This store has all that I am continually searching for. It ought to be classified Super Staple shop. From new produce to meats and fish. Likewise, they had a colossal choice of cheddar. The store is so large and roomy also. This staple shop is my go-to shop from this point forward. I love this spot! Simple to discover what you are searching for, and agreeable help when required.

Whole Foods is a good market in general. They have a huge selection of great food products but I have some issues with certain things that they sell. Today my son went to get groceries there for the family and he could not get the organic strawberries that we wanted because there were bugs crawling in them. Also, he could not get the blueberry or strawberry LAVA yogurt (non-dairy) that we love because they were all expired except the mango. Also, farm-raised seafood causes cancer (according to articles and information online) - it should not be anywhere in Whole Foods for the sake of their customers health. Selling wild-caught seafood is the right choice for our consumption.

This was actually our very first US market experience. We stayed in an apartment just across the road and did some shopping here. Amazing amount of food are available here - beer, ice cream, diary products, frizzy drinks, juice, healthy products etc. There is also a food court - you can buy a slice of pizza or salads. The variety of sauces and toppings are just beyond my expectations. We had dinner there once. Had a casual chat with some LA locals. There is also flowers and bouquet for sale outside. The checkout assistants are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time there. It’s like a community hub for food and other stuff. Will visit again if we travel to LA.

Friendly stuff and much more empty than I remember. This whole foods used to be ridiculously crowded all the time. I dont know if I just got there at the right time of day, or if theres just less people going to that location now, but I was very happy to be in a nice empty store.

This Whole Foods has nice employees. The pizza area lady is awesome and so is the guy that works near her. The medicine area lady is awesome. Another lady that was watering plants but usually works inside was really nice too. Its well stocked too. Parking lot is big.

Its a whole foods in a converted, rather than purpose built spot, so the dimensions are pretty small. Amazingly, the parking lot never seems to be filled, which is a major reason I shop here while driving between Beverly hills and Atwater. But yeah, solid whole foods location, much preferred to the one Im Beverly Hills a few miles away.

I decided to go to the grocery shop to buy some food stocks. Upon entering the grocery shop it is not to crowd nor too loud, their salesman/saleswoman was well oriented and well disciplined. They have a complete product with complete accommodations. Their products were very affordable and sustainable. Hence you must choose the best one.

Whole Foods Market is an excellent supermarket for all essentials as well as luxury items and tools. It is associated with a mobile app that enables clients to accrue points for shopping there. I believe this is one of the best places to shop. The place is clean, sanitized regularly, and well organized. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

A lot of healthy food choices. Huge market. Selections are sometimes overwhelming. Good choices for wines. Casual eat. Theres a patio with tables for eating. Fast check out when I was there. Was told by cashier that I have to cover my mouth coz I coughed due to my throat was itching (I cant do it while holding my wallet and getting cash to pay). Really? I also apologized. Anyways, low rating for his action. Was humiliated. Other customer was there.

Delicious smoothies, popular place so it is always busy which is a good thing for the store but for people who dont like crowds not a good thing. Doesnt bother me just giving a heads up. Staff is professional.

The problem? I’m hosting people and need to cook something better than what I normally make for myself with my Von’s groceries. The solution? A quick trip to Whole Foods to grab some fresh essentials for my famous Pesto Chicken Pasta. Whole foods never disappoints in the quality department which is why their prices are higher than other grocers, but I am sure to leave with fresh high quality items that will more than satisfy by dinner companions!

Been coming to this store every week for the last 7+ years living in this city but I think it’s time to leave Whole Foods… feels like a wal mart in here nowadays. The majority of their staff, particularly the short, fat guy in the deli is miserable and overworked so don’t take their bad attitudes personal.

Definitely my favorite WF in LA. Very big, tons of inventory, the meat & fish dept employees are not only very knowledgeable but passionate about their goods. They definitely get high on their own supply! The people that are shop here are very nice and generally hip. Parking lot is big, not a nightmare like the WF on Fairfax & Santa Monica. Too bad they dont have a beer & wine bar!

Open late which is great because the only other available supermarket across the street closes at 9pm

This is a great little Whole Foods, although I think I liked it better before Amazon bought it but oh well. Similar to other Whole Foods markets in terms of products, price and quality. The only complaint I have is that sometimes parking can be a hassle, but besides that it’s great!

My friend and I went to your Grocery shop Last Tuesday afternoon. I was so shocked because the facility was very clean and I couldnt see any specks of dirt. Their customer service was also very satisfying. You must be known by other people, guys! Your satisfying service was strongly recommended!

