We are very happy with our purchase!! Delivery was super easy… even our cat loved it haha. Mike was super helpful- we had a bit of technical issue with the tread when we tried to use it, but Mike was amazing!! He helped us fix it over the phone and was so eager to make sure our equipment was up to standard. We will eventually be getting a bike and rower as well- NewLife Cardio is the the first and only place we will go!

I am thrilled that I found New Life Cardio! I wanted a substantial treadmill at a good price. I lucked into Googling New Life Cardio and found myself on the phone with the owner, Mike. I told Mike what I was looking for and we discussed several options that might fit my needs. Based on his recommendation, I chose a Nordic Track treadmill. I got a terrific price and fast delivery. The treadmill came fully assembled and is perfect. Mike called to follow up. I really felt taken care of by Mike. A+ customer service. I am very pleased with every aspect of my experience with New Life Cardio.

All are very helpful and knowledgeable on the equipment they have,we drove all the way from Palmdale just to see if it was really a good deal and I went in with my wife and told them a price range of a treadmill I was looking into, and their prices are so good walked out with a treadmill and elliptical!! Most of the equipment is used so it will break within a year, you are honestly better off buying the equipment new somewhere with a manufacturer and store warranty, once the machine breaks they won’t help fix or offer any real solutions as they don’t fix wear and tear, I couldn’t even get the model number since they rip the sticker out and took them forever to get back to the to me, bad experience overall but at least I know not to buy from them again

So, things did not go too smoothly once I got my treadmill. First off I couldnt connect to the internet, then I couldnt start it manually then the fan would stop working for no reason. Also I was never given the IFIT code (not that I would be able to connect anyway).Needless to say I was very upset since I went to all that trouble to get the machine all the way to Palm Springs.Well then why 4 stars you ask: Mike, the owner was very fair about the entire thing, really great customer service. He worked it out with me to my satisfaction and for the most part I was able to fix the issue.This is a great shop if you want to save money on an expensive equipment. You do however, take a chance just like the open box at a retail store.After mine didnt work properly, I opted to pay full price and just buy one at Best Buy. Mike was very fair about the whole thing.

I purchased a rowing machine recently, which unfortunately broke within a month due to a manufacturing flaw. I stopped by with the damaged unit, asking for a repair. But since the supply and demand is overwhelmingly out of balance, it would have taken a while to repair my unit. Therefor the sales rep Baltazar offered to upgrade me to a much nicer rowing machine at minimum cost, to make up for my inconvenience. Great place, and people to deal with!

I purchased a treadmill and love it! Although they are an online business you can visit their showroom. It is fast paced so do your research ahead of time. I had a lot of questions and Alex was very patient even though the place was hopping busy. He took the time to understand my goals and offer options and recommendations. The other staff that I dealt with were equally customer service oriented. They also have a great warranty of 3 years. Additionally, I paid the extra for delivery and it arrived the next day. Max was great! He was on time, courteous and very careful with bringing in the equipment.

This company has the nicest people I have ever dealt with in a business. I spoke to a couple people, nit that anything was wrong, but the guy on the live chat was nice, the lady who answers the phone is nice, I was looking for my tracking, and the guy in the live chat had the person in charge of tracking call me and he was super nice and helpful. Onto the machine, it arrived fast and in perfect condition, and it arrived with an awesome mat that I did not know I would get with my order!!!! My only complaint, has nothing to do with this company, it is with the company they use for delivery. They told new life cardio that they had called me a few times to set up delivery, which was not true, then after I call them and set up delivery, they said 10am to 2pm, they did not arrive until after 6pm and this was after several calls to them and finally a manager said he was telling tje driver to stop what he is doing and go straight to me within 15 minutes and the driver did show up. So if you do get a out of town delivery, you MAY spend your day waiting. But as for New Life Cardio, I recommend anyone looking for good quality equipment at an awesome price go see them or order online.

Price are great. DO your research first before purchasing. THEY DO price match based on their website. but they will not honor free delivery even the amount is more than $500. Owner seems not care about walk-in business so just order it online if thats the case. Encourage you to pay cash so they take away taxes! so just come in with a truck, do your price match and pay cash to save money!

Great prices, equipment already assembled. You just put in your car and away you go. These are open box models for the most part, so minimal dings like you would see in a show room. Everyone is great to work with, but they are busy so do your research ahead of time on the website so you know about the equipment before you go. I had an issue with my first bike and they were great about fixing the issue. I’ve now sent 2 friends who also got their bikes from Mike. They can also arrange delivery if your car is too small. They do charge extra for bringing it inside your home but it was worth it for me. They set it up, plugged it in, and gave me a mini tutorial on the machine. Excellent service at great prices!

