I had purchased a Kigurumi electronically through their website. It didn’t arrive within the specified time frame and still had yet to arrive. I understand that there are COVID delays, so after reaching out to their contact customer service email I had expected a reassuring response. I haven’t received a response, it’s been more than 5 business days(shipping time listed as 3-5 on their website), and I have yet to even receive a tracking number for the product. Listed below is my order confirmation and transaction info to help legitimize my concerns. I’ll update this review if my product ever arrives….

It would be nice if they had a few stores in Chicago,IL area and the surrounding suburbs. Then there would be more access to fun clothing. Please expand your stores to other states.
