Took advantage of buy one get one 50 percent off Lean Body RTDs through Vitamin Shoppe app (RTD means Ready To Drink). So on my way to Vitamin Shoppe (Marina Del Rey) for pickup.Once there, order was ready without a hitch. Although I dont remember the employees name that assisted me, she was really professional throughout. Appreciate that...😊Note: I absolutely love Lean Body Nutrition Shakes. All the flavors are good...but Cafe Mocha is my favorite. I dont have time in the morning to make breakfast. Drink it 5 to 6 times a week. Healthy/Convenient.

Went to this place twice, I purchased a pre work out supplement that did not work for me, I returned it 4 days later,they were very understanding even recommended a different one,they were so polite,very professional, definitely going back again.

Ordered some Resveratrol with Pterostilbene online for curbside pickup here that I needed to send off overseas a couple of days ago. The label on the vitamin shoppe website was completely wrong and claimed to have Pterostilbene and of course charged a premium for it. The staff gave me a bottle of cheap Resveratrol. They claim its the manufacturers error and that maybe it has some Pterostilbene but just a little though. When clearly the label on the website says it DOES HAVE Pterostilbene. Since they had no other options in store I was forced to just take the two bottles with me. Does the manufacturer control your website images?? That would be odd. Do they also control your order is ready for pickup emails because you have two obvious typos on there of the word separate. Very, very unprofessional. Wont be coming back here.

Maybe they have the best vitamins in town but they unload about 3 times a week in a non loading area creating the most horrible traffic on Glencoe ave and making the right turn on that lane almost impossible.

The staff is not very friendly. The clerk that attended me when I cashed out didnt even greet me or ask me if I had found everything ok. When he gave me my change back he just Litteraly just tossed it into my hand without making any contact with me. This was Sunday the 26th of 2016. The Staff at the Westwood location are more hospitable.

Somewhat overpriced but thats because when you order online from smaller companies its less expensive and less employees to pay
