Called them for a maintenance call for our remodel project to see why heat is so hot up top of home and barely blowing downstairs. Guy went into attic where unit is. Said he couldn’t see anything that the ducts are in walls downstairs barely blowing. Didn’t do much of anything but tell me without opening walls I can’t diagnose the problem? Huh? Vents all over the house that can be tested. He said that will be a $135 my trip out here. Maybe you will want to add a ductless system downstairs? Why when we have an HVAC unit that we brought you here to fix the air distribution or at least tell us what’s going on to justify adding additional unit? When I asked him is this unit large enough for the home he said I don’t know? Let’s just say I was disappointed.

I had a complete Lenox HVAC system installed by Precise Air about 8 years ago. Part of the system included an air conditioning condenser unit on my roof. I just had a new roof put on my house, so I needed to have that condenser unit removed before the roof job and reinstalled after the roof was completed. The roofing company offered to subcontract the air conditioning job, but I felt more comfortable using Precise Air, since they would know my system the best. Im glad that I did. Not only did Precise quote me a cost to do the job at 30% less than the roofing companys subcontractor, but they provided really quick service. They came out to remove the condenser unit the same day that I called, and it only took one day to get them to come out and reinstall it. The reinstall job was quite a challenge and took several hours. Jeff was the technician for the uninstall job and Ruben G was the technician for the reinstall job. Both guys were super nice, super polite and super professional.

Overall I am very happy with the service. I have a new central heating and cooling system installed. The crew arrived early every morning and ready to work. They did demo, all the HVAC hardware installation, very accommodating and very willing to listen to our input, and kept our place clean and neat ar end of each day. Dont mention his work is done professionally. I would definitely use his service again. Highly recommended.

Jose with Precise Air was great! Jose called before arriving and showed up as expected. Jose inspected my HVAC to ensure that it was ready for another season. Precise Air installed my HVAC back in late 2016. Havent had issue or problem with my HVAC since being newly installed. The bi-annual maintenance agreement, with Precise Air, ensures that my HVAC gets looked at twice a year, helping to eliminate any issues before they arise.

During install, we ran into a logistics issue, and Precise stepped right up and got everything squared away. I was worried in the time of covid to have such work done in my home, but the team was super careful, clean and always wore masks and shoe covers. They were on-time and fast, I highly recommend!

Great company to work with. They designed a system that was perfect for my new home and got the installation done in two days. They didnt leave a single spec of dust or dirt behind and cleaned everything up. The system was operating flawlessly but then they called me two months after the installation and asked if they can come and balance the registers in order to equalize the room temperatures to the best of their abilities. I was pleasantly surprised to have a company reach out to me two months later in order to improve my experience. Of course they cant get every room to the same temperature, two story house, but its as close as you can possibly get. Thanks guys!

When they installed my system dealing with Precise Air was a joy. I liked their sales rep as well as the team who did the installation. It is a quality system and they did quality work in installing it. But service since then has been less satisfactory. They are simply not good at following up. It is difficult dealing with the phone dispatcher. The techs who have been sent to to our house have been marginal in actually fixing problems and unreliable in following up on promises they made when they were here. So, over time my level of satisfaction with the company has declined.5-stars for install and 2 stars for service.

With the weather being as hot as its been, Ive been using my AC non stop, well I ended up over using it and it stopped blowing out cold air. Thankfully my brother recommended this place to me because he was happy with the job that Precise Air Systems Inc. did when they came to fix his unit. They were affordable and fix my AC perfectly...I even feel like my AC blows the air out cooler than it did before. Thanks guys, I appreciate you keeping me cool.

Professional service from everyone I interacted with starting from the operator booking the installation, the comfort advisor who provided a quote and supervised the install, the install team, and the post installation final inspector. I booked my complete system replacement (Lennox) through the Costco home services option and was happy to find out that the package and pricing quoted from Precise Air was better than another company who I contacted directly outside of Costco - no markup. Highly recommended.

I assisted my Mother-in -law by gathering quotes from several air conditioning companies. After meeting with each representative and comparing equipment and prices. She decided to go with Precise. They were a little bit more, but it has paid off in peace of mind, timely work, quality equipment, professional installation crew and no problems. Jeff, the rep, came and assessed our home and gave us an estimate to install central air that seemed reasonable. Installation was smooth and efficient. The workers tested everything, showed us how to use it and were done in about 7+ hours. No duct work was done as we already had central heating. I would recommend Precise Air for your HVAC needs.

