Found a better computer repair place..They couldnt fix my charging port..will not go back 😑😒

I just called for a quote on a screen repair, gave them every bit of information printed on my computer and they were still unsure what kind of screen it needs, then they quoted me a price of $200 higher than every other place. Not sure if the guy on the phone was maybe confused......?

My laptop had a cracked screen, I dropped it off and it was done week! Works just like new. I feel it was a fairly priced service and appreciate the quick and professional work.

This business staff does not wear a mask to protect the clients coming in the office. So if care about not getting infected dont go in there because no one wears a Mask.

I recently came into BHCR to have my computer repaired as it was super slow. They suggested I upgrade to Windows 10 and a SSD. I was surprised when they completed the job within 2 hours !! They were communicative and informative about everything. I had a great positive experience with them and wouldnt go to anyone else!! They are the best!

BHCR is great. My first experience was them quoting me more then 50% less then a different place I tried getting my computer fixed. They are honest and do a quick job. I am a very happy customer.

Jay was so amazing to me. Im the kind of guy that knows a little bit about computers, but what happened to my laptop was beyond my scope of knowledge. He was very courteous when i came in to see what he can do. He assured me that he knew how to solve the problem and sure enough, i had my laptop back super fast working perfectly. He even took the time to explain to me what happened without making me feel like an idiot. i definitely recommend this guy for any problem with your computer/laptop!!!

My computer was running super slow. Brought it in, had it diagnosed for free. They told me my computer was in good condition and I should upgrade it to a SSD. Was quoted a very reasonable price and my computer was done the same day. Very professional and QUICK!!!!

Came to fix my 5 year old computer. Wasnt sure if it was worth fixing at all. I was told its honestly not worth fixing, but was given a quote if i wanted to fix it. these guys werent here to take my money, but to give me honest advice. I know i can trust them and their customer service was impeccable !

Never would I ever dare even hope for someone as good and honest and capable as Rich. Having suffered from a couple of sham repair shops in my neighborhood, Ive generally been really wary with my computer, but he is truly the best, and charges very reasonable rates.

Whenever I have anything wrong with my computer I call bhcr I brought my laptops a few time for different reasons and they provided excellent service. This last time my computer had a virus and jay took great care of me!! I highly recommend them!!

Ive always had a talent for viruses and damaging my laptops but BHCR has managed to always make time for me to fix any issues. I remember Jay even walking me through fixing my laptop via phone at work. Love them!

The employees there are very nice! They fixed a cable in my laptop for free, just because they didn’t give me an update on the repair. However, the quality of my laptop was not great. It still works but there were scratches everywhere. I was disappointed but the prices were cheaper than other places.

Kevin did a free diagnostic on my broken laptop, and was honest about the repair being more costly than it was worth rather than trying to talk me into expensive parts and labor. A real stand up guy, would definitely bring my stuff to him in the future!

Ask for Jay, nice person, Honest, straightforward I know somewhat about computers. He did not try to sell me something I dont need. Told me what I need to repair exactly.

Brought my computer in for computer issues and it was fixed within 24 hours. Great customer service and communication.

This started so well: My sons PC needed TLC and upgrading. The guys at Beverly Hills Computer Repair did a great job and later repeated the success once my son needed a faster processor.Then I made the mistake to ask if they also could maintain and service CCTV cameras. They agreed to replace our surveillance TV DVR and add two new cameras to the 8 we already had. The installation was fairly shoddy and they sent a guy to repair. That didnt work and they sent another guy. He also didnt know what he was doing and in the process he disabled a monitor by our front door.BHCR then sent yet another guy. He absolutely knew what he was doing, but told us the monitor by the door was now incompatible with what the last guy did. Turns out that BHCR was relying on sub-par subcontractors and should never have accepted the job the first place.They have since refused to replace the monitor by the door. They even questioned if it had ever worked!Instead I had to get a new internet capable monitor, an electrician and a new company to install it. I suggested a fair compromise, but my calls/email were not returned. We have no connection from the DVR to our desktops, only to our phones and iPads, as the software is proprietary, and BHCR is completely ignoring our please for help. We have spent thousands of dollars with them, never complained or haggled and always paid promptly. So heres the warning: When things go sideways, so do they.Bad karma.
