to get coffee. I just think that the chocolate overpowers the coffee that you may think that youre drinking hot choco. Its worth a try!

Get new employees that are time efficient!

I was invited by a co-worker, she had just come back for. Melbourne, and heard a Melbourne influenced coffee concept was in Los Angeles and close to work, so we popped over for breakie. Avocado toast with granola, a single shot, a flat white, and a trio of iced bevies. Everything was great... The design really highlights a modern beachy vibe, and plays well to the neighborhood, its done very well. If youre looking for a Sr. Store Designer holler atcha baller!

Finally proper Aussie coffee! The coffees are perfect, my-go to is the straight up classic latte! Great staff and decor is simple with high ceilings. Great spot to bring a laptop to work (although not a lot of power outlets). I come here at least 2-3 times a week to get my proper coffee hit! :)

Went in for a simple quick breakfast and was surprised to find that while it was indeed quick it was far from simple! Had an excellent breakfast burrito, very filling to start off a busy day without being too much. The burrito also came with a salad that was a tasty surprise. Topped off with a latte and this was a great breakfast to have! Took a donut to go, with the baking from Mr. Holmes Bakehouse as a bonus!

Good food, nice vibe with bright open space, very friendly staff. I accidentally spilled my latte all over myself and the ground and they oferred me a new latte before helping me cleaning up. Just make sure to bring your laptops fully charged, since only one of tables is next to a plug.

I ordered a sandwich and the guy making my sandwich pulled his mask down drank from his cup then went back to making my order without washing hands or changing his gloves

The coffee is great but one of the baristas (blonde short hair) is rude, snappy, and disrespectful. The size of my drink was incorrect and instead of being polite about it, she tried to convince me that it doesnt matter what size the drink is and gave me attitude about having to remake the drink in the correct size. Then she just dumped more milk in a bigger cup instead of actually remaking the drink. Her attitude was horrible. I hope she reads this and learns the value of manners and polite interaction.

Coffee was great and the Australian Latte gave me great energy after a long hike. BUT, this is a cashless establishment(a fact I was not aware of) that uses Apple products but does NOT accept Apple Pay. And they also don’t have a chip reader so my cashier had to hand key my card after swiping several times, during which someone came to interrupt him so he had to re-enter my card number.This transaction took about 5 minutes. Longer than it took for a friend I was with to go to the restroom and come back while I was still trying to pay.If cashless is supposed to be a progressive movement, it would behove this establishment to invest in apple pay AND a chip reader for its customers. My experience was that cashless took considerably longer than it should have because their technology is out of date. And, no, I am not downloading another app simply to pay with my iPhone on your iPad.

Omigosh! Another Aussie cafe walking distance from my house? Ive died and gone to heaven! Came in the afternoon and the service was pretty slow and none of the indoor tables had been cleared BUT the space was still beautiful and airy and they have Milo on the menu- I aint mad.Be aware, Bluestone Lane is a cashless restaurant unless youre throwing a dollar in their tip jar. Ordered the Smoked Salmon and also a Lamington (yes, you heard me, a place that serves lamingtons in LA!) plus a Beet Latte. Smoked Salmon was stupidly good and the Lamington was perfect. Moist, flavourful yet light. I know everyone raves about the Beet latte but I thought it was a waste of my money... it doesnt have coffee in it! My friend ordered the cold Milo and, of course, I stole some and went to taste heaven.Great place for hanging out and doing work, friendly staff and, best of all, a little taste of home
