I went in there to get my laptop diagnosed. Right away he was super friendly knew what the problem was ran some diagnostics anyway to be sure, and was correct. All free of cost. Then proceeded to give me a bunch of awesome information on what I should look for in my next computer, where to buy it, what years to watch out for. I followed his advice and got a great computer for 600 bucks that is working out perfect for my needs. Highly recommend this place.

I work for a firm in Naples Fl and we have an employee that works part time in Los Angeles California. My employees PC started crashing and throwing errors. After much research on the internet for IT companies in Los Angeles Tech SOS had what we needed. I called and spoke with a Rep and he contacted our employee in Los Angeles and had him bring in the tower. He electronically invoiced us to my email and as soon as we paid the invoice he got straight to work on the tower. The turn around time was about 24 hours and my employee reports that his system is running much faster than before and he has 2 free 30 days trials to new software that he needed to work more efficiently which I am now looking into purchasing full suites for him to use. I would highly recommend SOS for your system needs. They will be our future go to when our employee needs anything while he is staying in Los Angeles California.
