This was the worst experience. no customer service. charged my card and 4 weeks later still no delivery. mail boxes are full, no email contact. never again
I received beautiful new heaters in the exact color to match my studios. This company is revamped and has excellent products and service now.
As a dealer, weve never worked with such an incompetent company to process a warranty. We had a customer who spent $3,600 for (2) Lava Heat Aviators. His fans have not been working since June 2015. We have spent innumerable phone calls, emails and hold times to get the warranty items. Lava Heat finally agreed to ship the replacement parts in January after 6 months of calling them weekly. They collected $75 for shipping. After 2 weeks, we asked why the items had not shipped. They said that the freight was higher, and they could not ship it for $75. It was going to cost $400. Why would you run our credit card if youre not shipping the item? Why would you not call the dealer if you decided to not ship the item? You could ship 2 whole new fans for $400. You guys are jokes, and our customer is out $3,800. Do NOT buy from this company. In 40 years, we have never seen a vendor as incompetent and who does not care about the customer. Good manufacturers would have shipped the items free of charge based on this situation.
Terrible Customer Service. They will not answer phone calls or emails. I purchased and gave them weeks to ship my product. Ended up canceling my order by disputing the charge at my bank.Agree with other people...terrible to deal with. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
Sooo....we purchased a beautiful and expensive patio heater in January. It arrived with the packaging somewhat beat up, and was slightly crooked. The thermocouple was hinky, and the heater would spontaneously stop working, and was sometimes hard to restart. We immediately contacted the company, since it was under warranty (brand new). We had a hard time reaching anyone, but we’re finally told it would be replaced. Then, nothing....followed by an epic run around. Finally, after many calls to the company, and the dealer we purchased it through, a replacement arrived. AT THE END OF AUGUST.The icing on the cake.....the new heater has a Lava Heat Italia badge on the grill, but the bottom plate says Red Ember. Googled it, and it’s the exact same heater, brokered by Walmart, for under 350.00. We paid 1200.00 for the original. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry.....
The WORST company to work with. DONT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
We are a retailer, and had to pre-pay for our order. Lava Heat shipped only half the product. They owe us over $13,000, and have made repeated assurances that we will be refunded. The check has never come.