Andrew Karapanian, my sales representative for Precise Air systems was so good in telling me what to expect when it came to installing my Air & Heat unit. He was so patient to answer all my questions, help me with the process and was even here at 7:00am to greet the installers. Two young men showed up to do the job, one was the installer and the other was his assistance. They worked hard from the minute they started and only took a lunch break. I couldnt believe the beautiful job they did and I was so happy that they asked me along the way where I wanted them to put vents, etc. Thank you Precise Air for having such dedicated employees who really cared and worked hard to make us happy

When you want to spend money to install AC with this company.. do your research carefully. Compare with other HVAC company. Dont sign up because they partnership with Costco. I just want to share my experience..After a year of their installation, I was told that my dining wallpaper damaged due to their installation. Also I have leaking because they put Duct tape over mastic and sealer disoriented for the equipment that they put on the roof. I did mine thru Costco, so I still deal with Costco for months.its very unpleasant to deal and to see damages to my property. My suggestion, do check yours installation carefully and before the warranty out otherwise, the company will keep asking money for them to come without any solution

Precise gave me a quote for both A.C. and solar. Their associates are down to earth, reliable, knowledgeable, and have the customers best interest in mind. I would high recommend them.

I am finding our heating and AC system to be very effective for our small house. My only concern is that it is expensive to install and has raised our electrical bills. But I much prefer it to any other method of heat or AC. The company installers were quite professional as well. So far so good!

I got the quote through Costco and spoke with Andrew Karapanian. He was polite and responded quickly to all my questions. He definitely knew the product and gave us exactly what we wanted. We had them pull out an old heater furnace and all the old ducting and replace everything with a massive 4-ton unit. He told us the work would take 4 days and thats exactly what it took them.They showed up every day on time at 6:45am. The first day, Andrew came by as well just to make sure everything was set. Jeff, the designer, also came out and spoke with us about what they are going to do and everything. The team I had was Ruben (lead), Joshua (the muscle), and Gorgen (the duct man). The three of them each had a role and all of them worked hard to get the HVAC finished. They cleaned up after themselves every day, dusted, protected my floors, and put up plastic wherever they were cutting. Even the trash they picked up and put in their own trucks. They didnt throw it away in my trash can. Thats service right there!They always answered my questions and always explained to me what each component of my HVAC does (in case something breaks down I can ID it quickly).All in all, I made the right choice by going through Costco and Im glad I made new friends over at Precise Air. Dont hesitate to call these guys for your HVAC needs!

I didnt think the sales person handle there job very well. I think there installers were not very good. Also I have never heard of a good company not following up with the customer . All they ask is to get paid. Good talkers very poor follow up . Or should I say no follow up all. Considering half the work was already done for them. I would never recommend this company

Completely professional from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the process and the end result for a completely new HVAC system (2 condensers; 2 furnaces; whole house air filters; all new duct work and the installation of additional returns throughout the house). We interviewed more than 10 HVAC companies to solve a seemingly complicated AC problem (primary issue: trapped hot air on one side of the house with vaulted ceilings - which was driving our air conditioning electricity bill out of control). Most of the HVAC companies struggled to come up with a productive solution, and most of the solutions offered simply didnt make a whole lot of sense. Jeff Payne was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, concise and straight forward from the moment he stepped into our home - every step of the way thereafter. Furthermore, his installation team was first rate in every respect. We were/are very impressed and highly recommend Precise Air Systems Inc.

Dishonest, unprofessional, and just an all around waste of time. I was connected with Precise Air through the Costco Lennox program. I had them come out 2 years ago to get a bid for a whole house change-out. After the estimate visit, I had to call them regularly for 2 weeks to get a bid, which was above our budget (Lennox is typically pretty pricey but good equipment) so we ended up going with another company.Fast forward to present day – we were looking to install a think (5”) media filter in our HVAC system to pull allergens from the air, and from everything we’ve read, Lennox has the best unit. We decided to try Precise again and have them come out for an estimate. Their bid was reasonable and we were ready to hire them. However, when I asked about the Costco cash card that comes with contracting them through Costco, we were told by our Precise rep, Greg:“We gave you a bid assuming you weren’t going through Costco. If we knew you were going through Costco our bid would’ve been higher.”In other words, beware of that so called “deal” for going through Costco, as Precise Air charges their referral fee right back to you.Against our better judgment we still went with Precise Air to get the unit installed because we wanted it in ASAP to improve our allergies. They came out a couple of days later for the install and quickly learned the unit wouldn’t fit and they needed a custom made part that would increase the overall cost by about 20%. We were annoyed by the inconvenience but understood and still wanted them to do it. I called Precise Air several times and our rep Greg happened to be in a meeting every time and never got back to me. After trying unsuccessfully to get in touch with them for 2 weeks we gave up on them and hired a much more professional HVAC company that quickly got the job done for less. We’re guessing that they made the calculation that our small job (almost $1k) was not worth the effort and did not have the courtesy to communicate that to us. I will be reporting them to Costco in hopes they move on to another contractor to be their Lennox rep.Save yourself time and effort and avoid them.
