Clean and well stocked Office Depot. Very good prices and helpful staff.

Called with the intent to see if they had the product I needed in stock - but nobody answered the phone at 1:50 PM on Wednesday.This is a common problem with the top retailers - they hire workers for minimum wage - and they dont come to work, dont answer the phone, dont give a darn - and people dont come. Then when Amazon puts them out of business - they complain that they dont have a job.

Not the best prices but if you need something now... its great they are still around.

Stuff you need and nice employees

We are all going through a hard time. This is the 1st time that I have been in a store in 7 weeks. I appreciate your employees keep working, but it doesnt give the right to them to be rude. I barely leave a negative review. Especially nowadays, it is time to support each other. However, I have to write this review since Brian was super rude. Brian was very unwilling to answer my questions (like if there are other options than the printer that I ask) indifferent and talking to me with giving the orders. And finally, at the check out her asked me a question and I couldnt hear since he was wearing a mask. He rolled his eyes and he didnt repeat the question and I was done with his mean and condescending attitude. I told him he was being rude to me from the 1st question that I asked him. He didnt care at all. He was ignoring me like from the very beginning. I am sorry but it is already hard to get into a store because of the virus, if your employees are not willing to accomplish their jobs you will lose more and more customer. I dont want to be treated by anyone like Brian was treated me today.

Just another Office Depot and they didnt have what I needed.

Customer service, customer service and customer service! I cant tell you enough how lucky we feel to have chosen to work with Office Depot. They provided us with immaculate client service and delivered everything they promised. Absolutely loved our furniture pieces looking forward to purchasing a few more pieces for my living room!

The one star listed is intended to indicate a negative one (-1). Ive been in this store when there were more employees than customers, and none of the employees was helping anyone that was standing in line. This is by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any store at any time under any circumstances.

The worst service I have received in a long time. Came to laminate a few posters. Was told they were done and ready to be picked up via email. When I showed up they couldn’t even find them. I finally saw them in a corner and they weren’t even done. When I asked what went wrong both the person behind the counter and the manager didn’t know and didn’t care. They said they will basically do it after 4 other jobs and didn’t care at all that the system had messed up and they had waisted 20 minutes of my time. Wouldn’t even give one star if that was possible.

I was able to get copies of a report made on the spot. It took less than 10 minutes and I sent them everything from my cell phone there in the store, then got a coffee next door while waiting. Great customer service, Will in the printing department was helpful getting me exactly what I needed, then double checked to make sure I was being charged properly. I would definitely recommend using their printing services, or just for a quick stop to grab something for the office.

Incredible service! Went here last night to purchase an office chair, the manager was very helpful. He offered the protection plan and also offered a service where they would build it for us, we declined both and neither offer really stood out to me. But what did stand out to me was that when we arrived home and started to build it, we noticed the wheels were missing. We quickly called the store, spoke with the gentleman who is also the General Manager and he told us if we went back we could just pick up the wheels that he would take from another boc. When we got back to the store, he had the wheels ready for us to just pick up and leave with! Great service!

Horrible service. Went to FedEx desk and asked for a blank AirBill. Guys behind the counter looked at me like a was speaking a different language. After asking a couple of more times, one of them tossed a stack of international ones at me. Told him I was sending domestically, and without looking said thats all we have. Stay far away from this location

I purchased a cartridge for a printer, and a few days later got around to installing it, and when I did I found a used empty cartridge in the box. When I took it back amd I did not have my receipt. They were very reluctant to look up my credit card info of the purchase. When they asked when I made the purchase I said two or three days ago. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not buy it there. After going back and forth on this, I noticed he had the date of the purchase on his screen so I asked if his check was date dependent. He said yes, so I told him to go back and check for three days prior. Sure enough there was my purchase. Except they rang it up as an hp cartridge and not a brother. He was unwilling to here anything else. I think they have a scam going, and unless you look at the receipt and make sure you have paid for the right brand at the counter, they will just tell you you are lying.

People inside are very helpful, the girl at the counter was very patient to me. I appreciate it. This is the first time that I write a review on G+. ^_^

Good utility outpost. Usually has what you need, service is adequate. Does have free parking underneath and a little cafe attached. Useful.

The toner I needed was not on the shelf with all the others of the same brand so I had to wait in line behind one lady who spent an excruciating amount of time and detail badly describing a print job in hair pulling depth! Finally my turn and the only counter guy went in the back and brought the toner out. Then I had to wait in another long line to pay. I was charged $1 more than the online price but said nothing because I just wanted to leave already.

I found an item that took me to this store. The item had limited stock on the website and when I got there I could not find the item. I decided to ask a salesperson but there was none on the floor but so many at the printing section! I had to ask one of them where they ended up giving my phone(I showed them the item on my phone) to their manager that was also working in the printing section. He had a customer in front of me but had my phone kept beside him for almost 5 mins without even acknowledging my presence. Are these people just hired on the spot off the streets? I was completely and utterly MAD. I politely asked for my phone and walked directly out of there. NO HELP!!! WORSE SERVICE EVER!

Great store, got some projects printed out here and it was a breeze get things done.

Ive been to better Office Depot locations but this one is near by my house and has easy access. has pretty good selection and usually has everything in stock!

They had the sale price item in stock just as the computer inventory showed so I was not disappointed visiting the store

Items assortment, display and price are good as other office depot, but services.i asked them to cut a set of papers (100 sheets) for same size (for 1/4 of letter size paper). they made 4 different sizes. differences are just bit, but those couldnt be a set of layer. i asked them same work in a year ago, they did same thing by another attendant. I think i was idiot, tried twice.only one or two employees are nice to try to help, but cashers and printer ink sections are ummm...

Takes a while to get things copied but service is great

Worst store ever. I did online order and pick up. I went to the store when i got the confirmation email saying my item was ready for pickup. Got to the store and no one had any idea where my order was. I said, can i just go get another one from the shelf myself because this was taking so long. They said no, i had to wait for them to find my order otherwise they couldnt use my online pre payment. In the end, they sent one ood the workers to go pull one from the shelf. WASTE OF TIME. Ill never do an online pickup with this store again.

All the products are well displayed and easy to find.I sometimes see unmanaged products, but it seems to be quickly organized ..There is an elevator that connects directly to the underground car park, making it easy to bring large luggage into the car.Parking is free.Good access by road.Coupons can be used to help you purchase goods, and can also be used for picking up at the online market.Overall service looks good too.Some products are priced slightly higher than competing stores.I hope you see.I can see a bargain item. It is also a good idea to make sure you purchase the product.There is a coffee shop next door so you can have a cup of coffee.
