Absolutely amazing ice cream. Everything in here is gluten free and vegan. They have amazing flavors that rotate throughout the year and ALL OF THEM are delicious. You can get ice cream on the cone, cup, sandwich, or sundae. I highly recommend you try it. They do not accept cash and parking is tough at times. They deliver to some areas.

A truly amazing ice cream place!! Ive tried a few flavors already and none of them have disappointed. The cookie monsta and coffee were my faves until yesterday when I tried their honeycomb ice cream. The people there are extremely nice and the place is very cool. Been going here since they opened and seems like it keeps getting better. There are so many flavors to choose from and its allergy-friendly. Whether youre dairy-free, sensitive to nuts, to mindful about ingredients, youll find a treat here.This time I ordered a split scoop of Rocky Road (with vegan marshmallows) and Moose Tracks (with sunbutter) topped with magic shell. Fantastic! Perfect size and absolutely delicious.They recently re-did the interior and it looks great. Very COVID-friendly: inside theres no seating and masks are required (as of mid-May 2021). Outside there are plenty of tables.Parking in the lot is free and is usually almost full. If you cant find a spot, there are often street spots on Fountain.

Customer service was excellent, and the cashier was helful. The ice cream was also 10/10. However, the wooden spoons were a disappointment; the taste and texture of a table is not enjoyable. Overall, would come back with my lactose intolerant cousin, but I would definitely bring my own spoon.

Their Vegan ice-cream is to die for !! However they could work on a better customer experience. On one of my visits I asked for a sample of one of their new flavors and they denied my request for a sample, as for me the customer is always first and being that they’re a creamery they should have samples available to customers upon request specially when you are a recurring customer!!!!!

Got to enjoy one of the last brunches being served up at Cocobellas Creamery. Got one of everything a burrito, a monte cristo sandwich, their version of the slam, and a strawberry scone. Had the chance to take a bite of everything and the burrito was by far my favorite. Also have their ice cream in the past which was pretty good.

I’m not sure what made me think to do it but I decided to ask for a cat to be drawn on the bag in the notes of my order. They did it! It still makes me smile!9. I didnt realize it was 100% plant based (not a fan of that) but it was surprisingly good! Only complaint was it was a bit expensive, but coming from Nevada, everything in Cali is expensive. Ladies were very nice. Thanks for the ice cream!

Basically the vegan Ben & Jerrys - they are so inventive, creative, and unique with their flavors. Not even close to basic, their flavor profiles are all encompassing they think of everything!! All the flavors have the perfect notes and mix-ins to create the most satisfying experience possible.

Dear Bella has the best ice cream ever, they always keep the menu fun and interesting with new flavors monthly and every single flavor I have tried has been delicious. The ice cream here is incredible!!! Not only is it vegan, but it literally tastes better than most regular ice cream that I have had!I ordered their unicorn flavor and the fudge chocolate, both of which were absolutely delicious. The chocolate was very thick and rich, and was one of the best tasting chocolate ice creams that I have ever had. Period. You would not be able to tell that either of the flavors were vegan unless you were told so. It was delicious.Its a small little spot on the corner of a strip mall, but very open and clean inside, and the staff are full of smiles and helpful. Although a bit on the pricey side, I felt it was worth it for the healthy and delicious vegan ice cream!Loved it! Cant wait to go back!

Ive been Vegan for 10yrs and when I found this place I was in love at first Bite . The flavors are awesome! Im in love with the Mint chocolate chip but since this World Crisis has hit Ive only managed to visit a couple of times SMHAnd they use to let you sample the flavors but not now with the current situation. They should still let you sample the flavors, just put it in tester cup and let you do it outside or something, ya kno. And thats where my 4 star rating came fromBut it is what it is and this is still a great place and I could honestly eat thisall day every day!VEGAN world domination YEA

This place is winning. The ice cream is divine, they have big delicious waffle cones, and they dont use plastic spoons!! I think they have some items pre-made that are wrapped in plastic though. I rarely go out for sweets but they are right, once in a while gotta treat yourself. I like how everything is homemade, it truly makes a positive difference in flavor and quality.

I’ve been coming to Cocobella Creamy for quite some time now and my boyfriend and I are loyal customers. Unfortunately, last night we placed an order for pick up and were really disappointed. We had ordered two scoops and a cone with fudge, a sundae, and an additional scoop and topping. When we opened up our order, it’s was disappointing to say the least. My two scoops (that costed 8.50) of ice cream were put into a single scoop cup that was literally less than half full, and this was the deal for the other remaining ice creams we bought. We were kind of shocked when we saw what they had given us. The portion sizes were tiny, and we’ve been here many times, so I know the scoops are not usually this minuscule. Not to mention, they also forgot the toppings we payed extra for. I love this place but it was crazy to see how little ice cream they gave us, and everything felt really rushed and forgotten. When I reached out via phone call, they told me the manager would call me back. I never received a call back and only woke up to an email letting me know I was refunded $1 for one of our missing toppings. The whole exchange felt really impersonal and disappointing to say the least, especially because we spent $30 on ice cream while we are unemployed, because we wanted to support a place that’s typically amazing . I understand these times are difficult and I love to support small businesses but this was ridiculous, I probably won’t be coming back and advise you to at least wait until the pandemic is over to order.

First time in LA and this place is amazing. We found it by accident and have been back for ice cream every day since. The ice cream has good taste. Its not too sweet. But it is a little too oily for my taste.They have oatmilk, and coconut milk based ice-cream. All dairy-free and nut-free.It is definitely worth trying if you are vegan seeking for choices out there.

