Amazing customer service. I received a package sent to me from this company from my work while I was out on leave. Beautiful products and very lavish. Upon delivery one of the jars inside had completely broke and the product would of has to be discarded. Knowing my company paid a lot to send me this beautiful gift I thought I should try to contact customer service explaining the situation. I emailed them and within an hour they responded to my inquiry and without any hesitation told me they would send me another of the damaged item and get it to me as soon as they could. I was very pleased and impressed by how accommodating they were and that they back their products 100% even though it was the delivery service who damaged the item. If you’re looking for a company to buy high quality products from that are beautiful and luxurious, I highly recommend you try Simone Leblanc!
