I had a great time with the team at Blue Holic, and had a blast getting my certification through them. Highly recommend, specifically for the people like me who are absolutely new to the open water diving world.At first, I was truly afraid being in the water and I took my a quit while to get comfortable being in the water.My instructors were very professional and knew exactly how to handle people like me. They have made me feel calm and comfortable at any fear I have faced during my diving course. Yet, It took me longer then others to get used to water, controling my breathing and comfortable, controling my buoyancy and all the techniques. My instructors have been amazingly patient through all my obstacles and thought me everything step by step. For that, I am truly glad that I have took my first diving course with Blue Holic Scuba.Here i am now certified diver who is very excited for my future oceanic adventure.Thank you very much everyone at Blue Holic Scuba. Really friendly staff, treated us great! My fiance is a beginner looking to get into diving for marine science, and they really rolled out the red carpet for us. We signed up for classes and bought gear, and they really took us through the process of everything we needed, with good advice and competitive prices. Shes starting her first class with them this weekend! Overall a great customer service experience with very friendly people. Store is not too big but it had everything we were looking for. Would recommend to any of my friends in the LA area looking for diving classes or gear with friendly staff at competitive prices.

Let me start by saying. Thank you so much HARRY (THE OWNER). FOR BEING one of the kindest people Ive met in the FREEDIVING/SCUBA. COMMUNITY. the past few months have been very difficult for all of us . Financially and mentally, the covid-19 has changed our city and communities in the worst way possible. A few weeks ago I ripped my freediving fin after 5 years with the same fins. I was looking for the cheapest way possible to fix them and couldnt seem to get the correct parts online. So I googled scuba near me. And this shop came up. Ive been going to a different shop for 3 years but they had to shut down due to covid-19. Harry took his time and try to help me. But unfortunately my fins were too old and the best solution was to purchase a new set. HARRY saw that i was in a situation where I have only 50$ in my wallet and looked at me and saw that diving is my passion and the only thing keeping me AFOLAT. He looked at me and said manny. What size are you ? And he went to the back of the store. And came back with a BRAND NEW PAIR OF FINS . SAME AS MINE. AND SAiD THESE HAVE BEEN used once. WOULD YOU LIKE THEM. I said I do, but I dont have the money. He said dont worry about it and said. Take these. (For free) HE GAVE ME A PAIR OF FINS. I WAS SHOCKED. AND SO MOVED BY hid kindness. Blue Holic Scuba Dive shop is an awesome place! The organization is top notch. They carry Gull mask which is a product from Japan. The shop also carries top of the line diving gear and equipment. I have actually purchased gear, equipment and 2 Gull mask from here. The Dive Shop is in a convenient location and cant be miss coming here. The shop owner Harry and the instructors here have great amount of knowledge in diving. They give discounts and the prices seem to be better than internet prices.

The staff is amazing. They are patient & caring they make the entire experience fun and easy. If you want to learn scuba this is the place.

I love this place. This shop has variety of dive trips with reasonable price on almost every week. Staffs are also very friendly, professional and helpful. They have many useful diving education programs. I will take advance dive course to upgrade my open water on the first week of next month.

Diving for more than 30 years. Its a big part of my life. All the experiences and fun I had with them are unforgettable. Im occasionally go dive with them even this very day. You should check out this place if you have any plan to start your journey under water.

Its really nice, pleasant, and entertaining place to visit. Very professional staffs are always ready to help with your scuba courses and certification. They have yearly boat trip schedules so that divers can find the date they wanna dive easily.

It is nice shop than I thought, big and nice display with many kind brands. They had atomic and scuba pro, my favorite brands :) people in the shop are kind and knowledgeable on gears.Recommendable!

If you ever have and diving needs in Los Angeles look no further! The shop is very organized with so many options from masks to booties to any accessory youd want to add to your BCD. Their diving school is also a great place to learn if you like a chill vibes both in the pool and on the boat. I got my divemaster certification here and couldnt wait for the next dive.

Its an amazing store. Through here, I got everything I need for diving and spearfishing, and I became one of the few female hunters in the area. Its the best place if you love spearfishing.

Blue Holic Scuba instructors were very safety oriented. Which is what you want if your going to dive. They were very detail oriented and kept the classes fun and interesting. I did the two weekend course. One at their 4th street location and then the following weekend in Monterey.Monterey was cold with low visibility. With that said our instructor got us in and out of the water with great skill and detail. I followed that with 8 great dives in Maui. It felt like I had been diving all my life after Blue Holic Scuba. I couldnt recommend them more.
