If you want to loss time, money, disapointed with feel of regrat and upset just shop online with this shop, you will just feel all of that with out geting any thing from the shop or your money. SO BAD !

This is my first visit the Fresh in Century City Mall. I was greeted very warmly by Kai. He gave me plenty of samples and suggested that I try the products before committing to a large purchase. Kai was very knowledgeable about the products offered and made great conversation while remaining professional and courteous. Hes won me over as a customer

I was having trouble finding my favorite Fresh Sugar lip scrub anywhere online for months and someone directed me to this store to call and order over the phone. I live in Portland, OR, but I called and Alexis was SO friendly and helpful. I was able to place an order over the phone with her for the lip scrub. She signed me up as a member so I could get free shipping, and then gave me a handful of samples. She made sure to ship my order the same day as well. I received my order today and I feel like I was treated exceptionally well by her and she actually cared about my order. I would go into this store in person if I could just to give them business :)

Marvelous place. The staff is great. They call me notifying me when they are having a sale. Clean and neat inside. They wrap everything beautifully. I had a party here for my daughter. All the kids loved it.

I Love Fresh More Than Ever!I recently met Kai from Fresh LA because of an unfortunate damaged shipment. He was incredible and reminded me how important it is to hire the right people. He was genuine, professional and represented Fresh, above and beyond. Not only did he make sure my purchases were replaced, he made sure i had them before my trip and after receiving them, he also reached out to make sure i was all taken care of. Bravo Kai. I absolutely feel special and will continue to be a supporter of Fresh!
