Their Linksys 4-Port Hub fried my keyboard USB dongle and my 32 gigabit flash drive.
I purchased a Belkin glass screen protector for my new phone 2 days ago. The sales associate at the Apple Store told me to be sure to register my product with Belkin to take advantage of the warranty if something happens. As I started this process on the Belkin site I the exact name of the product could not be located. When I tried to fill in the box for the product number ( multiple times and 45 min of my time later) without success. I will NEVER purchase another Belkin product. When I have purchased competitive products I have never had a problem entering this type of information. I sent a message to Belkin and have not heard back from this company. Disappoint is an understatement of how I feel towards this dis-honest, fraudulent organization!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep being forced to buy their iPhone 3mm charging adapter, and they break consistently within a year. Lame. And then their customer support is always unreachable. So you cant even get replacements or file a complaint. Terrible company.
The customer service is the worst! You are directed to an Indian call center where all they do is read from a manual. They have no clue about the product. Belkin you are horrible for not having a real tech support number for at least your professional products.

Do Not Buy a belkin router, The Tech Support is Horrendous, overseas with people who can barely speak english. They continually drop calls, treat you like a idiot, refuse to give you a US number etc. etc. etc. Forget about the warranty that they give, youll have to spend a day on the phone just to get decent service. They used to be good but have gone the way of some other companies.Buy a Linksys, netgear or just about anything else
Customer Service is HORRIBLE!1.5 hour hold time just to inquire about a new product I WAS considering purchasing!!! NOPE...you lost ANOTHER customer!
