I was just in here looking at all the summer clearance. Which they have at 90% but the cashier said it was not marked down. I decided get 4 packs of the double glade candles, and when I went to go pay I realized I didnt have my wallet with me. I asked Mrs. Karol if I could quickly run to my car to get it and she complained that she had to cancel out other transactions ( price checks for me) making it seem that I was taking up her time... I thought that she was supposed to be a customer service representative... she got upset and I started getting upset While trying to plead my case as to why I had forgotten my wallet... I decided to leave the candles and leave. Walgreens lost a sale and lost a good customer. Even though this location is my neighborhood Walgreens I will now take my service elsewhere.:side note the store was not busy at all. She was just sitting infront of the cash register.

As a person of color I know when you are treated differently. I went here and was followed around the store. When the pricing came up wrong they were too lazy to check the shelf and told me I was wrong. I then pulled the tag to show them and they said it was probably printed wrong. The manager stood rudely and stared at me during this time until the checkout person told him to leave.When they told me they were doing me a favor by honoring the posted price I chose to make my purchase on amazon instead and urge you to do the same.

Folks at the pharmacy asked us to wait for 15 minutes and took almost 2 hours to prepare eyedrops.

This pharmacy is perpetually understaffed. They recently sent me a text informing me my prescription was ready, but when I came to the counter it turns out it wasn’t. Ended up having to wait over 30 minutes. Their lines are always long.

I like this Walgreens. It’s a smaller store than some however it is usually pretty well stocked with items in the weekly flyer.I recently used the order online and get free ship to store. It was easy and efficient. I received my products in about 4 days.

I was greeted with a friendly salutation upon entering and the staff person that gave me the printed photos that I ordered online was nice, though at first she was not able to find my photos.

By far the worst Walgreens Ive ever visited. Theyre disorganized and poorly trained. Poor workers there try hard but they simply have no idea what theyre doing.

I went into the store today. Rude staff. Very disrespectful. The short fat ugly assistant manager Tina is so unprofessional and I just laughed at her because shes obviously miserable because of her looks. Walgreens should fire her because shes making the store lose money.

Worst pharmacy EVER. Here I am, waiting for the pharmacy to re-open at 1:08PM on a Sunday. The hours of operation dont mention anything about a mandatory lunch that means the entire pharmacy is closed so that people that are completely out of their medication can wait, simply because some manager doesnt know how to schedule properly? I am tired of being the person that suffers. Why cant this company that espouses such customer service actually provide some for a change? I would rather the pharmacy be open when it is scheduled to be open!q instead of being told have a great day, and be well as Im leaving. Wallgreens, consider this an official breakup, I am never using you as a pharmacy again. You suck.

Waited an hour, during which time they made multiple mistakes on my prescription and insurance. Waste of time, these guys are the opposite of efficient. It wasnt very busy, these guys are just retarded!

I asked then that I want a passport photo but I dont need the print and I need digital file. She said they dont do that. Why? Because we dont offer this service. Only thing that you need to do is to copy raw files on my flash drive instead of printing them!!!!!!!!!
