I purchased tile from EuroWest back in June 2020. There was a mixture of sheens and slight color variations on the slabs. Too subtle to notice at first glance but once installed its become noticeable. The recommendation to contact EuroWest came from a very respected architect who helped us build our home. Service was fine in getting the slabs but once we noticed that the slabs were different, it was already installed. I immediately filed a complain with my sales rep and now its been 6 months and nothing but a constant runaround. It will cost me almost $8000 for the tile to be demolished and reinstalled. I also need new tile. I spend thousands of dollars with EuroWest and I have not made any progress. In fact, I believe that their tactic is to drag it out long enough that I just deal with it on my own and give up. Ive retained a lawyer and as matter of principal I plan to file a small claim to cover all my expenses. What Ive experienced with Eurowest is the ugliest side of the construction business. Furthermore, even though we are demolishing, the material has some warping which it catching our front door. Big thumbs down!
Terrible material! Steer clear. Material cracks constantly upon installation and sizes are not as stated when purchase.
