I decided to go to this location to get a piece of jewelry appraised as their name clearly states it. From his seat a guy in the backed asked me what I needed. As I pulled out the piece to show him, in the most annoyed way, he yelled No dont get it out of the box! You dont need to do that! At first I thought it was my imagination, he grabbed the box and said Yes, its gold I was just like ok, im wondering what its worth, and in the same tone he yelled, go somewhere else, we dont do that here. His lost! Little did he know i was looking to buy as well. I went right next door and that guy answered my questions and got my business from now on!
