HORRIBLE! Came here to do an exchange and the people wouldn’t answer the phone. Instead they texted; HOW UNPROFESSIONAL FOR ONE! When they did finally answer the phone they hung up on me in the middle of my question and then didn’t answer when I tried to call back! RIDICULOUS! Take your business elsewhere! 0 Stars if possible!

I just found about this place that buys gift cards at the Baldwin Hills Mall. Customer service is great and they pay the highest rates in LA. I will definitely be returning to sell them my cards.