The selection and customer service otherwise are usually great, but my roommate came home today visibly upset after running an errand at Whole Foods because of a very rude interaction she had with an employee in the produce section around 1 o’clock in the afternoon. Neither of us are usually the type to raise any complaint about customer service, because we know the employees must be under a lot of stress and are doing their best to help, but what happened is pretty unacceptable. My friend very politely asked for help looking for an item, and the employee ignored her at first. When she asked again, he answered her and she told him the item she was looking for. Once she did, he scoffed at her and asked, “Are you aware that I only work in the produce aisle?” She was taken aback by the rude response and answered that she wasn’t, and just wanted to ask if he knew. He replied, “Do you not see me stacking fruit? You think because I work here I know everything? Do I look like I know where that is?” He then asked her if she knew where so-and-so aisle was, and If she did to “go find it yourself.” She apologized and went on her way, but came home very distraught by it. Just a simple “I don’t know” in response would have been fine, and it was unnecessary for him to act so rude towards her. She says he actually went out of his way to help her towards the end of the shopping trip, but ultimately didn’t apologize and made her not want to return again.

This store is very clean, with beautiful, fresh produce and easy layout plan to find what you need.

Just opened cheese that expires 8/11 turned out to have molds in it. Had to remake dinner. I want to know if the products in the store properly stored. It needs to be inspected for consumers safety... not only cheese i had molded frozen mangoes from the same location. Im getting tired of molded taste now!

This shop even sold basics! Theres no need to visit the wet market because its still open here. It was properly and cleanly separated. Their employees would certainly help you.

Lately this juice bar has been going down hill, they constantly change the staff and they all make the drinks differently it’s a little frustrating. Not sure if they don’t train them all the same, but what’s even more frustrating is when you know the drink has been made wrong and you ask them nicely if they could please remake it, you always get attitude back. This has definitely made me stop coming here because I already know I’m going to have to spend an extra 20 minutes waiting for them to remake the drink, with a side of morning attitude. I hate to leave reviews, but today was the last straw, I thought I’d stop by in the hopes that I’d get my drink made correctly, but i was wrong. If you don’t have the right attitude for customer service, you really shouldn’t be working in the field of customer service. You have to know when to take constructive criticism, or else you’re just going to hate your job.

The scariest wholefoods Ive ever visited!!. The buffet area was a total disappointment. This place needs to be revamped! I love wholefoods just not this particular location.

This smaller WF has a surprisingly great selection. The lines were short around 10am. The oatmeal was fine, no honey for toppings. The eating area was clean and not packed. There seemed to be plenty of employees around. Since it was the morning the lines for the coffee bar are very long and on the PA they asked for “Back-up”.Parking seems like it can be tight. Otherwise great experience.

Gross!! Cross Contamination in prepared and served foods!! FYLNM.This is my second time getting the Szechuan Tofu. This is my second time getting expecting a vegetarian meal and my second time finding meat in my meal. I’ll leave it at that. Go and get it, and notice that the tofu dish is butt-to-butt with some animal dish; also notice the serving spoon. Just dunked in a pot of water shared with the meat serving spoons as well. I would not be surprised if the meat serving spoon is also used for vegetarian dishes.This outfit is not cool!

AGGRESSIVE AMAZON EMPLOYEEOn February 9th at 10:23am... I had a great experience at this location but was ruined by AMAZON EMPLOYEE for the 3rd time. This younger guy with dark wavy hair did not practice social distance when I was at the herbs section. He kept trying to get in front of me AND REACHING OVER. It was clear I was in his way. I was afraid he was about to push me. Such aggressive behavior towards customers in the store is ACCEPTABLE? PLEASE be careful of this employee working on this shift. It is very concerning that customers go to Wholefoods to pay premium prices and overrun with AMAZON employees with time quotas.As a Wholefoods patron, Ive had great to satisfactory experience for decades. During this visit, the produce was very fresh and found what I was looking for my recipe.Please be aware of very aggressive and unhinged AMAZON EMPLOYEE(S)My experience seemed consistent with their aggressiveness and OUT OF MY WAY attitude based on several occasions. I feel that my safety is an issue now.There needs to be a change because I am very concerned recommending Wholefoods to family and friends. This is a review based on getting grocery pick up through Amazon. Not sure where else I can leave a review like this as Amazon doesnt really allow one to give enough feedback, but the store is now owned by them.1. They only have two parking spots for pick up, and theyre usually occupied. If you cant get in one of the spaces you can still check in for someone to bring your groceries to you but no one can find you as you cant input information for where you are or what your car looks like. And you cant contact anyone directly. One time I spoke with Amazon and they told me to call the store but no one picked up!2. None of the workers who shop your groceries will respond to you if you try to ask them questions. Im not sure if they can see what you write to them or not, but if they can then they will ignore you.3. I had an issue and talked to Amazon who told me they could not help me and I needed to call the store. So I called the store and they told me I needed to call Amazon. The store manager told the employee I was speaking to that the store could not help because Amazon somehow runs independently from the store. They really need to figure that out!Theres also little things - like if the worker gives you a wrong item or they put a frozen item into a non-refrigerated bag, theres nothing you can do about it. Both have happened to me and you just have to eat the cost of the issue.I have not physically been into this location but I used to go into the downtown Whole Foods and I agree with other similar reviews Ive seen for THIS store that the Amazon shoppers are a problem. They clog the isles and just get in your way. I also have worked for Whole Foods in multiple locations in the past. Whole Foods never shouldve sold out to Amazon.