Bought a NordicTrack 1750 Treadmill and S10i SpinBike. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a cardio equipment. I did a lot of research before purchasing my machines and ended up with this store who went above and beyond keep me happy with the purchase. Initially there was a little hiccup with the Treadmill which I bought but they did the exchange and new machine was delivered by Fred within the next two days. Since I exchanged NordicTrack 2450 with 1750 model, I got the difference in amount refunded back to me as well. Now I am using these machines on a daily basis and with no issues at all. Saved almost $800 on Treadmill alone when compared to the purchase from Amazon/NordicTrack.com who charge $200 for delivery and then you have to hire someone to assemble ($100). Plus the cost of the machine on other stores is like $500 more than what these guys offer for. So you do the math. Also got iFit membership for each of the machines. So I have 2 years of iFit membership free. The biggest advantage with these guys is the machine comes assembled and delivery fee is very reasonable as well. I spoke to Mike, Jason, Fred and Joshua during this entire process and was more than happy with the courteous service I received from them. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone!! Bought a Pro-Form treadmill a couple of days ago and we love it. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars was the girl at the desk said they would deliver our purchase the same day we bought it and it would be on its way after the delivery guy was done with his other delivery. (We paid extra for this service) 3 hours later.....no call....no treadmill..we waited and waited. We finally called and then they said he was too busy and couldnt do it today. Okay, that was annoying wish they would have said it beforehand! Waisted my day off waiting around. They ended up delivering our treadmill the very next day after we bugged them a bit to get answers and a time. The guys who ended up delivering our treadmill were very friendly and helpful and apologized so this made me feel a lot better about the purchase. Ultimately thats good customer service. Right your wrong and were good. Overall, Id recommend this place if you are fine with an open box treadmill. It was a great deal and so far we love the treadmill. This place is legit and better than all the other places we researched in LA! Dont hesitate just do it and get healthy!

I found out about New Life Cardio Cardio through Google business review, their rating gave me great comfort and I wasnt disappointed when I purchased from them a NordicTrac treadmill. The unit was in an immaculate condition and came with a one year free subscription to ifit. After a month, the screen went dark and I called Mike to see what I can do about it. He told me not to worry as the machine comes with a warranty from not only NordicTrac but also New Life Cardio Equipment. He immediately sent a technician to see what the issue is. He told me to call NordicTrac and request a new panel. I did that and NordicTrac told me that they will get it to me shortly but there might be some delays due to COVID. Mike immediately decided to get me a new panel which he drove all the way to Orange County for and got me an appointment with the service technician to install. The amount of downtime was minimal due to Mikes proactive customer care and concern. The service technician was extremely helpful as well and took a look at the overall treadmill to see if there were any other concerns all free of charge. I highly recommend New Life Cardio for anyone looking to buy exercise equipment.

I purchased both a rower and a bike from New LIfe. The showroom has many choices and the staff helps with options. I was very happy with the purchase process.Couple weeks after purchase I had problems with the rower connecting with IFIT option, I messaged seller on facebook and he was immediately helpful and available. He informed me I could bring the rower back for a new one as it appeared the rower had software issue. I took the original rower back and he immediately helped me unload from my truck, found a new replacement rower. Had me try it in the showroom ( It worked immediately with IFIT app)I am extremely happy with my purcase and with this comany. Since gyms have been closed this gives me a wonderful option in my home.

Mike was great! I found their listing in LetGo. After looking at other listings, I called the shop. My call was answered right away by a friendly voice that was happy to have me come in.I planned to look at elliptical machines and found a compact one. I also got a compact treadmill. Both machines were within my budget. I have a 3 year warranty on my elliptical machine and it’s so new that the heart rate monitors were never exposed.The only draw back was the lack of parking, which wasn’t a problem. Being the only shop on the block open on Sunday means it was easy to find a spot. When my purchase was made, I drove right up to the door and Mike loaded my car for me. I would refer all of my friends to them.

Last night at 11 pm I ordered a NordicTrack RW900 rowing machine and a NordicTrack Commercial 1750 treadmill. I was called this morning to schedule delivery and I had both machines delivered to my house by 1 pm. Fred and his assistant the delivery company used were very friendly and made the delivery go super smooth. I paid them extra to set up the machines in my exercise room (White Glove Service). The machines look great and I saved thousands over buying them new. They came with warranty and one year membership to iFit. I highly recommend this company and the owner, Mike Hany. 5 Stars

Prices are great, products are great, and the service was fantastic. They are very accommodating. I placed an order for a product that was later discovered to be out of stock. They contacted me and stated they would give me the option of receiving a similar product that was worth about $150 more than the product I originally ordered at the same price I paid. 👍👍

We were there for 20 minutes and were completely ignored. Then we ask for a price the guy said I dont know you have to order on line.

I wouldnt describe the machine I received as like new because it was missing a piece (tablet rack) had stripped out screws in the console, and cracks on the handgrips. These are all basically fixable cosmetic problems, but I was still unpleasantly surprised. Initially when I tried to contact New Life I didnt receive any call back about three issues, and after a couple weeks left a bad review. At that point, to New Lifes credit, I was contacted and we resolved the situation. So, credit for service after the fact, but Id encourage more careful quality control or repairs on items advertised as like new.

I’m so impressed with he service and the quality of my elliptical. I loved working out at the gym but since I had a baby recently going to the gym is hard so I decided to buy an elliptical machine. New Life Cardio gave me what I needed and wanted for a very decent price. I bought a brand new machine and he has warranty as well.Thank you New Life, with helping on my way to a brand new me.
