Please Do not buy any food items, I was there today around 5:30pm and saw a huge rat running around. When I say huge, I meant it. I won’t be coming back to this location, I couldn’t believe what I saw. I was there a few days ago and heard one of the employees tell the manager “it was under there” I imagined that it was a roach or something but now I know it was a rat. I’m definitely avoiding this place at all cost.

My mother and I came here to get our prescriptions filled. They were able to provide me with precisely what I needed at a fair price. Theyve been really supportive. Thank you so much for what youve done to help.

This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. Enter at your own risk! Dreadful experience! Lazy, disorganized, This should be a hotel because everyone is asleep!

Horrible service. The pharmacy will give you an old prescription instead of the new one. They fill a prescription that you didnt requested putting the customer at danger. Kenny the manager doesnt care about the customer.

I come here quite often and Ive had a pretty normal experience here. Not sure why others have not. Staff does their job and always help me find things in the store and they help answer any questions I have about my prescriptions.

I really like this drug store compared to the other drug store because their service is so great, they will assist you well and help you with your concerns. I highly recommend this drug store!

Terrible experience at this location’s pharmacy. Karen, the pharmacist was very flippant, discriminatory and disrespectful. No kind of manners or even bare-minimum customer service skills. I contacted corporate about the experience I had, which in itself was an obstacle course. They dont seem to want the public to contact them with a written complaint. Seems like bad a work culture from the top down. And frankly they dont need to give a damn about lack of customer service or anything else negative. They are one of the most popular pharmacy chains people will patronize them without even checking reviews. I urge any one thinking of having prescriptions fill here, and existing patrons to find another pharmacy. There are plenty of local independently owned pharmacies that provide better service. Some of them even have free delivery!

WORST SERVICE EVER IN PHARMACY, as it is possible that for a single medicine that is urgently needed, since it is for a nebulization they make you wait 30 min, (take into account there is no line)....

Service is extremely bad especially towards minority. They have the potential to become a great store.

Aug 2015 This 4star rating is only for the store (not the pharmacy which Ive gone to and are understaffed/overworked). The store is clean and fairly well stocked and the staff are VERY helpful & friendly. A few times I have asked for help and been very pleased - young blond tall gentleman walked me over to what I needed. Its a big store with ample parking. I like it better than any CVS I have been to.

The worst CVS/pharmacy in LA, total disregard for COVID precautions

If you want fast service with a friendly attitude and the place has the actual drugs you were prescribed, then this is not the place for you. The worst drug store ever. Period. Avoid. You will end up dead from lack of drugs.

I arrived before closing time hoping to grab a few bandaids for only to find them already locked up. Sort of like going to get medical care but the hospital is closed but not quiet as urgent. Highly annoying though. It does make me consider going to a place that I know will keep their hours.

Went to get my meds. The pharmacist started to help me fill the order as she was in process had a worker take over and went to lunch! The worker only had about 45 seconds left on what she was doing and finished.The worker than told me the pharmacist left to lunch and will be back in 30 mins. I cant believe i was treated like that. She really couldnt wait 30 more seconds Im blow away. THE WORST The worker was helpful and sweet as always

The pharmacy department SUCK! I have had a bad experience once a month since June. Why didnt this store close instead of Walgreens??? The pharmacist has a bad disposition & of course it always falls on the person working the counter. But since im not into public scenes I have to write this review. I only gave the 1 star because the store was open ! Im not going to play games with CVS, so I thought I had avoided the sit & wait game by calling in earlier and making sure only to get there & hear nothing is Done! I mean dam, worse customer service ever thru & thru phone & counter services. I have read other reviews & nothing changes! But how does corporate feel about the reviews or the way the store is being operated??Im done!

The Pharmacy has very poor customer service will never be nack there and you should not go either!!! All of them is Nasty from top to bottom my mother is sick and they treated her really bad I could have acted a fool treating my mom like that!!!

This is not a store to go to. Horrible service, people there lack manners and they cant deal with normal humans.