They have organic icecream, mocci, wine, crackers, bread, meat, nuts, jelly, vegetables, protein shake, vitamins, collagen, milk, nuts butter...everything. I went to WFM 3rd & Fairfax on Sept 3rd & today, September 8th. I went to WFM Arroyo in Pasadena on Sept 5th. I am not a shopper type. I am best in big cities like Hong Kong & my town: NYC5+Yonkers. But I used to live in Pasadena, went to WFM Foothill & Rosemead. WFM is my #1 store since December 1996 in Redondo Beach. Even thought I am poorer than the churchmice of St Albans Cathedral, I always chose WFM. Since June 2019, Ive had EBT, which allows me lots of free food. The nonfood products are splendid, as well. Today, there was police activity BigTime; when I came out of WFM laden with a queen-size quilt-bag of groceries, I saw an Armada of LAPD & others blocking 3rd. I had to trot across 3rd just in time to catch a #17 that had just made a left turn to the 217 & others stop on Fairfax. Im going to Google about whatever the incident was. I got honey & Volcano Lime Burst & Lemon Burst from Italy at WFM. I eat honey, drink pure lime & water. My kind of booze. Later. I rate 5 stars for WFM Arroyo & WFM 3rd/Fairfax. Or 100%, whatever.

It was very relaxing and awesome. No hidden charges compare to other cafeterias! It was a nice experience for me for the first time.

For me, this grocery shop is one of my favorite places to shop for fresh produce and food supplements. They always have great fruit deals going on and there’s always a spacious parking area. All of the staff are accommodating and informative. I really enjoy this store and its employees. I highly recommend shopping here.

Also, used to be fun to food shop there but it now looks and feels like Im shopping in a 3rd world market....while other markets have adjusted and lines are non-existent... We all love Whole Foods - except the parking is insane. This location even sometimes has a DJ spinning vinyl next to the stuffed animals+gifts near the juice bar! Usually nice selection of plants outside. Bought my fittle leaf from here & had it for three years! Id say this is the second best WF hot food/cafeteria location (the WF Venice location has the best hot food/cafeteria in LA)

This Whole Foods has turned into a fulfillment center for Amazon, thank you Mr. Bezos. What used to be a lovely shopping experience has turned into a factory layout with fulfillment people crowding the aisles and everyone bumping into each other.By the way, other markets have made an effort to mark their aisles with arrows so people could safely shop. Whole Foods has made no such effort.

Extremely unpleasant experience in this store. Very aggressive comment about my mask not covering my nose enough from a young guy working at the fresh fruit and vegetable area this morning. They force you to check yourself and, if you refuse, well, you have to redo the waiting line, while you have patiently waited for 20 minutes.Some employees are aggressive, very tensed. I recommend whole foods in santa monica area where people have a normal behavior.

At the DELI Center, WHY DOES THE COOK JAMS LOTS OF MAYO ON THE CLASSIC TUNA AND BLACKENED CHICKEN SO MUCH. smh! YOU CAN EVEN ENJOY THE TUNA BECAUSE TOO MUCH SOUP ALIKE MAYO IS PUT ON. WHY!! Delighted to find a new hummus on sale to eat with greens off the per/lb bar. Greens were fresh, dry, and diverse.Checkout was quick despite big crowds. Employee asked if I’d like a rubber band to secure my salad box. She gently pointed me toward the plastic forks without a complaint visible on her smile.Customer litter was a problem in the dining area out front. It’s so contagious. Ain’t it.