The cookies and cream ice cream was very good I didn’t realize that they didn’t have nuts so I was expecting cashew milk however the oat milk that they use is very good and I really enjoy the cookie in the ice cream.

Excellent Vegan dessert shop open late. Their ice creams are fantastic. Many different flavors and all unique. They will give samples of anything you want. My daughter got a sundae which was huge and had all the fixings, a brownie, two flavors, hot fudge, whipped (coconut) cream. She was in heaven. This shop is in the same strip mall as other excellent Vegan restaurants that serve fantastic burgers, Mexican and ramen. Come hungry. Any open-minded non-vegan will be satisfied, and probably impressed.

Went for the first time. The lady at the counter was very cold I guess you could say. She didn’t smile. Wasn’t very welcoming. Didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Ice cream was just ok. My ice cream has an overwhelming taste of coconut and it wasn’t a coconut flavor. Mashti Malone’s filled our cones but this place refused to assemble our ice cream? They would just fill the cone and put it on a paper plate and slide it to us. I get it...but if I can order food from a restaurant during this time why can’t I get an assembled ice cream cone? I really wasn’t feeling the vibe there. I’ve had way better vegan ice cream that actually tastes like real ice cream. I feel like there is so many reviews here complaining about the same employee but the company just wants to offer some coupon. How about you fire the rude lady at the front? I’m not the first to complain about her. We were very kind to her anyway because it’s clear she hates her job. I don’t remember her name but she’s the brunette with tattoos.

I was behind two people that were on a sample tour and the person didnt pick up in it. Instead they engaged each other in a fun conversation like they were old friends that hadnt seen each other in a long time. 20 minutes that I cant get back.

Madagascar vanilla was super creamy, but could have used a hint more of vanilla flavor and sweetness. The mint chip was a really surprising flavor-- instead of tasting like toothpaste mint, it tasted like real authentic mint leaves (like the ones you put into pho or spring rolls). Super unique flavor that is weird at first, but grows on ya! Wish I tried more of the flavors they had.

After wanting to try this place for months, I finally stopped here after Doomie’s a few weeks ago. Nice place, really friendly service, but the predominant flavor of all the ice cream flavors we try was very strongly coconut. It overrode any other flavor, especially the cookie butter I was looking forward to. The texture of the ice cream is fantastic though, and if you’re looking for coconut flavored ice cream, by all means, this is your place.

First time here and I now wish that I lived closer. They make excellent ice cream. It just happens to be vegan, plant-based. Im sure that nobody would complain that the dairy is missing. They have a flavor, if not many flavors that could please anyone.

Amazing vegan ice cream, always a stop I make when Im in Hollywood. Would get 5 stars if the employees were friendlier, or even acted like they were alive with a pulse. The atmosphere is so pink, and adorable and happy and I walk in expecting to be greeted with a smile or...something? Service is SEVERELY depressing and that vibe transfers to your customer and I left feeling the same. If I get a smile and a greeting on my next visit, Ill change to 5 stars.Edit: I am not sure how to respond to your response but it was a couple weeks back on a SundayI feel poorly singling out this one employee, possible they were just having a bad day. Hopefully they will be feeling happier on my next visit.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here the other day. I am the mother of two 10 year old twins, who have suffered from various serious food allergies their entire lives. We stopped in Cocobella eager to try their vegan ice cream hoping that our sons would be able to enjoy the majority of the flavors. We were greeted immediately by the shop girl behind the counter, Liz. She explained and answered all of our multitude of questions regarding the ingredients for each flavor. She put both of our minds instantly at ease with her friendliness and outgoing personality. We loved every single flavor we tried! We ended up getting 3 scoops of Unicorn magic (To Die for!) I would absolutely, without, a doubt recommend everyone visit this ice cream shop. Not only for their amazing options, but for their knowledgeable and lovely staff. Honestly I love this place Ive been coming here since it open because it happens to be a block away from where I live and because Im lactose. Sorry for the one star but wow horrible horrible customer service I received . Came by on 7/11 at around 3pm to pick up a cake i ordered since the same lady that helped me answerd the phone very rudely, and say she could not give me any information over the phone, like seriously I just wanted to know if it was ready to pick up. Anyways I go in to the store and the lady blocked my entrance and wouldnt let me go in with my own electric scooter I asked if I could park it inside just in case it got stole she rudely say no. Awesome she kept being rude the whole time. Love this place and Ive even brought friends here and they were thrilled, but seriously do something about customer service .Never ever coming here again!

The black sesame is my favorite but you won’t be disappointed with any of the flavors. There’s plenty of parking and seating inside. The staff is super friendly and the place is decorated perfectly for Instagram photos!I heard they were making brunch (which ends at the end of Feb) so I had to check it out! I got the breakfast burrito and it was delicious! They had this amazing hot sauce and I am picky about my hot sauces! The burrito came out very quickly and it was very savory! Yum yum yum! Exclusive vegan ice cream shop. So delicious and their flavors are on point. Also- most of their flavors are nut & gluten free as well! Cant tell you how satisfying it was to be able to have an ice cream cone again thanks to their gluten free waffle cone. Sundaes, gluten free cooki/ ice cream sandwiches and floats galore!!!

I sampled their mango chili, lullo and strawberry sorbet and all three were bursting with flavor. I ended up with a single scoop of the strawberry and a small chamango which is what I usually got at their other store. Its like a mango slush/Sorbet with lots of chili and lime, topped off with fresh mango slices...yummm!

We happened to go here on National Ice Cream Day so it was packed with lines out the door! We came here for lunch, but had to wait a long time for a table bc we were a big party. So it is understandable since they were crazy busy.
