Ambiance is nice. Quiet, lots of comfortable seating. Lots of outlets. Great place to work or study. Coffee is average flavor and cost. Service is fast and all the workers are very nice. Closes early.

What a great spot. Georgously appointed with plenty of room, chill music and cathedral ceilings. Baristas are super friendly. Coffee was delicious, free wifi. One of my new favorite places in DTLA

This is a nice place that opened in the lobby of the building I work in and Ive been a few times with good experiences and Id like to give them a better rating but I had a poor experience this morning. I tried to use a gift card I got a few months ago and when I tried to pay they said they couldnt let me pay with it. They mumbled some excuse I didnt quite get but by that time I had already been embarrassed in front of everyone waiting behind me. I didnt take my wallet with me so I had to do the walk of shame out of the store. They should have just given me the oatmeal and coffee I ordered.

If youre looking for that nutty almond cappuccino then this is the place you have to go! And the people are so nice and friendly. No wonder this place always has a line. But dont worry, it moves fast and youll have had the best coffee of your life.

Excellent coffee shop and very convenient if you work in the building or nearby. Everything I have had here has been excellent. They have a selection of food and snacks as well. These look to be high quality, but they come at a correspondingly high price point, so I have not personally tried them.

Cute little cafe located in Inner Sunset! I came here on a Sunday afternoon and absolutely loved the Iced Matcha Latte I ordered. Yay for paper straws!I would recommend this spot if you want to grab a quick drink, catch up with a friend, or get some reading/studying done. Check it out!

Closed earlier than the listed 6pm closing time online on Dec 26th. I get holiday hours, but please 1) post them, 2) lock your doors if you’re actually closed 3) don’t condescendingly tell us we are exactly 9 minutes late for a 2pm closing I had no knowledge of. There were three people standing around doing absolutely nothing, so maybe they could have been actually closing the place exactly 9 minutes ago, OR show a shred of customer service, and make one last cup of coffee.

Just on the cuteness factor alone, this place gets five stars. Hollows got all sorts of personality inside and out ! You cant help but be charmed by Its very cozy and rustic decor.

This is a great coffee shop, and its not Starbucks! The prizes are reasonable and the service is great. This branch is spacious and stylish, very downtown, but most of all the coffee is great. They have water soaked with fruit slices and herbs and soda water. Brilliant. Nice addition to downtown.

Came back here and found my new favorite drink and pastry... MATCHA LATTE & MATCHA ROLL CAKE !! You definitely wont regret it

What a very cool space. Cornered in the first level of an office building, the space is unique, sleekly designed, and trendy.I ordered a chai tea and I appreciate their cabillion milk options. Ive been looking for more places that offer oat milk and they do (for a 50 cent markup)!My chai tea was delicious and gave me the pick me up that I needed. More importantly, I found a few books that I had been searching for.

I went into this space looking for five things to accommodate my remote working:1) Tons of space2) Outlets3) Great wifi speed4) Ergonomic chairs/tables5) Good classic tea or coffee (at least one!)All the boxes are checked. They had a phoenix mountain oolong (tasted very much like a decent quality Dan Cong -- a lovely tea), a vast selection of chairs and tables to suit a variety of ergonomic setups, snappy wifi, a reasonable number of outlets, and tons of space. Checking off all the boxes is hard in DTLA!This place does it for me. The view isnt special, being a ground floor coffee shop, but its comfortable for a solid days work.

Best coffee brew by the best barista so far in downtown. They brew coffee professionally and serve people with respect. Store is large and they equipped with many tables for casual meetings and as a refreshing work place. I’ve been working in DTLA about two years and so this place is, so far, the best in financial district, especially in terms of bean taste.Baristas are friendly and will remember your name and your favorite order if you visit them regularly base. Location is in the middle of financial district. Many seats are available with a couple of group tables so you may be able to held a casual meeting here. Highly recommended.

Probably the most bourgie coffee shop Ive visited, but thats not a bad thing! I got the Louie (I think? maybe the Five), which is coffee, espresso, chocolate, half and half and an orange peel. It was absolutely delicious. One of the best espresso drinks Ive had in a while. Not like the super over flavored stuff you get from Starbucks. Their nitro cold brew is really good too. I want to come back here every day for a week or so so I can try everything!The baristas were really nice and helpful. The interior is really well designed, though the music can be a touch loud. They have sparkling and fruit/herb infused water for guests and speedy wifi.One of my new fave spots in LA!
