IVE BEEN GOING T0 THIS DONUT SHOP SINCE I WAS LIKE 7 YEARS OLD. MY MOTHER WOULD TAKE ME AND MY SIBLINGS EVERY MORNING TO GET A CHOCOLATE DONUT AND A HOT CHOCOLATE BEFORE SCHOOL. AND EVEN IN VACATION TIME SHED STILL WAKE US UP TO COME HERE. THE PEOPLE ARE SO FRIENDLY AND KIND. THE TWO LADYS THAT RUN THE PLACE ARE STILL THE SAME ONES I MET WHEN I WAS A LITTLE GIRL. THE SERVICE THAT THEY GIVE HERE AT THIS PLACE IS EXTRAORDINARY, MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. NOW THAT I HAVE CHILDREN, I TAKE THEM TO THIS DONUT SHOP EVERY MORNING AS WELL. ITS ALMOST LIKE THIS PLACE COULD BE A LANDMARK. DUE TO ITS MANY YEARS OF BEING THERE AND HAVING THE SAME OWNERS AND COURTEOUS PEOPLE WORKING IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE....

They lady behind the counter has no personality or customer servive, the shop itself is in nasty condition, the donuts are left out all day long, and to top it off it stay filled with the homeless so if you wanted to dine in with your purchase that is absolutely impossible! Unsafe area period. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

IT was good.

The person who helped me was talking on the phone the whole time and they made me feel like I was interrupting her conversation. I asked for a coffee lid and she scoffed at me. The rudest coffee shop in LA. It makes sense from its location but I really didnt expect service to be poor. I asked for a manager or number and she ignored me. And walked away.save yourself time and trouble do not come here.
